The nursery helped my daughter to become an independent, confident young girl. When she first started she was incredibly anxious but the staff were all welcoming and cared for both myself and my daughter. They know every child and their likes and dislikes, which supports that child to help them grow. The nursery always has great activities for the children to participate in, a great use of outdoor space, and trips to the local park which my daughter loved. We will miss the staff at the nursery.

Hi,

Many thanks for your kind words. It has been a pleasure to guide and support you all through your daughter's journey with us. It was wonderful to see her flourish in all areas of learning. I wish you all well as she moves on to ‘big school’ and her next adventure.

We are so happy with Palace Day, especially over the last few months. The learning plans are clearly communicated and my child goes to nursery happy and comes home happy. She loves the staff and has formed brilliant bonds with both staff and other children.

Both of my children go there and they are happy with the staff. They have created a connection with them, which for me is really important to know they feel safe and cared about. After management and most of the staff changed, things have gone on a good path and they have done everything to reassure parents that the little ones are in good hands. Thank you for all your work and keep it up.

The Palace Day Nursery has been great in bringing my child out of himself as he is not used to mixing socially due to Covid.

My daughter absolutely loves Palace Day Nursery, she’s so excited to go every morning racing to the door to leave the house, and then comes out smiling every single day in the happiness of spending the day at nursery. She sleeps for 2 hours a day and eats all her food there - something she does not do at home, so it shows how settled she is! The app is great for getting live updates about your children, we absolutely love it - it melts our hearts to see what she’s up to. The staff are so welcoming and really love our princess. We feel so happy dropping her off each day and don’t just see it as childcare but a place she goes to have lots of fun and learn also! She’s come on leaps and bounds since starting at Palace Day. Thank you to all the staff, we really appreciate it.

Our daughter has been attending The Palace since she was 9 months old. I am extremely happy with the nursery, the setting, their care approach and the lovely staff. It’s like a family, and I really do trust them with my daughter who is thriving at nursery - my little girl is confident and happy because of her time at nursery and it has expanded her interaction with children being an only child herself. I love the nursery and would recommend to anyone. Down to earth, loving place to learn and grow.

The Palace Day Nursery is an amazing nursery more like a second home than a nursery setting. My eldest attended and loved it and my middle currently still does and loves it. The staff go above and beyond for the children.

We needn't have worried about our lockdown baby adjusting and being cared for at nursery, as Palace has been great! The baby room leader is particularly caring and switched on. We felt confident that she really cared about delivering the care and food preferences we wanted for our child. For example, we use reusable nappies and staff have been happy to accommodate that. Palace also employs their own cook, who cooks onsite which means the food is really fresh - and they've recently made the move to remove sugar from meals too, which is so good for the long term health of kids. Kids spend a good amount of time outdoors everyday and communication with parents is good too. In respect of covid, Palace has done everything that it is reasonably possible to do. It is sometimes hard taking your child for covid tests after every temperature, but worth it in knowing that you are keeping the environment and staff that your baby cares about safe. We really recommend Palace to everyone.

My daughter has been attending The Palace day Nursery 3 days a week, all year round, since April 2019. I cannot fault the nursery. My daughter has formed brilliant bonds with her teachers and peers alike, she’s always coming home with something positive to say.

I am a keyworker, and the nursery has gone above and beyond to keep the nursery a safe environment. Not once have I had any concerns in sending my daughter during this pandemic. The nursery has not had to shut down due to any positive cases during the lockdown year, which goes to show how well they have managed the situation. I would 100% recommended the nursery.

The Palace Day Nursery has been a wonderful place for my little girl to go explore, play and learn since late 2019. The nursery has been understanding and very supportive throughout 2020's pandemic period. They stepped up and made adjustments when required. They take seriously the responsibility of keeping the kids safe and care for. I would highly recommend The Palace Day Nursery to families within the proximity looking to put their child(ren) in a nursery.

Thank you to all The Palace Day Nursery staff for your wonderful work.

My son loves going to nursery. He is always excited and doesn’t want to come home. He has so much fun doing g all the activities and is always talking about what he has done.
The staff are amazing with all the children and have helped to improve his speech.

With the currently Covid situation, the staff are extremely vigilant and are doing everything they can to limit the risk. They are always really easy to talk to and will help in any way that they can. Would definitely recommend The Palace Day Nursery to everyone.

My daughter joined Palace Day Nursery in the summer of 2020 after being really impressed with the safety measures they had in place for the pandemic. Since then, she has grown immensely and absolutely loves going to nursery, asking to attend on days off. She is building relationships with her peers and the staff and meeting milestones. The nursery uses an app to keep in touch with parents snd to upload your children's progress, which is really lovely to be kept up to date in her development and the goings-on through the day. The management staff have been really accommodating when we have needed to change the hours my daughter attends. We have since had another child, and will be looking to have both siblings there in the future.

Palace Day Nursery also offers various different session types, which are appealing as you are only paying for the time you need, which is great!

I would like to say a massive thank you to everyone that works at the nursery. I and my son are both extremely happy with all that Palace Day Nursery has to offer and the incredible way of teaching. The professionalism is out of this world, the children come first and everyone is extremely friendly. Lunches are amazing and I can’t stress enough how happy my son is at school. Thanks once again.

Very friendly staff and fabulous with all children and staff are always happy to help if needed. Always outstanding with their activities. My daughter seems to really have settled in really well thanks to the team. The ey-log is great when you can see what they have eaten in the day and to have communication for both us parents and staff. I love seeing the observation and the fact they do parents evening. With covid-19 they have done amazing!

I totally 100% recommend this little nursery. My child loves going! Out of all the nurseries I looked at, The Palace Day Nursery was definitely the only one that ticked all the boxes. My little one has gained lots of confidence and made some great little relationships. He loves going in in the morning and always comes home smiling... I couldn’t ask for a better nursery.

My child has been attending from when he was 5-months-old he is now 2-years-old. I felt content leaving him and the team have an excellent support system in place to help the family as well caring for children holisticly. The staff are extremely welcoming, friendly and down to earth.

The lovely team at The Palace helped me through my uni days and I will never forget it, it allowed me to leave my son knowing he is cared for and pass with a first-class degree. This is a fantastic place.

My daughter has been attending the nursery since she was 9 months and now she is 3 years. Her development throughout this time has been amazing, she has grown and learned so much under the close supervision and guidance of the nursery staff.
The nursery has become my daughters second family, where she is well looked after and always happy to attend.
We are pleased with the relationship we have develop with the nursery staff, which are always very helpful and willing to accept/ respect particular requirements from us as parents.

We are also very pleased with all the efforts that have been made to maintain the social distancing and ensure the wellbeing of our children.

Been sending my girls to the nursery since 2016 and extremely pleased with the facilities and the team there. They are a second family to our girls and have managed incredibly well handling the difficult times we’ve all faced recently. The children's well being is always their top priority and my daughters light up whenever we go there. The whole team are incredibly friendly and I love that while we did not attend for a month or so due to Covid-19 the nursery did Zoom chats, uploaded story videos to Facebook and called regularly to keep that connection with the children.
