Field House Day Nursery (Buckingham)

My son recently joined the nursery. The staff were excellent at helping him settle in particularly as there were lots of changes for him at home. I love the detailed feedback, the staff are always friendly and take a person-centred approach. My son loves it there and does a range of activities. We have seen him grow and develop more since we changed childcare providers to Field House. Admin and reception staff are also very responsive and helpful.

My daughter is at Field House, the staff were amazing and patient whilst we settled her in. She really enjoys nursery now and loves her key worker. We are really glad we chose Field House. We would definitely recommend it.

We are so glad we chose Feild House for our daughter. It is a huge decision to trust people you do not know to take care of your precious child; all the staff seem to understand this huge leap of faith and put part and child at ease on a daily basis. They achieve this by being friendly, caring, responsive and showing a genuine interest - they really know my daughter. Little things, such as noticing when she has new shoes really show they care. They all do an incredible job, and it means we can go to work safely in the knowledge she is in such capable, caring hands. Thank you.

I love coming in and hearing about all the things my daughter has gotten up to - from singing, dancing, what lovely meals she's had and her progression. Thank you for all your hard work!

From a SEN perspective, the support we have received from Field House has blown us away. The team have without exception been kind, knowledgeable and understanding as we navigate through this different pathway together.

We love everything about the nursery: all the staff are amazing (it seems everyone knows my kids' names, even if they don't work with them!), communication is great (they always take time to tell us about kids' day; we get lots of photos and other info in the app), the toys and activities are very good, kids spend lots of time outside. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone interested!

The nursery has been so caring towards my grandson. It is amazing to see what great bonds he has with his key person and all the girls in the room. They make the transitions in the morning so easy, ensuring he always has a smile on his face when I leave. The environments always look so welcoming in all the rooms and the feedback is always personal towards his day.

Our experiences at Field House Day Nursery continue to be exceptional. As our daughter has moved from Caterpilators One and Two to the Ladybird room, she continues to receive superb care from an immensely dedicated team. It is evident our daughter is incredibly happy at Field House Day Nursery, and we are grateful for the energy that all of the staff committed to ensuring she thrives. We would not hesitate to recommend Firld House to other families for exceptional care.

Both of my kids have been through Fieldhouse and I can't fault it. I have recommended this nursery before. The staff are so attentive and provide a fantastic range of activities. Both of my kids loved going and I always had trouble getting them out at the end of the day.

My daughter joined at 2 years old. All the staff were very warm and welcoming. Within a week she has settled in and enjoyed the nursery so much. We found the staff great and always willing to listen and help where we needed then. She graduated pre-school recently and misses the nursery. She spent two very happy years there as did we!

Field House has declined over the 6 months. Mainly down to poor management. We had numerous issues with the nursery prior to our son leaving which included injuries (including head) that weren't sighted, to clothing that was trashed and overall a real lack of structure at the preschool level. There were mentions of forest school and getting ready for a school programme that never materialised. Updates on their day via the app were non-existent also. We felt management just told you what you wanted to hear to solve the problem but never improved on the issue at hand.

My child has been at Field House Day Nursery for around three and a half years and they have been nothing short of outstanding. Excellent staff who genuinely care. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Thank you!

Our son has been at Field House Day Nursery for nearly two years. He is having a wonderful time. It is such a nurturing and lovely environment. There is a real sense of care for the child's individual needs.

Field House is an amazing nursery, the staff have been so supportive with settling my little girl in and have made the transition of starting nursery easy. My daughter loves going in and seeing the staff who she has built such strong bonds with.

I have dropped off and collected my grandson from Field House a number of times. Every time I enter both the nursery and his room I receive a very warm welcome and greeting. The staff in the room make a very clear effort to either find out how he is upon drop off or give me very detailed information on his day upon collection. The room is always very welcoming with a lovely calm atmosphere and I feel very happy and confident leaving him there.

Since our son started in December 2022 our experience has been positive. The nursery provides an open and welcoming atmosphere which has allowed our son to thrive. We have previously had communication issues at his previous nurseries but Field House excels at keeping us updated with our sons progress. The staff take the time to really get to know the children and therefore this allows them to provide structured learning opportunities that are tailored to the individual children. We couldn't be happier and our son runs in the door.

The staff at Field House are amazing! They are polite, caring and show a genuine interest in the parents and the children. They are professional at all times and are very respectful. My daughter loves going to nursery and I can see she is reaping the benefits of being with other children. The nursery is tidy and clean and the food sounds fantastic and I am so glad my daughter goes there!

Daily updates on the app show thought-out and planned activities to help her meet her milestones and the food available is both healthy as well as diverse. I couldn't be happier as a parent for my daughter to go here. It has allowed me to return to work confidently, knowing she is happy.
