My son has attended Kiddi Caru in Writtle since January 2016 and both myself and my husband have been very impressed with the level of care he has received. Now aged 3, he thoroughly enjoys going to nursery and often wants to go on a non-nursery day!

The nursery has made a special effort to keep the magic of Christmas for children. Every pickup we have had little gifts that my son has made; Christmas decorations, robin pictures out of glitter, reindeer food, gingerbread biscuit house and the list goes on. It's really nice to see how they all mix
all sorts of mediums in the Christmas theme.

Our son is in his 3rd group of Kiddi Caru and each room has been amazing. The staff are all so caring and kind. His development has come on leaps and bounds over the last year. Nothing is too much for the staff and they make us feel special and we are so lucky to have them look after our son. Happy

My daughter has attended since 8 months old and loves coming to nursery, her days are filled with learning, play and healthy balanced meals.
The staff are friendly and professional and know all the children and parents by name.

A lovely nursery with friendly and patient staff. My son has developed so much more since attending nursery and I believe it's helped him with his speech and social skills. The rooms are all a large size with plenty of activities and toys in each one. The garden area is huge and I feel it's important
for children to participate in outside play. The food is delicious and my son is always well fed there. Everything is kept clean and the children are encouraged to play together and take part in what is going on.

Both my children have been through Kiddi Caru, Writtle and I have found the staff both friendly and easy to talk to. They have cared and looked after my children very well. My children enjoyed coming here and have found the activities engaging. The food is always really good and made on site.

The staff are welcoming, my child enjoys attending and it's a struggle to get her to leave at the end of the day. The resources - every day outside playing is, I think, invaluable to her learning and development. The staff are accommodating with any requests big or small - teeth cleaning or even a surprise
birthday card for me. The atmosphere in all the rooms is first class and no hesitation in leaving her to roam on her own down the corridor on the way out. The staff seem to familiarise themselves with all the children's names, regardless if they're in their class or not. First class childcare and have no hesitation in recommending this nursery. Thank you for making my child's day enjoyable, fun and compliments to the chef for my food monster.

My child enjoys attending 3 days a week.
She enjoys all the activities in pre-school.
It is a shame that the rooms are now so big, as a major part of our reason for sending her was the small room sizes.
In the bigger rooms, the staff appear very tired and its often chaotic at pick up/drop off.

As always, my son has had an amazing year at Kiddi Caru. The staff are so amazing, always trying and learning new skills so that the kids are always getting opportunities to try new things. Our boy always comes home super happy and can't wait to tell mummy and daddy all about his day.

My son has been attending since 12 months and I always have complete confidence in the care he will receive.
He also learns new skills which aid his learning development and any areas to focus on are raised.
The care is individual to suit each child's needs. I love that my son gets to spend lots
of time outside.

Job Title: Nursery Manager

Katie has worked in the early years sector for nearly twenty years and began working for Kiddi Caru in 2013. During this time she has climbed our internal career ladder and has gained her Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Children and Young Persons Services. Katie has extensive experience within all the age ranges, which has enabled her to provide the team with the best support and knowledge in providing high standards in childcare and education. What Katie enjoys most is welcoming families and building strong parent partnerships.
