Busy Bees Burchetts Green

Sending my little girl to nursery was such an emotional time. My main concerns were her happiness and safety so to find a place she’s so enthusiastic and happy to go to each day has been a blessing. All the staff make a big effort to get to know the children and make their days lots of fun. Each classroom has its own outdoor space and I’m always very envious of the lovely food she she gets to try there.

My twin boys started nursery late at 3yrs old, so I was concerned they would struggle to settle in. Busy Bees have been amazing and they settled in straight away. The staff have been so helpful in advice on how to get them ready for school and so supportive when we needed to send one in without the other. The boys tell me daily about all the fun they have had and come out with beaming smiles. I can't thank all the staff enough for all your help - the boys have loved being with you and you have continuously given us great childcare which is priceless for full time working parents.

I will keep this short and sweet. For me, the true test of a nursery looking after my child is if my child is happy going there. My son wakes up and asks me if he is going to school. When I say yes he cheers. He runs in and loves it. The staff are all fabulous and happy and communicate with every aspect. Recently my son has been potty training and they have been very patient with him and he is doing so, so well now. The manager is wonderful, swiftly responds to e-mails and actions any concerns. Great nursery and a great team.

My son has been attending the nursery since he was 9 months old (he is now 2.5 years) and he absolutely loves it. He settled into each room really well and this was down to the kind and caring staff. They are so good at what they do and they encourage him to thrive and become the happy funny little boy he is. We are always greeted with a friendly smile and the manager is lovely and really helpful when it comes to any queries I have. The environment is great and I would recommend it to anyone.

I've been so delighted to have found this nursery. Having moved to the area from our much loved London nursery which set a high bar, I have not been disappointed. My daughter has settled so quickly and loves all the space and caring staff which she has really bonded with. It has been a strange time to start, with ppe at the door but they've tried to reassure parents and kids alike that the same welcoming atmosphere awaits the children inside. I look forward to being able to drop off in the room Covid permitting and seeing a bit more of what activities they get up to each day.

I am keen to book an extra morning session for my son going forward.

My son has been at Busy Bees from 12-months through to starting school and we have been extremely pleased with the nursery. Always a smiley face to greet us, exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, a clean and importantly safe environment and always a feeling of well being towards my son. The location really is just fantastic - with the luxury of lots of outdoor open space for playtime which I think is so important. Efficiently managed by the nursery manager who has always been on hand to address any concerns or queries. Would highly recommend this nursery.

Both of my sons have attended Busy Bees at Hall Place over the last 5 years and I would highly recommend the nursery. The nursery is not local to us, but in my opinion it is the best in the area and it was absolutely worth the commute. The management and staff are exceptional and very approachable and I had full confidence in their abilities to take the best care of my children whilst I was at work. The nursery is always full of smiley, happy faces and that was hugely important to us. The facilities are excellent and my children really enjoyed all the outdoor play and developed and thrived in the environment. The entire experience from the baby room through to preschool was impeccable and we have some wonderful memories of their time at nursery. Thank you to the manager and her team.

We have loved this nursery and are really really sad to leave (we are moving house). The manager and her team are exceptional, the care they have given to our daughter is superb: personalised, tenacious and relentless. We could not have asked for a better nursery.

This is a lovely, caring nursery. The staff are very kind and warm towards the children, giving lots of cuddles and support to the little ones. My daughter recently became ill with a fever at nursery and when I came to pick her up some one was sat with her, cuddling and comforting her, which was lovely. My daughter loves nursery, she has come on leaps and bounds here and has so much fun, she doesn’t want to leave at the end of the day!

My daughter loves her time at Busy Bees, so much so that encouraging her to come home is often a challenge. My daughter is in pre-school and her day is full of learning and fun with her friends. The staff are always full of engagement both with the children and with parents. My daughter has built great confidence with the staff and they pay attention to her individual needs supporting her learning and her ability to develop. There's so much to do day to day and the outside free play space means that her physical needs are also met. Every member of staff is willing to help and support the children. I couldn't recommend the nursery more and am looking forward to our final year before Daisy is off to school :-)

Busy Bees at Hall Place has made both me and my daughter feel so welcome, I always get warmly welcomed from the reception to the classroom I drop her off in. They all as a team have the children’s interest right at the top with drop offs and pick ups being so informative but relaxed. I love the outdoor space and the size of the gardens. I would highly recommend friends and family to this nursery as fees are so reasonable considering the amount of activities learning and fun they have all while in the safest environments, also the food Busy Bees at Hall Place provides is so yummy, nutritious and such a diverse menu. Thank you to all the staff who is helping my daughter thrive and be the best she can be.

My little one absolutely loves coming to this nursery every day! The staff are all welcoming and friendly and they all know my daughter well.

My daughter has been attending this nursery for a couple of years now and absolutely loves it. She has recently participated in Sports Day which was a lovely age-appropriate event and all participants took home a medal. My daughter receives excellent care from the nursery staff and I couldn’t recommend this nursery more highly.

Great nursery, my daughter loves the PreSchool room. Staff are very friendly and welcoming! Daughter loves the outdoor space and always comes home with lots of stories from her day!

The Management is approachable, visible and very attentive for any of our needs.

My wife usually drops off and picks up our little one, but I occasionally will do myself. I am always greeted by a friendly face straight off before I enter the nursery and then it proceeds to inside the nursery as well. I have found all the staff to be friendly and informative. Our little one often speaks about her teaches and always seems to be happy when we drop off and pick her up.

Both of my boys have been at the nursery since they were 9 months old. They are very attentive and both my boys really thrived from being here. The staff are lovely and friendly! My youngest has a hearing impairment and he wears hearing aids in both ears....they have accommodated this extremely well with 3 monthly reports being done and new targets set to compete with him. He is also given quiet time away from the others so he can really focus and concentrate on a topic but is also encouraged to take part in group times which he does too. They are amazing and wouldn't have any problems recommending!

It didn't take my daughter long to settle into Busy Bees even though she only attends two afternoons a week. The staff are very sensitive and thoughtful and worked to ensure she felt confident and comfortable.
