We couldn't recommend Bright Horizons enough. Both our children attend, and they really enjoy it. The facilities and activities are great, and the nursery is very committed to learning and development. We feel that our son, who is at the Preschool will be very well-equipped for starting Reception next year. All the staff are fantastic and genuinely care for the children, and we feel assured that they are well looked after - thank you Bright Horizons!

Every member of staff is always helpful, friendly, and most importantly, my son has a great time at nursery. Communication is always great, and through the 2020s currently restrictions, the nursery has always kept a high standard. A big thank you to all staff members!

I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude and admiration to the entire team at Bright Horizons Epping for the professional and compassionate handling of the return to nursery post-COVID. My daughter with the teams help resettled incredibly quickly and is now undoubtedly a smilier, happier little girl with the variety, fun and relationships the nursery provides. As a parent, I am confident that in these difficult and strange times my daughter is safe, well and happy, exactly what she and I need. Thank you Bright Horizons Epping for all your hard work and dedication.

We transferred our daughter from another Bright Horizons to the Epping one due to our recent move. We were so surprised to see so many positive differences. The huge care park and extremely welcoming reception added a feeling of comfort and care. The staff's professionalism and a very smooth transition process to the toddler room was fantastic. The extra efforts to encourage toddlers to explore and eat different foods using reward charts has helped us massively and a commitment to celebrate festivals from all cultures is very appreciated. What a great learning environment for all.

We are new to this nursery. With our son's potty training, the staff have been amazing with him and working with me to find a solution. They are so caring of my daughter (we have twins) who is still a little nervous and needing cuddles at drop off. However, in just 3 weeks both children run into the nursery and we have no morning battles at home. Amazing improvement for us. Thank you.

My three children have all attended Epping. The care and staff have been fantastic in caring and developing them. Great friendly environment, and wonderful staff who genuinely engage with all the children. All children really enjoy their time at Epping - it's a shame you can't offer after school clubs for older children. Overall, a great developmental environment. Well run, brilliant care and attention. All staff are wonderful.

The staff in my sons room have been amazing at making sure he settles in well and have put so much effort into his development and happiness at nursery. It is so lovely to come in and see him happily playing or being cuddled or read to by the girls. You can tell they really care about our boy and there is nothing more reassuring for a parent than leaving your child with family-like people. Thanks so much to all of the girls who have looked after him.

We are very happy with the nursery. Staff are very devoted and caring. My son's development is on track, so thanks to all the activities and learning he gets during his four days a week. The atmosphere is very light and happy, children behave well so staff are doing something right. Very pleased.

One negative comment - the buggy shed. It is in such a disgraceful state, surely someone must consider cleaning it/tidying up?

My son has been attending the nursery since January 2018. He was only just over 1 year when he started and was very unsettled on his first day. The nursery staff have been very kind and caring and he now really enjoys his time at the nursery.

The kindness of the staff has enabled him to quickly settle into his new routine. I have been impressed by both the staff and the facilities.

My daughter went to Epping Bright Horizons and when I had my son that was the only place I was going to send him to. The staff are friendly and approachable. The kids do lots of activities.

The food is great, I want to stay for lunch most days. My son has really come along in all his social, speech and play skills.

I have two children attending this nursery in separate rooms. Both of the rooms have excellent staff who make me as the mother very comfortable leaving my children in their care. They are very informative and have developed strong relationships with the children. The activities in the centre are good for all ages. I'm very pleased that my children get the chance to explore outside in the play area as well as baking, reading, arts and crafts etc.

My only area of improvement would be for the key worker to build a slightly stronger relationship with both parents. Although all staff are extremely helpful I do feel this is an area for improvement so the parents and key workers are on first name basis.

Having to put your (almost) one-year-old child into full-time child care is a very difficult thing to do. Handing over your most precious thing to strangers is a hard thing to get your head around but I can honestly say that we have never once worried about our daughter when she has been with the girls in the 'Baby room' at Bright Horizons Epping. They are no longer strangers but are now people we trust implicitly with our daughter. Today is her last day in the 'baby room' and we are so proud of the little girl she has become and that is largely down to the way she has been cared for, nurtured and taught by all of the girls at Bright Horizons.

The words thank you are not enough to express how grateful we are for all that they have done but thank you to all of you, our daughter loves you!

We are looking forward to watching our daughter continue to grow and develop in the toddler room!

We would like to opportunity to express our gratitude to the staff at Brigshthorizons Epping. My son has additional, life limiting needs. He has always been made welcome at the nursery, who go beyond what I would expect, to include him all activities. It is a very inclusive nursery. Staff working both directly and indirectly with my son are brilliant. Everyone has time for a chat with him showing their affection for him with words and actions. Additional requirements like physiotherapy and peg feeding have not been an issue at all for the staff and I am 100% confident he is safe and happy at all times. He is encouraged at every opportunity to overcome his weaknesses and issues and do his very best.
