Busy Bees Colchester Stanway

My little girl attends this nursery and absolutely loves it she has gained so much confidence through going here and all of the staff are amazing and very friendly I have no worries about my child during the day as I know she is having the most amazing time and is developing because of the staff.

We are so lucky we found such a lovely nursery for our daughter, she loves going to Busy Bees and is happy to be left with the wonderful staff in her room that has made her feel so welcome and have really helped her in both her learning and encouraging her to try lots of different foods (fussy eater ) which I’m so grateful for. I will definitely be recommending the nursery to family and friends.

I am incredibly happy with my sons progress since starting in January. He started with delayed speech and wouldn't say any words and within a month he is attempting all words and using his speech more. I tried him at a previous nursery where he refused to go in. Busy Bees changed his perception of being left and he is the happiest child every time I pick him up. All of the staff are so lovely and his key worker has been amazing since day one. An amazing nursery. The staff couldn't do more for the children they care for. My son has developed so much since being at Busy Bees. His key worker is so caring and has helped my son with his social skills so much, going from a shy child who struggled to make friends to a confident child with lots of friends. Couldn't be happier.

Busy Bees at Colchester Stanway is a large nursery which offers plenty of activities for the children and a great opportunity to make new friends. The staff are friendly and very attentive to each child's need, such as assisting with speech, language development and spotting the need to make a specialist referral if required. Each room has its own outdoor space and they encourage lots of outdoor play all year round. My child love building a snowman! This setting is extremely clean and the food is cooked onsite, is nutritional and my fussy child is happy to eat it. They encourage self-feeding and independence from a young age. He will be sad to leave he starts school later this year.

Busy Bees Stanway is a fantastic nursery. Our little boy has attended for 3 years now and he absolutely loves it. He learns so much and has fun every day. All the staff are brilliant and genuinely care about the children. The nursery is run well and everything is always very well organised. I recommend the nursery all the time and cannot praise it highly enough.

Busy Bees at Colchester Stanway has provided us with high quality childcare over several years. Staff are welcoming, supportive, skilled in their roles and always professional. As parents, this gives us confidence that we have left our children in the best possible place and they have always looked forward to returning each week. My son started at Busy Bees at Colchester Stanway last September, following a poor experience at another nursery. We were really worried about how he would settle but the staff have built such a good relationship with him and he loves it there. It’s a brilliant nursery with a great setting, lots of interactive activities and very caring staff.

My daughters keyworker and room leader are amazing. They are helping me with my daughters speech. My daughter has come on leaps and bounds. She is always happy and excited to see her room teachers.

My son has been coming to this nursery since he was 9 months old (he is now 2.5). The staff in his room are professional, friendly and genuinely care about my son and his progress. He has a wonderful relationship with most of the staff and is making new friends all of the time. His key worker is fantastic. She regularly undertakes assessments/observations and will always discuss his good and not so good behaviour with my husband when our son gets collected. Overall a very positive experience.

My son loves his days at the nursery. He enjoys all the activities and the staff are all fantastic. I always feel 100% confident dropping him off as I know he will be so well looked after. They all know him well, even those who do not work in his room. You are always greeted with a friendly 'hello' and I really like how they have started to put an activity in the foyer each week. My son loves this and it gives me ideas for home. Thank you!

My son has recently moved into Foundation class and the transition was made so easy for him. All staff supported him into this new room and recognised when to slow down the settling in days when it became a bit much for him. The staff all genuinely care for my son, encourage him to grow and give him confidence.

It's comforting to know my boys love going to nursery especially to see their key workers. My other childs key worker is fab too. I can't recommend this nursery enough, they will always accomodate your needs and put you at ease. Thank you all Busy Bees Stanway/

Excellent nursery all round, the care is amazing, my child is so settled and happy here. The staff at Busy Bees are so friendly, caring and have made me feel so comfortable and welcoming leaving my baby each day, knowing she is getting the best care provided with lots of fantastic activities each day. I would recommend this nursery 100%.

The revamp of the nursery means my son now has a beautiful pre-school environment n which to learn and prepare for primary transition. The staff, activities, meals and communication are all superb. Thanks, Busy Bees!

I've had a very positive, pleasing experience of using this nursery. My eldest son has been at the nursery, full and part-time since he was 12 months old. He has always enjoyed it and loves the staff members. The activities are varied and his social and educational skills have improved very quickly. I have no worries about the benefit he is getting from attending and my second son will be starting in October.

I feel like my children have settled into Busy Bees really well. All the staff are amazing and have not only made it easy for me as a parent but easier for three of my children as well. I'm kept up to date on their day to day life at nursery and all three of their key people are amazing. Whenever they are sad they get cuddles and are also amazing with meeting my little boys dietary needs.

Both my girls come to this nursery twice a week and they love being here! The staff are amazing and I always feel like they genuinely care for my girls which is so important to me.
