Kindred Rayleigh Nursery and Pre-school

All of my children have attended this nursery purely on the fact the staff and setting are amazing. Each member of staff is a credit to this nursery and know my children are happy and safe in the setting. The garden is perfect and love that the children spend lots of time outside. My children love the meals they have, and they have a good variety as well as healthy snacks throughout the day.

Amazing so far - my daughter just started and everyone has been amazing helping her settle as this is all new for her. Safety is on point, and can't thank the staff enough. So far, the place looks okay, and the facilities seem fine.

We have two children at Kindred and could not speak higher of the quality of care that they both receive. They both absolutely love going in, they have so much fun, and the days are always so varied and carefully thought out. Would recommend it to any parent looking for a great place to send their children to, best compliment we can give is that you drop your children off and you don't worry about them at all because of how well they are looked after.

My baby started Nursey at Rayleigh Kindred in the babies room. I was extremely apprehensive and worried about him starting. All I can say is that the staff have all been absolutely wonderful, I can tell that they really care for my little boy. He now gets very excited when we arrive at Nursey, I can tell he has a great day and often wonder what he is missing out on during his day off. Thank you to all the amazing staff.

We were initially apprehensive about sending our 18-month-old to nursery. He's naturally shy and clings to us at home, earning the nickname 'our little koala.' However, the staff at Kindred Rayleigh have been incredible! They've patiently encouraged him to explore and socialise at his own pace. With just two half-days a week, the change in him has been remarkable. He plays with other children, feeds himself, and is visibly happier. Thank you all for making his transition so smooth.

The nursery has an app for all parents to access, this allows you to see your child's daily activities and interactions when they ate, slept, had a nappy change, had medicine etc.

My daughter started Kindred in March 2024 and I was so nervous but I didn’t need to be at all. They were so welcoming and really took the time to get to know me and my daughter. They always keep me updated with her day and how she’s getting on. I’m so happy she started here after a not-so-happy start with a childminder. I can see that my daughter is getting more confident and learning so many new skills. Couldn’t be happier!

My child is so shy, however, after a little while she settled into nursery and loves it so much. She is so excited to go and is constantly asking about the teachers, which is such a credit to them as she’s incredibly nervous around people she isn’t comfortable with. I’m always given feedback that she is so bubbly and chatty, which means I know she’s comfortable!

The fact my child always goes into nursery with a smile on their face quite frankly says it all!

If we have ever had to get in touch with the nursery about anything, it has always been handled professionally and we have been kept updated at all times. If anyone was to look for nursery recommendations, we would certainly recommend Kindred Rayleigh Nursery and Pre-school and continue to speak highly of this nursery.

Since my daughter started attending during COVID restrictions, I cannot fault the staff here. I have been made to feel welcome as a parent, been kept up to date at all stages of my child’s progress and daily activities and most importantly, my daughter loves coming to nursery. The staff make great bonds with the children, which is evident from the moment we walk in the door each morning.

We would be quick to recommend Kindred Rayleigh to anyone looking for a caring, supportive, educational environment for their child.

My son has recently started nursery and so far I am enjoying the experience. I was weary, at first, thinking he wasn't ready but every day he's been coming home with a smile on his face and maybe a new nursery rhyme or two he's learnt. The staff have been very friendly and good at putting my mind at ease about how he's doing. Cannot complain so far. The food he's eating is good and is helping mix up his palate. He seems to be loving the outside space (lovely big garden) and, as an only child, the social aspect for him has been lovely. His speech has come on leaps and bounds since he has been attending. Overall very good experience and would highly recommend.

The key workers are all amazing and communication is great. Since our daughter started at nursery we have seen her development take off, she loves the staff and has formed some great relationships with her fellow toddlers too.

Excellent nursery! My daughter has been going there for almost 2 years, she loves the staff and is always keen to tell me what she learnt today when she gets home. I looked at a lot of nurseries before I found this one and I'm so glad I found them. She has developed so much since going there and I can see the bond she has with staff members. Their communication is excellent and I can keep up to date with how she is getting on during each day. I know she'll be ready for school because she's been at Kindred.

Our 13-month-old started nursery at Kindred Rayleigh in March this year. Before she started, my wife and I had all the worries I’m sure most parents have - whether she’d eat or sleep, how she’d react to such a big change, if she’d ever settle in etc. I’m pleased to say, however, that generally speaking she’s settled in really well, and this of course is all owing to Kindred Rayleigh and especially the amazing Curiosity Crescent Team. We can’t thank them enough for their expert care, and, whilst it’s early days still, it’s definitely had a noticeable impact on our 13-month-old's progress. Besides the care, we’ve been really impressed by the level of communication - the team always take the time to explain how the day has gone, and always have suggestions as to what they could try changing. As for during the day, the app is brilliant, and it’s so reassuring to see how she’s eating, sleeping etc. rather than waiting until pick-up. Really happy that we’ve chosen Kindred Rayleigh!

My daughter has been attending the nursery since 2020 and absolutely loves it. After looking at various nurseries I fell in love with Kindred Rayleigh because of the big smiles that greeted me in every room from children and staff and the facilities and outside space which are incredible. She started in the baby room which was like home from home with a sensory room which is excellent. She is now in the toddler room and she has a different adventure every day. Her development has come on leaps and bounds. The staff are so kind and caring and I highly recommend this nursery.

I have nothing but praise for Kindred Rayleigh. The staff are approachable and informative and my child loves going every day. I am constantly informed of my child’s progress and have seen his development come on so much since he has been attending.
