Staff are very caring, approachable and flexible. I attended this Nursery as a child and am very proud that my daughter has had the opportunity to do the same. Our child behaves affectionately towards staff members, indicating the high quality of the childcare provided.

Every single aspect of kindred makes my life better as a parent
Kindred rayleigh just exceed in everything
The food is fantastic, the care of the children
The outside garden space
Extra activities
Jodie and Abby in the office nothing is to much and they are always a listening ear and wanting
to help.
Every staff member and team leader just relax you as a parent, provide support you need in help and
I just can't speak higher of anyone there enough. They are kind caring and warm, they welcome each child with such a smile and love it's just beyond everything

Our son has been attending kindred Rayleigh for just over a year. I can not sing their praises enough! Our son has development delay and needs lots of extra support in his every day needs. The staff have gone above and beyond to support him and make him feel included in everything. He is always so
happy when we collect him and he's understanding has come on leaps and bounds since attending this nursery. I will forever be grateful for all the hard work and genuine kindness we have been shown by everyone. Fantastic in every way!

Our son has attended Kindred Rayleigh since he was 9 months old, and the care and love shown since has been excellent. His key worker and all staff in his room have been attentive and are always happy to tell us how he is doing, be that in person or over the app if we ask during the day. Our son
seems really happy and is always smiley at pick up. We've seen all our son's progress as they send us photos and updates which we love receiving! Whenever there have been any bumps or accidents (which are rare!), they have let us know straight away and given us all details. Kindred Rayleigh is an excellent nursery and we are very happy with it.

My Son attends nursery and is always happy to be there and loves the staff. He enjoys the food and I am happy with the variety of food which is on offer. The communication between the staff and us (parents) is good and we feel the app is a great way to be able to communicate between both parties.

My little boy started here is May 2024 and we were super nervous as first time parents. However, those nerves soon went away once we met the amazing staff and saw how well our little boy was doing. The staff send us as many photos and notifications as we would like throughout the day. They do so
many activities, I couldn't list them all making sure he is always tired out but always smiling. He gets to go out into the garden, sensory play and so much more. The whole team in the baby room are incredible, they treat our little boy as if he was their own and he always so happy to go to them every morning. The staff, four members in particular, we couldn't thank them enough for all their help and love towards our son. If we ever have any issues, the ladies at the front office can always help and welcome us with a smile every morning. The quality and variety of food offered always amazes me and my son is a big fan off the chefs cooking skills. Overall 10/10 nursery.

We have two children at Kindred and could not speak higher of the quality of care that they both receive. They both absolutely love going in, they have so much fun, and the days are always so varied and carefully thought out. Would recommend it to any parent looking for a great place to send their
children to, best compliment we can give is that you drop your children off and you don't worry about them at all because of how well they are looked after.

Amazing so far - my daughter just started and everyone has been amazing helping her settle as this is all new for her. Safety is on point, and can't thank the staff enough. So far, the place looks okay, and the facilities seem fine.

All of my children have attended this nursery purely on the fact the staff and setting are amazing. Each member of staff is a credit to this nursery and know my children are happy and safe in the setting. The garden is perfect and love that the children spend lots of time outside. My children love
the meals they have, and they have a good variety as well as healthy snacks throughout the day.

Very happy with the nursery. Each and every worker we have come into contact with has been fantastic. Our child has moved to a new room, and it has been seamless. We especially love all the updates that we get via the app. It's so wonderful to see what our little boy gets up to during the day.
Whenever we made any request i.e. what time he could nap, we are always listened to. Really can't fault the staff - they are excellent.

Kindred Rayleigh is a fantastic nursery. All the staff and key workers are absolutely brilliant and look after my son wonderfully.
He is so happy there and is learning so much.

Excellent nursery that always strives for the best for our children.
Well staff/teachers that we have interacted with genuinely care for the children and provide a good overview of their day.
The app they use is really helpful for checking in and reviewing their eating/sleeping habits throughout
their day and provides much-needed comfort when at work.
Highly recommend!

My baby started Nursey at Rayleigh Kindred in the babies room. I was extremely apprehensive and worried about him starting. All I can say is that the staff have all been absolutely wonderful, I can tell that they really care for my little boy. He now gets very excited when we arrive at Nursey, I can
tell he has a great day and often wonder what he is missing out on during his day off. Thank you to all the amazing staff.

My daughter has recently started in the baby room and I am so pleased with how she has settled. Although she finds it difficult to go in, the staff are very quick to respond to my messages or to message us and let us know that she has settled down. I know that she will eventually get used to
attending and I’m so grateful for the care she receives on Monday when she is in. It’s so lovely to see the photos that are shared so that I can see what fun she gets up to. I was anxious at first being a parent that has worked in nurseries before, but from day one of my daughter attending I felt at ease and knew she would be happy there. Thank you so much for everything so far, I can’t wait to watch her grow and make special friendships with other children as well as connections with the staff at Kindred. I am so happy with the food as well I know that she enjoys exploring all the new different tastes and textures that have been introduced to her too especially ones she’s not tried before at home.

We were initially apprehensive about sending our 18-month-old to nursery. He's naturally shy and clings to us at home, earning the nickname 'our little koala.' However, the staff at Kindred Rayleigh have been incredible! They've patiently encouraged him to explore and socialise at his own pace.
With just two half-days a week, the change in him has been remarkable. He plays with other children, feeds himself, and is visibly happier. Thank you all for making his transition so smooth.

My child is so shy, however, after a little while she settled into nursery and loves it so much. She is so excited to go and is constantly asking about the teachers, which is such a credit to them as she’s incredibly nervous around people she isn’t comfortable with. I’m always given feedback that
she is so bubbly and chatty, which means I know she’s comfortable!

My daughter started Kindred in March 2024 and I was so nervous but I didn’t need to be at all. They were so welcoming and really took the time to get to know me and my daughter. They always keep me updated with her day and how she’s getting on. I’m so happy she started here after a not-so-happy
start with a childminder. I can see that my daughter is getting more confident and learning so many new skills. Couldn’t be happier!

Couldn't be happier with the service the nursery provides. The nursery is well managed and the children well looked after.
It can't be faulted.
The nursery has an app for all parents to access, this allows you to see your child's daily activities and interactions when they ate, slept, had a nappy
change, had medicine etc.

I genuinely cannot fault the staff or setting and wouldn't hesitate recommending.
I was incredibly anxious putting my 9-month-old into nursery but the staff couldn't do more to ease my worries; sending regular updates (with plenty of detail), photos and answering any questions I had.
They have
gone above and beyond to help my child reach milestones which were raised as a concern in a health check and they did this without hesitation. Not only do they continue to assist with further milestones, they evidence this too and are so enthusiastic when these are met.
Friendly, caring, happy, enthusiastic, empathetic are just a few words I would use to describe the staff and they are the reason I can go to work and focus on my job as opposed to worrying about my child.
The fact my child always goes into nursery with a smile on their face quite frankly says it all!

We have had a very good experience with this nursery. For our daughter who has been with them for over a year now. Our daughter has shown amazing achievements and social skills. She loves going to the nursery and there has hardly been any fuss at drop off and she seems well settled when we get her
back. The nursery staff also give us regular updates while she is at the nursery. The nursery as such is also a well-maintained place with a beautiful and large back garden.
