My son is very happy during his stay in nursery. He is learning new communication skills. I am getting regular feedback about his improvement. So, I am very pleased with the service positive steps provide.

My daughter has coped very well with others and now she can do some alphabets. Thanks to the energy and support from staff.

My daughter, 3.5 years, really enjoys going to this nursery, Staff are excellent very supportive. She has really improved in her social skills. Food is excellent and premises are clean.

Shining star of the nursery are the staff. So dedicated and often long-standing so children get great continuity of care. Communication is very good and ad hoc contact also very accessible. Both my children settled well quickly. Food is good, garden size okay, equipment good.

Discipline is the best I've seen it and prep for school program is very good.

Staff at Positive Steps Maidenhead are very friendly, easy to talk to. My eldest settled well into pre school and has enjoyed her time here. My youngest is just starting and I feel very relaxed and confident that she will develop.

My niece goes to the nursery and when picking her up, the staff are welcoming and bubbly. The care is great as is the communication that goes on with the children and staff. The garden is a lovely outdoor space for the children to run around and play.

My daughter has recently just started at the nursery, I am so happy at how well she has settled in. All the staff are so welcoming when I drop her off and I am happy with the love and care she receives.

I am auntie to a child who currently attends Positive Steps Children's Day Nursery. I regularly collect my nephew and every time I am happy with the detailed feedback about his day, the presentation of the room and the enthusiasm from all of the staff. My nephew seems so excited to tell me about his day when I get him. I am now expecting myself and don't need to look any further for the nursery that suits all of my needs and meets my expectations when I need childcare myself.

Positive Steps have been extremely helpful and welcoming to both me and my son. My son attends nursery once a week, soon increasing to twice a week, and always comes home happy. He has formed bonds with the staff and is more than happy for me to leave him with them. I haven't had any problems with the nursery since my son started and I would recommend them to anyone.

My daughter settled really well at Positive Steps, something that I was worried about considering she only does 1 day a week. She absolutely loves her days there and always has a big smile on her face when I pick her up. Staff at Positive Steps are very attentive and have a good relationship with my daughter. I really feel that she is well looked after. Staff care about the development of every child there and provide us with feedback every week. We will definitely increase the number of days she spends there.
