The Day Nursery have been outstanding in their childcare services, even during these covid times. The level of care my little one receives never changes and she has come on leaps and bounds since starting there. The staff are kind, caring and very helpful. Our child started in the baby room at 9 months old. As a parent, I was very anxious, however, staff at the day nursery supported her to settle in very well. My daughter loved the nursery and the staff and would always look forward to her attending. She is starting school this year, nursery cared for
her, nurtured and loved her she had good bonds with the teachers. She left a very confident child. Thank you all Day Nursery Staff for all your hard work.

My son has been going to The Day Nursery for two years and loves every minute. He loves being outside and the grounds the Day Nursery has are brilliant. The staff are amazing and always friendly. His speech and learning have greatly improved by being there.

My daughter took a while to settle into the nursery - all of the staff helped her settle in, especially one member of staff from management, who was so lovely to her. My daughter now absolutely loves nursery and asks every morning to go! I love the activities they do with them, and the outdoor area

Best decision we made to put out little one in the nursery he is currently in the baby room.
All the staff seem to really care and support the children individually.
My little boy is a little delayed and they have always offered if there’s anything more they can do to support him to reach his milestones.
The
updates on the app mean so much especially as I am working full time it’s so nice to see pictures and have that reassurance he is enjoying himself.
I feel so reassured throughout the week knowing he is safe and happy

Our daughter has been at The Day Nursery now for over a year and has thoroughly enjoyed herself. She has really come out of her shell with the help of the staff. She now comes home and tells us all about her day and the activities she has done. The staff are super friendly and extremely helpful, my
daughter calls her practitioner her best friend which is lovely to hear! We love being updated throughout the day with the Parentzone app and seeing pictures of her enjoying her day. We are so glad we made the decision to send her to this nursery, we would definitely recommend. It's a five star from us!

My son has been going to The Day Nursery for the last 3 years and is about to finish to start school. He’s been so happy and well looked after there we’re sad to see him leave, ready for school as he is. The staff are extremely dedicated and professional, and there is so much open space for the kids
to run around. It’s a wonderful nursery that we would recommend to anyone.

Our child has been attending the day nursery for a couple of years now and is so happy there - she loves the staff and is always buzzing to tell us what she’s done during the day there. It’s got a large outdoor area that all the children can mix in. We’ve always thought the nursery offers a good mix
between structured activities and free play. Our child has always eaten and slept really well there and we feel her learning development has been well supported and encouraged there.

My son currently attends the baby unit of which he started in January. I was a little nervous for him to return after lockdown for fear he would take a while to settle, however, those worries went away on his very first day. Both him and I absolutely love it and I am so glad I chose this nursery for
him. Not only are the staff that look after him excellent you can really see how much do they care about all the children which is lovely to see. It is such a friendly atmosphere and it truly does take the worry away knowing he is in such safe hands and having a lovely time. It is testimony to how happy he is when he comes home shattered! The hardest decision a parent has to make is where her children will be when she is unavailable to care for them. The Day Nursery is further away from our house than at least 5 in Benfleet but it's worth the extra few minutes to go out the way to know that I am leaving my twins in the most amazing place
I can. There's cheaper out there but you get what you pay for and the twins being happy, content, well-fed, well educated and running into the arms of the staff in the baby room is priceless. The office team are great, nothing is too much trouble, they've always been very flexible and responsive and often in the mornings, I'll pop a hello to them just because. The food provided is top quality and the girls love trying lots of new things. The parent app shares photos, sleep times, nappies, meals and it makes you feel connected when you are working. There is a huge open space just like playing in a garden rather than the car park styles seen often. I recommend the nursery highly.

Have had the pleasure of using this nursery from May 2009 until Aug 2020 and I have watched this nursery grow and evolve through the years. The management care for the children’s welfare and learning and this is passed down through to the staff. All four of my children have had an amazing time learning
and growing and become clever little people ready for school. The grounds and facilities are very good and I couldn’t want any more for my children. I would highly recommend this nursery.

Our little boy loves going to this nursery. His confidence, awareness, sense of humour and playfulness has really progressed.
The staff are fantastic, caring and communicate with parents on a one to one basis but also throughout the day on the app. They are doing wonders and are very much appreciated.
The
grounds of the nursery are filled with things to do, with excellent shelter and opportunities to explore and have fun.
Sending our son to this nursery is the best decision we have made. We leave him in absolute confidence that he is well looked after.

My daughter attends the baby unit at this nursery and we both absolutely love it. All the staff are so helpful and accommodating. Nothing is too much an ask for them. My daughter has additional needs and it was so important to me that she could attend a mainstream nursery that would meet her needs.
This nursery does just that. They are fully inclusive and tailor their care and teaching individually rather than one way fits all. The grounds are big and spacious. Kids can grow vegetables and watch animals grazing in the fields that the grounds are next to. I also love the regular updates and pictures that are sent throughout the day - a real peace of mind. Easily a 5-star establishment!

The Day Nursery has provided a great level of care to our 19-month-old and the energy, fun and creativity that the team working there bring to our child’s face makes it worth every penny. My daughter has been at The Day Nursery for approximately 2 1/2 years, and she is very happy there. She settled very easily from the start, with the staff being extremely good at managing that settling in phase.
They are also very adaptable during changes in home circumstances; with my daughter’s
transition, up to the next age group, being carefully managed with changes at home (new siblings).
My twins started about five months ago, and have also settled back in really well (post-shutdown).
The team at The Day Nursery are all great with the children, and always keep me updated on my children’s day and their progress.
The large outdoor space is also a real positive.
I would definitely recommend The Day Nursery.

Our son joined The Day Nursery when he was ten months old and we've had a fantastic experience from day one. He really enjoys his time at The Day Nursery and the updates we receive on the app are really great, especially the photos. He takes part in a wide array of activities and we feel he has really
developed from being at nursery. He is now two and a half and we think The Day Nursery will prepare him well when the time comes to go to school. All the staff are fantastic and show a real level of care and dedication to the children. The way they have opened during the pandemic has been fantastic, the settling in session allowed our son to re-familiarise himself with the environment and see his friends once again. The outdoor space is particularly great, and we love that the children spend as much time outside as possible.

My daughter has attended The Day Nursery since she was 9months old, she is now 14 months and really enjoys her time here. I was originally nervous when returning to work to leave her, however, I know when I am leaving her she is in great hands. The staff are lovely and really do care and look after
the children well. Since going to the nursery my daughter learnt how to crawl and has become confident playing and being around other children. My daughter absolutely loves her main carer, and always settles well with her. I think the nursery is a great place with a beautiful outdoor play area. I'm always very pleased with the regular updates and photos on the app, and I think the variety of food for snack and meal times is great. I would 100% recommend this nursery and plan on sending any future babies here.

Both my children have been at The Day Nursery, my oldest left last August to go to school and was really sad to leave. My youngest has been through the baby room and is now in the hall part of the nursery and he loves it. They always let us know what he is doing via the app so I can see what he’s up

The Day Nursery have been looking after my son for the last two years. The facilities are well kept and the space that is offered for the preschool children is amazing. They have a large outdoor play area with good age ranged equipment. The staff are always friendly and are good at keeping in contact
via an app during the day and by phonecall if any incidents need to be addressed. My son is always happy when he arrives at nursery and has the same practitioners which allows him to go in and be comfortable with who is looking after him.

Sophie started at The Day Nursery in 2019 as a nursery apprentice. In this time she has worked her way up to a practitioner and has now become the room leader of our 2-3 year old room. Sophie has a level 3 childcare qualification. She supports her staff in the smooth running of The Hall.
