The thing I love the most is that there is a fantastic atmosphere, all key workers work together as a team and it just feels like a happy and friendly place.
I love that the food is freshly cooked on site, from scratch by an amazing chef.
I cannot praise them enough, the care and love that all key workers in Yellow Brick give to the children.
I can see that the room leader of Little Bears class has an amazing relationship with her key workers and she just has such a positive impact, yet is very organised and professional.
My only comment for improvement is that rooms are just a bit small.
Carers are absolutely fine. My daughter's key person is lovely and I am sure they have a good bond. However the nursery has too many restrictions which can disturb us a bit. There is not much space for buggies, which have to be folded down any time.

Rather expensive, if you came up from Little Bears the reduction in feedback is quite noticeable, but having said that, the key person is reliable and very close to our child. Overall we feel safe and trust the staff on child's wellbeing and care.

We are pleased with the staff. They work together very well and the children seem to know all of the staff well. Our son is never distressed when the key person is absent. The staff are professional, we have never seen personal issues affect their work, (our son). The premises inside are rich in resources and are rotated so not many are out as a hazard. The outdoor gardens are used regularly. The staff are very good at teaching staying clean and safe, (good washing hands practice). The staff ratio is just perfect. The room leader is very fair, professional, caring and amazing with parents as well. We feel all staff listen to us and know us well.
Friendly staff. Good care of children and health and safety. Only concern is space. it would be nice if room were bigger.

The staff here are fantastic, especially senior staff - they are caring and welcome parents feedback.
I feel the nursery could be made better with more educational resources, more learning-based activities and an improved catering menu.

My kids have both enjoyed being here and have been looked after well.
Thank you for your feedback, we are looking into those recommendations as we aim to meet everyone's expectations, not just Ofsted's.

The drop offs and pick ups are a very smooth process and the breakfast points are a really good idea to assist this process. Both our boys went here, however, one has left last year due to school. Our youngest is still in "small bears" and loves his time there. I would highly rate this nursery and the staff are the most enthusiastic and patient I have ever met.

Brilliant, friendly staff from her key worker to the other girls, the chef and the managers. I do not have a bad thing to say about them. They took my daughter at 7months as I went back to work and have looked after her extremely well. She recognises nursery and loves going there. She enjoys all the lovely variety of food and has developed well. They have a great online source to monitor development and the feedback every day is informative and helpful. I would recommend this nursery to anyone.
The team at Yellow Brick have cared for both our children over the last five years. The nursery is good quality and the facilities too, but it's the genuine care the team show in looking after the children, helping them develop and have lots of fun, that sets it apart. Would recommend.

All the staff at Yellow Brick Nursery are friendly, helpful and very experienced. I have complete and total confidence in their abilities. We have tried other nurseries in the area and Yellow Brick is the only one we would even consider now. Our little girl is encouraged to learn, play and develop and she does have a very positive experience. If you are looking for a nursery then choose Yellow Brick Nursery as it is extremely safe and pleasant for the children attending.
