Our son has been attending Palace Day Nursery for 2 years now. He enjoys/loves both the nursery and teachers. We have always felt relaxed and happy leaving our son at nursery. His elder brother also attended Palace Day Nursery, so we decided to continue with our second son. The staff and management
are very professional and understanding. We are very happy to recommend the nursery to other parents.

Palace Day Nursery have been amazing to both of my children. All the staff go above and beyond, they put a lot of thought and effort into what skills the children learn. Sending my son to this nursery was the best decision I made. He has grown in confidence and I can't thank the entire team enough for all the support and time they have given to make sure my son has everything he could possibly need. The nursery manager is amazing, the entire team is fantastic. I couldn't

Since she joined the nursey my daughter has developed in so many ways. She has had the most amazing time at The Palace Day Nursery, she has had lots of fun. The nursery itself is a fun and bright environment. My daughter loved the teachers very much and the teachers are very approachable for parents.

I am so happy with how everyone at the Palace Day Nursery have treated my son, it's like a second family.
I'm very nervous about who I leave my son with and I can say with 100% certainty that I know my son is extremely well looked after and with these ladies. My little one has blossomed and gained
so much more confidence while attending Palace Day Nursery. They are truly amazing and caring and I feel blessed that we're a part of such an outstanding nursery.

My 3rd child is currently at Palace Day.
We have always been very happy with the love and care given to our children by the staff at Palace Day. Because it is smaller than some nurseries, there is a homely feel about it.
They have always tried to be accommodating when I have needed extra days or
had to swap.
The children have learnt through play and experience things which otherwise they would not have done.
The food is made onsite and has always been enjoyed by my children.
I would fully recommend Palace Day.

My children love to go to nursery. They are happy and they are learning many things that they proudly show me when they are back home. Staff is kind and helpful. Hopefully, the turnaround in the personnel will be more steady, it changed quite a few times in the last year. I am happy with the communication

Excellent nursery with great positive staff. My daughter has improved in both intellectual and social ways. Very pleased with The Palace Day Nursery. Staff are always very welcoming and I can see my daughter enjoys her day at nursery. The nursery often has fun things planned for the day.

I would recommend this nursery. The staff are all really nice and I felt comfortable leaving my boy here. They always have lots of fun activities going on have a nice garden for the children to play in.
My son started going here when he was he was about 8 months old and he really enjoyed it.
They
always keep you up to date on the eyLog with their progress and photos and this was really comforting for me knowing he was happy.
He learnt a lot whilst at the nursey.

My son started here at the beginning of the month, one which has been full of upheaval for our whole family. The staff have been amazing and could not have bent over more to help ease the transition for all of us. They are always smiling and welcoming and my son loves attending. We couldn’t be happier

Palace Day Nursery is very friendly environment for both toddler and parents. All are very friendly and welcoming all the time. My little boy enjoys going to nursery. He learned a lot from nursery care. On the very first day he didn't want to get into nursery but recent days he enjoys so much in the
nursery. As soon as you drop him off he just goes inside happily. Overall good place to send your little one. Highly recommended.

Hi, I’m Lisa Blake and I am the Nursery Manager. I have over 30 years’ experience working within childcare. I enjoy working with all the different age groups and particularly enjoy getting hands on with messy play and exploring the different textures and materials on offer for the children. I strongly believe that learning is developed, nurtured and expanded through mirroring and encouraging positive inclusive play, allowing the children to think for themselves and learn through challenges and achievements. I hold a Level 3 in Childcare and Education and a BTEC diploma in Health Studies and Social Care, Pediatric First Aid, DSL (Safeguarding Lead), Safer Recruitment and Food Hygiene certificates.

Hi, I’m Samantha Potter and I am the Deputy Manager and Sapphires Room Leader. I’ve worked in childcare for over 5 years, looking after children aged from a few days old right through to 12 years. I currently hold a Level 3 Diploma for the Early Years Practitioner (Early Years Educator) and I am looking forward to studying for my Level 5 this year. I also hold group fitness, personal training, nutrition and weight management qualifications. These all help me to create activities for the children, that teach them about leading a healthy, balanced lifestyle.

Hi, I’m Christine Wallace (Chrissie) and I am the Third-In-Charge and Designated Safeguarding Lead of the Palace Day Nursery. I lead the Little Gems room. I have worked in childcare since 2003 after completing a BA(Hons) in Sociology. I have completed studies in Level 3 and Level 4 Childcare. In 2020 I qualified in the Early Years Teacher Status. I love working with all age groups and joining in their fun and games. I love messy play and instilling a creative side with our children. I also love reading, singing and dancing with the children to lots of different types of music. I believe it is important for young children to be able to express themselves in a variety of ways.
