The Priory Day Nursery is situated in High Wycombe town centre within short walking distance to the train station. The nursery is open from 7:30 am to 6:00pm, 51 weeks of the year and welcomes children from 3 months of age to 5 years.

The nursery offers both half day and full day sessions and offers grant funding for children aged three and up. The nursery offers a home from home environment with highly qualified and experienced staff who ensure every child’s individual needs are met.

There are five brightly decorated rooms and a large outdoor area with age and stage appropriate equipment and resources. The nursery also offers extracurricular activities weekly such as yoga, French and outings in the local community.

The nursery also has a dedicated Health Visitor who visits monthly and has an excellent reputation within the local area.

I can highly recommend The Priory Day nursery. My little boy has been attending since January 2023, and absolutely loves it. They cater a wide range of food for snacks, lunches and teas, the girls there are so lovely and he comes come smiling every day, he has come on leaps and bounds since starting.
Communication is great, and feel that any questions or concerns are dealt with immediately.
100% would recommend to anyone in the area needing childcare.

I couldn’t be happier with the Priory Day Nursery. My son has loved his time there. Very happy with my experience at Priory Day Nursery so far. All staff are kind and welcoming and my little one has built great relationships with them. My little one is now 3 years old and has learnt a lot from nursery such as putting on her own shoes and coat. My little one always has a happy story
to share about her day in nursery. They have great communication as they always inform me about my little one's day such as what she ate, how much she ate and sleep times. This has been so useful as I can understand my little one's routine. They have also been very accommodating to me as a working mum meaning that I am stress-free. Overall, I can say that the nursery has had a positive impact on my little ones' development. She learns a lot and really enjoys the fun and warm atmosphere that comes from the lovely staff.

My son started slightly later due to being placed in another nursery which did not work out for him.
We visited Priory Day and was immediately impressed.
My son struggles in certain areas and was also mute when starting. He has come on leaps and bounds thanks to his teaches. And also speaks perfectly.
The nursery in my eyes meets every child's needs and I have zero faults.
My son has enjoyed his time at Priory Day and we couldn't thank the staff enough for the past year.

I am very satisfied, my little girl has accommodation problems after a big trauma at another nursery, I thought she would never stay anywhere else, but to my surprise, she likes it very much. The staff is very professional and knows how to help her! I didn't move out of the city just to be able to continue

We are so pleased to have chosen Priory Day Nursery as our son has settled very well thanks to the amazing staff. After a couple of weeks, he really engaged with the rhythm of the nursery. It is very apparent that the staff take really good care of the children’s wellbeing, giving lots of cuddles and
affection. It really feels like they pay attention to each child’s individual needs whilst still integrating them into the overall nursery routine. Children’s development is at the heart of what they do, and they do so in a fun and engaging way through games/songs /garden play/messy play/ stories etc. The ey log is extremely useful day to day for keeping in touch with what your child is doing on a day-to-day basis.
We are so impressed to see our son develop so much in such a short space of time.

My son settled so quickly. The staff are so friendly and caring, they supported me whilst I was potty training and offered great advice. My son has built confidence and has learned so much since attending this nursery. I know this as each time we came home he would tell me what he had done and I would

The staff are very friendly and very caring. My son learnt a lot in all aspects from communication to settling in very quickly and was able to build a relationship with his key workers. My son's weaknesses were picked up quickly by well trained, professional staff. All the staff are approachable and

Priory nursery is a lovely place! We have two girls and both went here. One of them is now at school, another still attends nursery. Never had we any problems here, all reports are detailed, great communication with parents, wonderful and friendly atmosphere within. Any queries actioned rapidly, very

This nursery has been amazing; he has loved it!. All the teachers are great and really care about the kids. His development here has been fantastic, and I am sure they have played a huge part in getting him ready for big

Samantha Burton has a Level 3 in Childcare and Education and has 22 years plus experience in childcare covering all age groups and in a variety of different childcare environments. Sam is complimented by a strong, dedicated team, which helps to create a warm and homely environment where children really do flourish. The majority of the staff have or are working towards their level 3 childcare qualification.
