My son started at Bright Horizons nursery when he was 12months old, and he has recently moved on to Reception. I honestly couldn't recommend the nursery more highly. The staff are incredibly warm and welcoming to every child, creating such a nurturing environment. During his time there, my son developed so much-he learned a huge amount, made lots of friends, and always had fun. We are so grateful for the care and support he received throughout his journey at Bright Horizons.

I couldn't recommend Bright Horizons in Epping more highly. The team at the nursery make it the happiest, kindest and most joyful and relaxed place for little ones to develop. My son joined at 10 months and has had a wonderful experience. The team take the time to do amazing sensory, educational and craft activities every day, as well as taking them to the garden and even into the forest. My son has developed so well during his time there, especially his verbal and social skills. The environment is always light, bright and clean, and he especially loves all the meals and snacks. The app is brilliant for seeing what he's up to each day. I can't thank the whole fantastic team enough - especially two staff members who my son adores!

We could not be happier with this nursery for our son. The staff are amazing with the children, very kind and caring. He gets fed throughout the day with a range of different healthy foods. The staff are always on hand if you have any questions or need any assistance. Our son always comes home talking about his friends and staff from the nursery. He has learnt so much since being here and it is a credit to all of the staff. I would highly recommend this nursery!

Everyone is so friendly at Bright Horizons Epping Day Nursery and Preschool and my children love going to nursery. I am so pleased we made the decision to send them as I can see they are really benefiting from attending. They eat amazingly, have lots of fun and love the staff.

My little one has recently transferred over to Bright Horizons Epping Day Nursery and Preschool from another Bright Horizons, the settling-in process was very easy and staff were so helpful and accommodating. My little one goes in with a smile every morning and always tells me about how much fun he has had at the end of the day. My son is in the preschool room and does a lot of cooking activities, they also have a lot of resources for the children. Epping also does an amazing forest school programme where they take the children off-site to the local forest.

I couldn't be happier with the care and attention my child receives at Bright Horizons Epping Day Nursery and Preschool. The staff are incredibly warm, welcoming and highly skilled, creating a nurturing environment where children feel safe and valued. The nursery offers a wonderful balance of structured learning and creative play, helping my child develop both socially and academically. The outdoor space is fantastic and I love how much time they can spend exploring and learning in nature. In particular, the fact they run regular forest school sessions. It is clear that safeguarding is a top priority and I have full confidence in the care they provide. Highly recommend!

My son has been at the nursery since he was 11 months old. As he started during the pandemic it was a hard transition for him however the team at Bright Horizons Epping were very supportive and helped make the introduction to nursery as smooth as they possibly could. He has now been at the nursery 2.5 years and he loves it! He has built beautiful relationships with the team and some wonderful friendships with other children. He learns new things daily and is always amazing us with his growing knowledge! The team are all so friendly and go out of their way to support us in any way they can. Simply put, we Love Bright Horizons Epping!

The management and team are the most supportive and encouraging core group you could possibly wish for your children - not only bringing out your child’s character but also helping them build relationships and find their way. I could not recommend or rate them enough!

We have two children who attend full time since they were 9 months old, respectively. Our older son has just left to go to school and our youngest is still attending full time. We absolutely love the team of key workers. Our nursery manager is wonderful and not sure how, but knows every child that attends nursery by name! The activities are varied, key workers are always keen to take the children out for short trips to the local park, library and forest. My boys have loved being at nursery and every key worker genuinely cares about our children. Thank you team for being so wonderful!

My child has attended Bright Horizons in Epping since 9 months old. She has loved every day of it, developed great skills and made lots of lovely friends. The carers, room leaders and management are all great and she will miss them all immensely. My other child now attends and enjoys going to nursery each day. The nursery always strives for good communication and make improvements where needed.

