My son has attended the nursery since he was 8 months old, as he is moving through the rooms, every staff member has been helpful, supportive and taken excellent care of my child. He spends time doing fun activities that I otherwise would not have time to do with him.
From the staff at the entrance
desk to the staff in the rooms, everyone is polite, friendly and knowledgeable.

My daughter settled in the ladybirds room in December and I remember feeling so nervous but I had no reason to be.
Every single staff member is so welcoming and friendly and I can tell they genuinely care so much for my daughter and the other children.
I love coming in and hearing about all the things
my daughter has gotten up to - from singing, dancing, what lovely meals she's had and her progression. Thank you for all your hard work!

We feel so lucky to have sent our children to Field House. From the moment you walk into the door the team are welcoming, friendly and nurturing to the children. There is always a smile and a happy reception.
In the rooms, the key workers are dedicated and supportive of all the children and as a parent,
I believe that they genuinely care about the health, wellbeing and development of my children. You can tell a lot of thought goes into the activities to keep the children stimulated and challenged - with a lot of fun thrown in too!
From a SEN perspective, the support we have received from Field House has blown us away. The team have without exception been kind, knowledgeable and understanding as we navigate through this different pathway together.

10/10 experience!
Both our children started attending Field House Nursery in September. We were given several settling sessions in August and then an additional few for our youngest one who really struggled being away from his sister and mummy. It was exactly what we needed (including me, the mother).
All the staff have been super understanding and have always looked for ways to make children feel welcomed, seen, heard and comfortable. They have settled incredibly well and we couldn't be happier!
We love everything about the nursery: all the staff are amazing (it seems everyone knows my kids' names, even if they don't work with them!), communication is great (they always take time to tell us about kids' day; we get lots of photos and other info in the app), the toys and activities are very good, kids spend lots of time outside. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone interested!

The nursery has been so caring towards my grandson. It is amazing to see what great bonds he has with his key person and all the girls in the room. They make the transitions in the morning so easy, ensuring he always has a smile on his face when I leave. The environments always look so welcoming in
all the rooms and the feedback is always personal towards his day.

Both of my kids have been through Fieldhouse and I can't fault it. I have recommended this nursery before. The staff are so attentive and provide a fantastic range of activities. Both of my kids loved going and I always had trouble getting them out at the end of the day.

My daughter joined at 2 years old. All the staff were very warm and welcoming. Within a week she has settled in and enjoyed the nursery so much. We found the staff great and always willing to listen and help where we needed then. She graduated pre-school recently and misses the nursery. She spent two

Field House has declined over the 6 months. Mainly down to poor management. We had numerous issues with the nursery prior to our son leaving which included injuries (including head) that weren't sighted, to clothing that was trashed and overall a real lack of structure at the preschool level. There
were mentions of forest school and getting ready for a school programme that never materialised. Updates on their day via the app were non-existent also. We felt management just told you what you wanted to hear to solve the problem but never improved on the issue at hand.

I have dropped off and collected my grandson from Field House a number of times. Every time I enter both the nursery and his room I receive a very warm welcome and greeting. The staff in the room make a very clear effort to either find out how he is upon drop off or give me very detailed information
on his day upon collection. The room is always very welcoming with a lovely calm atmosphere and I feel very happy and confident leaving him there.

Since our son started in December 2022 our experience has been positive. The nursery provides an open and welcoming atmosphere which has allowed our son to thrive. We have previously had communication issues at his previous nurseries but Field House excels at keeping us updated with our sons progress.
The staff take the time to really get to know the children and therefore this allows them to provide structured learning opportunities that are tailored to the individual children. We couldn't be happier and our son runs in the door.

We literally love everything to do with Field House Day Nursery, activities, food, policies, but amongst all, the people.
We know that our daughter is safe, cared for and in an environment of love. We cannot thank you all enough.
Daily updates on the app show thought-out and planned activities to
help her meet her milestones and the food available is both healthy as well as diverse. I couldn't be happier as a parent for my daughter to go here. It has allowed me to return to work confidently, knowing she is happy.

My daughter joined the nursery in January 2023 after not getting on well at another nursery, we were anxious about her settling in but it couldn't have gone smoother. The staff have been incredible and in a short time, she has settled in and is excited to go every day. Everything was communicated to

Without a doubt the best nursery there is. The love and support that is given to your child are fantastic. Job Title: Nursery Manager Joined: 2008

Liz is the Manager of Field House Day Nursery and has a wealth of experience, having worked in the Early Years sector for 28 years. Liz has numerous qualifications, including a National Diploma in Early Years, a Level 3 NVQ certificate in Management and a Level 2 award in Health & Safety. Liz has worked at Childbase Partnership for 15 years.


What is your favourite feature of your nursery?
The warm inviting environments, large outdoor space and family feel.

They are a team that supports and cares for each other and shows dedication, passion and commitment to delivering excellent childcare on a daily basis.
