The Palace Day Nursery

My son has attended Palace Day Nursery since he was 10 months old, he is now 4. The staff have always been very supportive and he has developed a lovely bond with them. We have found them to be very organised. The nursery is well managed, and we are kept up to date with his progress through regular updates and photos of what he' s been up to. Also, parents evenings are arranged every year where we have the opportunity to discuss our son's progress in person. The staff are also prompt to tell us if he is unwell, has a temperature and needs us to confirm that they can give him Calpol. He is always happy when we pick him up which is a testament to all the good work the staff do. I would definitely recommend this nursery, everything is well managed, the staff are amazing and my son has grown so much since attending.

The activities and experiences they provide are fantastic - just in the past month they've had Music Bugs, a visit from a police car, and even a fire engine. The app they use to inform parents is fantastic, we receive daily updates and regular pictures of what she has been up to. It's a wonderful, nurturing environment, and I couldn't be happier with the care she receives.

My grandson has been attending the nursery since he was 5 months old and he absolutely loves it. The staff are very friendly and are eager to answer any questions. The changes that have happened over the last couple of years have made such a big difference. We have found them extremely supportive throughout all room moves my grandson has. He continues to thrives through their love and care x

Palace day nursery is a wonderful nursery. My daughter absolutely loves going in every day! The staff are all very engaging and patient with all the children and provide many different activities to keep them all entertained! Every day I pick up my daughter and notice she has learnt something new, whether it is a new word, counting more, recognising colours or a new skill. I can not thank them enough for how amazing they are! Whilst it is smaller than other nurseries especially the chain ones, it gives a more homely feel which I think is lovely!

Very welcoming and friendly staff. My child loves going and always looks forward to it. The staff are caring and attentive and I highly recommend. Everyone is approachable. The meals are fantastic and has helped my child try things they wouldn't usually have. My child has learnt a lot and enjoys talking about all the things they have done when they come home.

Our little girl has been at the nursery for almost 2 years and has grown so much in confidence since being there. The staff are helpful and lovely and their communication with parents is excellent. I can't recommend The Palace Day nursery enough. We will be sad to say goodbye when she starts school in September.

My child has been attending since May 2025 and initially was difficult for him as would be for any child. He loves it now and is ready every morning for nursery. In terms of development we have noticed significant changes in our son. The staff have been a massive help to him. Thank you Palace Day Nursery!! Would highly recommend.

I am very happy with The Palace Day Nursery. My child has been going there for 7 months and really enjoys it. The staff are amazing and incredibly thoughtful. Going to nursery has definitely made a positive impact on my child.

I am so impressed with the outstanding staff at Palace Day Nursery. They always go above and beyond to make sure my little one is taken care of. They are so kind, friendly and approachable you can come to them with any question, no matter how silly! They're great at reassuring me as a parent but more importantly that my little boy is always having the best time. Couldn't recommend you guys enough, thank you so much for everything you do!

My daughter started in October and was very emotional to start with, within two weeks when dropping her off although she was upset she went to one of the girls with open arms. I have seen my little girl improve in so many different areas and become a lot more confident when being around other children. The girls at the palace day nursery are all amazing, they all look after my little one and she has grown an inseparable bond with a few of the girl that work here. I cannot fault the care and commitment the nursery has to the children in their care. Couldn't recommend the nursery enough!

The staff are so caring and nurturing and it’s clear to see how much they genuinely care about each and every child. My little boy absolutely loves going to nursery and has settled in really well! They do so many activities to engage the children, it’s so lovely to see what they get up to each week. If I’ve ever needed to speak to someone they are really helpful and accommodating and always willing to make time for you to have a chat.

I had an amazing experience with this nursery, particularly with all the staff members which are amazing. They care about my child and I am really happy about how they used to do. I feel very comfortable to leave my kids with them.

I have been really happy with how my daughter has settled in at Palace Day Nursery in the last year. The staff are always attentive to her needs and know her as well as me and my partner do. The staff go above and beyond and we cannot be more grateful for the care they give.

I have seen how my granddaughter has improved every week. There are lots of activities for children of all ages and she always has a smile. The staff are approachable which is fantastic. It is a very happy enviroment for these children which is good for their growth. We receive regular updates and pictures of the children which as a parent and grandfather we look forward too. A1+ for this nursery.
