Wise Owls - Farm View Day Nursery

My son has been attending Farm View for over a year and absolutely loves it. He has such a fun time, has made some good friends and adores the staff. He can't wait to go each morning. His social skills, speech and development has grown so much, and we're kept so well imformed of everything he's been up to. Thank you so much to everyone at Farm View!

My daughter started this nursery last month and she has happily settled in. The staff in her room know her very well and are always friendly. My daughter was at a previous nursery which she had a bad experience at and didn't like to go to each morning, the difference in her from attending is amazing and makes me so happy that she once again enjoys going to nursery and is always so happy when I pick her up. She can't wait to tell me about her day and always says she has had lots of fun. Her confidence has grown so much in a short period of time, and her learning has increased with now counting to 10 and knowing nursery rhymes so quickly. Couldn't ask for a better and more friendly nursery to attend. Highly recommend as the setting and staff are lovely.

Our little boy started at Farm View a few months ago and I can’t recommend it highly enough! The staff are amazing and have helped him to settle in quickly. They’re so helpful with all of my silly questions, and we love hearing about all the fun things he gets up to every day. The whole team have helped make the transition as easy as possible and most importantly, our little boy loves going there!

Part of me feels like it’s too early for me to write a review for Wise Owls as my daughter has not been there for long however, I would like to share my experiences so far as I am just over the moon with how well my daughter (2) has settled in. I can't put into words just how amazing the girls here are. The communication is brilliant along with the support. I was lucky enough to be able to stay on my daughter's 1st settling-in session and it was lovely to see just how happy and content all the other kids were. It really put my mind at ease. My girl comes out at the end of the day so happy and bright - to me that says it all. I am so, so pleased I went ahead with this nursery, for me it’s everything I was looking for and more.

The best nursery around by far. The staff are amazing and the facilities are fantastic. My son has developed and grown so much since he started nursery six months ago. Massive thank you to all the staff who look after him.

Fantastic nursery, amazing staff and very affordable. I would highly recommend Farm View day nursery to all parents who want to feel at ease when leaving their baby/child in safe hands.

Great nursery. My son loves it and has settled in really well. The newly renovated room is also lovely with lots of toys and activities. Have already registered my other child here too. It is a great nursery.

Lovely setting, friendly staff, informative management and my daughter is really happy here. She loves going on walks to see the horses and she loves her key worker. They have made her start to nursery a breeze.

I am sad that my son is leaving this summer to go to school. He loves the kids and the staff and they have helped his confidence so much. He is always happy when he leaves and excited to tell me about his afternoon.

My son has recently joined Farm View Nursery and all the staff have been lovely to help him settle in. They keep in touch with us well and the children seem to be doing a range of activities. They are flexible to the children's routines and our son has taken to them very well.

My son has been going to Farm View for 4 months and absolutely loves it! All the staff are so friendly! We were shown around by a team member who was so helpful explaining the daily running of the nursery and how they monitor and help a child develop. She was very warm and reassuring. All the staff that look after my son have helped him develop with language, counting and social skills. I have seen a huge leap in his confidence since he started at Farm View nursery. We are so glad we chose Farm View!

Great nursery with natural surroundings. Staff are helpful, friendly and helped my child when she struggled with confidence. All areas of learning are met throughout. Would happily recommend to friends and family.

My son has been with Farm View for a year now, he was 6 months old when we first came, it was a very emotional time for me as a mother and also for my baby as he was so young, the girls here made this extremely hard experience so much easier to deal with and made me feel at ease with my decision to go back to work. Obviously, due to Covid, we have had many months off so when we were allowed back to nursery the separation anxiety was in full flow and again the staff made this transition phase a lot easier to deal with and I felt comfortable with how he was being looked after, he is now absolutely thriving and is picking up new words so quickly, he is such a happy boy when I pick him up and I couldn't be happier knowing he is in such safe hands! You guys have been an absolute godsend through these hard times!

Fabulous countryside Nursery with a wonderful friendly family vibe! Our little girl started at Farm View in July 2020 (and obviously not under normal circumstances due to Covid) however for the past 7 months she has been loving going to Nursery. Everyone was so supportive of her settling in process whilst all done in a covid-secure way. We have been so thankful for the measures that Farm View has put in place to keep the Nursery open as it is such a wonderful part of 'normal' for our little one. The daily activities in the Owlet room (and across the whole nursery) are so different that her experience and development is encouraged in so many different and engaging ways - not to mention her social development - she is becoming quite the social butterfly always mentioning the names of friends from her bubble! We are a very outdoor orientated family so I am always delighted that the children are encouraged to go outside whatever the weather! We love this Nursery and highly recommend!

My son has been attending Farm View for 16 months and thoroughly enjoys it. Initially, my son struggled with separation anxiety but all the staff in the baby room reassured both him and me and he settled in very quickly. During his time in the baby room, he developed well, learning how to feed himself and how to communicate effectively. Now he has moved into Little Owls, he really enjoys the structure and often talks about the activities he has participated in. He loves messy play and singing and dancing and often repeats nursery songs when at home. During the lockdown, there were plenty of activity packs sent to us which we enjoyed working through and upon returning to nursery, the staff were brilliant at settling my son back in. The staff are outstanding, they've supported and reassured us from the minute we arrived, they provide detailed, specific handovers and they are always wearing a smile! My son is so happy here. We all love Farm View and would highly recommend it.

My daughter has been at Farm View for 9 months. She loves it there, toddling in quite happily every morning. The staff are very caring and accommodating in adapting to the individual child's routine. They do a wide range of activities including sensory and outdoor play, and the staff have been really encouraging in helping my daughter meet her development milestones.

Wonderful nursery with caring and attentive staff. My daughter has come on leaps and bounds since starting over a year and a half ago. They have assisted with potty training alongside her language and social skills.

My daughter is 2 and has been attending Farm View Day Nursery for 18 months now and is very happy to be there. The nursery staff are all great and go beyond for the children, after having a three-month break due to Covid it took a while to settle my daughter again and the staff were great at helping with this. I like that they take time to chat through how the day has been even with Covid restrictions in place. As parents, we love the activities and outdoor play that is encouraged even in winter! And we enjoy seeing how much she is developing being in the nursery setting.

We are extremely happy with Farm View. Our son is very well taken care of and happy there, and it is also very evident how much he learns each day when he comes home and shows or tells us something new. He is also very comfortable with the staff who are all really kind, caring will always take the time to have a chat if needed. Nursery management have always dealt with my inquiries promptly, pliantly and professionally and are always on the ball when it comes to notifying parents of changes at nursery. We really love this nursery and will highly recommend it to anyone.

My little boy has been with Farm View full time since he turned one, he absolutely loves it and bonded well with all the staff and has really grown in the last 18 months. Staff are very supportive of development and work with you to suit your needs. Since returning from lockdown I have seen how my little boy has really benefitted from the interactions with others and building friendship bonds and social skills that were becoming more challenging in isolation at home. We often get home and he asks to be taken back to nursery so clearly a place he is very fond of.
