A truly excellent nursery. Our daughter loves it at Toad Hall and her development in all areas is going very well. All the members of staff we’ve met and spoken with have been lovely, very understanding and respectful. Thank you, Toad Hall!

Since joining Toad Hall Day Nursery my daughter’s development in all aspects has been outstanding. The key workers are doing a phenomenal job and deserve every praise they receive. I have a lot of respect, appreciation and gratitude towards all the staff at Toad Hall.

We as a family have found Toad Hall to be an outstanding nursery. Whenever we had any concerns, queries or issues we wanted advice/guidance on, we have found all staff and management to be helpful, understanding and sensitive to our needs. We have never felt silly or nervous to discuss our concerns and know they will always be dealt with appropriately. I would like to take this time to thank you all at Toad Hall for all you do to support our daughter and us as a family, for ensuring she has the best experience in growing, learning and developing. We look forward to enrolling our next member to this lovely setting.

Toad Hall Day Nursery is an excellent daycare facility. All the staff are friendly and communication is brilliant. They work hard to accommodate every child’s individual needs and make sure they provide fun and educational activities.

My two children currently attend Toad Hall Day Nursery and love it, excellent facilities and staff who really care about the children. We're provided with daily updates through the app so we know what they are getting up to each day.

I cannot praise the nursery enough. The team go above and beyond to ensure the children develop and enjoy each and every day. Children go in happy and come out happy. The staff are always kind and attentive, even under the daily pressures of working in a nursery setting creates. The management are fantastic and as a parent, feel included and supported in their decisions. The resources and grounds are second to none, providing endless fun and learning opportunities, whatever the weather. And the food options are incredible. I wouldn’t want to send my children anywhere else!

I have been using the amazing childcare that Toad Hall Day Nursery provides for 17 years. All 4 of my children have attended Toad Hall my eldest being almost 18 and my youngest who currently attends is 3. They have all received the very best care and I have left all of them feeling confident they are safe and well looked after on all levels. They care for children like their own. The nursery are very professional and ensure all children are not only cared for and safe but their needs are met and their development encouraged. They are organised and the children enjoy being there my little one goes in happy every session. From the baby room through to the pre school they are nurtured and have fun learning. They have great facilities and a brilliant outside area that is fun and safe. The staff are consistent and always friendly and approachable. I highly recommend this nursery.

Great nursery! The staff work so hard to give children so many new and interesting experiences every day. The effort and creativity that goes into the level of care they provide is so evident and it is obvious how passionate staff are in giving a high level of support to both children and parents.

A fantastic nursery. We were recommended Toad Hall Day Nursery before our daughter was born. Since she has been going she has had a great time and loves going there. We have been very pleased with the nursery and the staff.

Our second daughter is currently at Toad Hall and is absolutely loving her time there. The staff are great, they are fantastic in keeping you updated and offer a great menu. Our first daughter also loved her time there. It’s a great nursery. As soon as we looked around, there was nowhere else that compared.

My child has been at Toad Hall for more than 2 years now and lovingly refers to Toad Hall as the ‘fun house.’ The staff are always polite and helpful and my daughter loves the activities they lay on for the children there. My older children attended Toad Hall also and they had the most wonderful experiences before they eventually went to primary school.

Our son has attended Toad Hall for nearly 3 years. He has really enjoyed his time there, has made lots of friends and has always been happy to go. We have received regular progression updates and also many daily photos of activities that have been taking place. The way they have done learning through play over the years has been really good and helped him learn so much. We'll be sad when our time at Toad Hall comes to an end as we've been so comfortable with him attending the setting.

We love Toad Hall! It's such a brilliant nursery. Our boy loves it which makes it so much easier when dropping him off in the mornings. The nursery staff are all great. The app is always updated. The food the kids get is really good and varied. They have great activities for the kids every day. Parent Zoom sessions. Catch-up calls. Trips out with the kids. Themed days. I really can't recommend Toad Hall enough! Thanks to all the team - you are doing amazing!

Couldn’t be happier that I was able to get a space at Toad Hall Day Nursery for my daughter. The staff are super friendly, always professional, caring and very helpful. The communication is always very good and I can see my daughter has so much fun from the updates on the Famly app.

So glad I chose this nursery for my daughter who has ASD. They are always on hand to offer advice and have been a massive help in getting her the funding and plans in place for her care while with them and for when she starts primary later this year. I have friends in the same situation at other nurseries and they haven’t had half as much help. I know they are always doing what’s in her best interest and you can tell they actually care and she’s not just another number! We‘ve had such a great experience I’ve put in my son a lot earlier than planned, as I know he will be well looked after while I’m at work and enjoy his time there as much as his sister does.

Such a great nursery for 1-year-olds as well as older children. My son has learnt so much whilst there and the staff are so supportive that he's settled in so gently and gradually. They put the children's happiness and safety as a top priority.

Fantastic nursery that ensures the children are safe and happy at all times. They create amazing activities to help the children learn and have fun. Their inside and outside facilities are great, which was the main thing that made me choose this nursery. They understand the child's needs and how to help them and their parents. Communication is good and as a parent, I feel listened to and respected. My son loves going to nursery here and runs in with a big smile on his face which says it all.

I've had such a positive experience with Toad Hall Day Nursery and its staff since my very first interactions. My daughter attends here and I will be sending my son this year. They have such an individualised approach to their care, the staff make you feel that nothing is too much time or trouble for them. I've never felt worried about leaving my daughter here, knowing full well she's being cared for and at the same time having great experiences being provided to her that are nurturing her learning and growth!

All three of my children have gone to this nursery over a 10-year period. During this time we moved to the next town but I kept the children in this nursery as it is brilliant and absolutely worth the drive. All of my children have been very happy here and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

Very happy with this nursery, both of my children attend and have no issues with recommending it to others. Outside space is amazing and play-based learning is brilliant - both my children have come on leaps and bounds. All staff are very caring and understanding and are brilliant with the children.