Our son was here from 7 months old to 40 months old. The skills and principles that they teach are exemplary and the whole place is a pleasant and safe environment, but what really made the difference was the level of care and attention paid to our son's individual needs. Every member of staff engaged and communicated with him positively, and was aware of his particular idiosyncrasies, whether that was fussy eating, his obsession with a particular toy, or the names of members of his extended family. When one or two staff are like that it's a blessing, but when everyone is like that it reflects a culture that is deliberately fostered. As parents, we were communicated with regularly and flexibly. Daily debriefs were full of detail and insight, connecting us to his development and reassuring us that he was being properly looked after. By the time he left, everyone felt like an auntie or an uncle. I would have no hesitation recommending this nursery to a friend.

My son has been attending Bright Horizons in Epping since he was 4 months as I own my own business so needed help from early on. I cannot praise the nursery highly enough. Our son is so happy there and we would recommend them to any parent. His confidence shines, they have helped us as first time parents giving advice on toys, activities etc and they really care about the children. The regular updates are lovely. We look forward to them and you can tell they really know my son! The team are outstanding from the management through to each and every helper. They greet children and parents with a smile and by name, it has a warm feel to it and all the children are happy going in and coming out. It has been a real pleasure to send my son there. He is settled and happy. We really appreciate all their hard work and efforts. Plus the food smells amazing and he eats a healthy and varied diet! Well run, with a hardworking and kind team. Five stars all round.

The nursery is professionally run by experienced staff. The nursery teachers are all very sweet and knowledgeable and you can see that they love what they do. My 3 kids have all loved going to this nursery.

Great nursery. My child is very happy there. They do lots of fun activities- crafts, playing outside, learning about recycling or planets, etc. The staff are caring and competent. The app to find out how your child is getting on during the day is also great.

Our son has been attending Bright Horizons Epping Day Nursery and Preschool since he was 6-months old, he is now 3-years old! He loves his days at nursery, the staff are brilliant, the food is nutritious and freshly made each day and the activities are great fun. It’s so lovely to see the progression in his social skills and learning abilities, all thanks to his time at nursery.

My twins have been attending this nursery since they were nine months old up until recently when they turned three. They attended on a full-time basis and I have only positive thoughts and feelings about the nursery, facilities and more importantly, all the nursery teachers and staff. During their more than two years there, my children have been made to feel welcomed, comfortable and loved since day one. My children have developed as individuals and more importantly had lots of fun with friends, their teachers, learned lots and been cared for. All the way from the baby room, toddler room to the pre-school rooms - the care provided by everyone is great - they are receptive to your thoughts as a parent, provide relevant updates and info on their daily activities, food intake etc. The activities the children engage in are good fun and provide learning opportunities to the children. My son has been attending since he turned one and is due to start reception next year. I can’t praise Bright Horizons enough. The assistants and managers always give him such a warm welcome and everyone greets him by name, including the lovely kitchen staff! There is a good ratio of carers per child and each room is beautifully designed for the age group. Staff carefully document his progress and it is lovely to look back through his development journey, including photos. Now the new app allows me to follow his day. The building is perfect with large windows, allowing plenty of light through. The playground is secure but doesn’t feel at all ‘penned in’. The forest is just across the road and the children enjoy carefully coordinated adventures into the forest and local park. My concern when my son joined was his cautious character around strangers and other children, but staff are very accommodating to this and he is thriving as a pre-schooler now - can’t wait to go in!

Our daughter has been going to this nursery since she was 10 months and she’s now 4. All the staff are friendly and polite. They have nurtured and helped our daughter grow and develop in so many aspects such as her physical, speech and emotional skills. Our daughter loves going to nursery and comes out so excited and happy. She’s learnt so much in her time there and we will all find it difficult when it’s time for her to leave to start school.

They provide such a safe and loving environment. It gives your child freedom, fun, guidance and discipline and provides a wonderful introduction to school life. The teachers are caring, knowledgable and invested in the nursery and each and every one of the children.

We couldn't recommend Bright Horizons enough. Both our children attend, and they really enjoy it. The facilities and activities are great, and the nursery is very committed to learning and development. We feel that our son, who is at the Preschool will be very well-equipped for starting Reception next year. All the staff are fantastic and genuinely care for the children, and we feel assured that they are well looked after - thank you Bright Horizons!
