Head Start Day Nursery

Great Place, fantastic staff. My son started when he was two years old. He didn't speak English at all. He is now four and a half and is a confident boy and his English is absolutely great. He loves this nursery. With school approaching in September, we will be sad to leave but are thankful for the hard work and love they have given. Thank you so much for all supporting.

Very pleased with this nursery and the staff! The care and attention the staff give to my little one every day is absolutely commendable. In his previous nursery, he wasn’t happy so we decided to change his nursery and moving him into Head Start was the best decision we made. He settled down very quickly. He now enjoys going to the nursery very much and can’t stop talking about his key worker and other staff members. He gets very upset by the fact that his key worker and other staff members will not be there at primary school with him.

All credit goes to the lovely staff at Head Start! Thank you very much all of you!!! Your dedication, time and efforts are very much appreciated!

Both of my sons have attended/attend Head Start Day Nursery. Having experienced a previous nursery I can say that Head Start is without a doubt a very friendly and professional set up with the kindest and caring nursery staff you could ever wish for. The safety and security of the children is paramount to them. My son is so happy and comfortable here and has learnt so much. The nursery staff go above and beyond and exceed my expectations. The location is beautiful and quiet with lots of nature around it which is a great bonus to incorporate into the learning. The learning is made with lots of love and fun and the staff really nurture the children. There is such a wide variety of learning and the room is beautifully set up with the activities for the morning. You can just see how much they care about your child and they are genuinely sad to see the children move on up to school. They should be proud of their achievements as they give their heart and soul into caring for the children.

I just wanted to say that in regards to Milton Keynes Village, Headstart Nursery, I couldn't be more impressed. The management and staff are a credit to this nursery. My son started when he was around two and a half and struggled with socialising and meeting new people. He is now four and a half and is now a bubbly, confident little boy. I truly believe the staff at this nursery deserve the credit for that. My son loves going to nursery, he says it's so much fun and you can tell he idolises all of them. With school approaching in September, we will be sad to leave but are thankful for the hard work and love they have given. They will be truly missed!

Brilliant staff! Brilliant learning and just a nice homely safe place for my little one. So happy with my choice.

My daughter attends and absolutely loves it, so much so, she's asking to attend more sessions!! We've just enrolled our second daughter too! The staff are really friendly and helpful and I really feel like my daughter's happiness and learning is their priority as if she was their own child. They always do a variety of different things with the children, they play outside, go to the local church and I couldn't recommend them highly enough!!!!

A fantastic nursery, which I can't commend highly enough. We are on our second time around with Head Start, with a gap of a few years, and the standard has remained excellent. The staff are friendly and informative, and genuinely warm with the children. There are varied and well-planned activities every day, with lots of craft - it's rare for my daughter to come home without artwork. The nursery is lucky to be located in the middle of the old village green, with a nearby playground, so the children get fresh air every day, and in the summer they can have lunch in the shade of the trees. I will be very sad when my youngest has to leave to go to school, but I feel that the nursery will genuinely have given her a Head Start!

All of the nursery staff are friendly and look after the children's emotional needs fantastically. All of my children started there at 18 months and with the help of the staff have become confident, happy and sociable. The learning is tailored to each individual child and they received encouragement and support through all areas of their development. Head Start MK village is a very special place and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Fantastic ladies!
