Bees Knees Day Nursery

I was so anxious about someone else looking after my son. It didn’t take too long for him to settle and the staff at Bees Knees really worked with me so I was comfortable and to help my son feel safe, settled and comfortable.

Now my son is so happy to go to nursery. The staff always greet us with a big smile and when I collect him he’s always happy and engaged in what he’s doing.

The parent portal is great and allows me to see what he’s up to. They use EYFS assessment tools which I find really interesting.

The food is varied, healthy and fresh. My son loves it and the garden is spacious with lots of toys.

I am so happy with my choice of nursery.

My daughter really enjoys coming to nursery. She particularly enjoys garden time and French. She is constantly talking about her friends when she is at home as well as staff members.

My child has been at the nursery since he was 10-month-old, he is now in preschool. Lots of changes have happened at the nursery for the best reason. The staff are dedicated to the children and their ethos is based around fun. Food is excellent, cooked from scratch. French classes are amazing and the longer hours that the nursery open and closes helps working mums and dads.

It's always welcoming when I drop/pick him up every day and I get kept up-to-date with activities and daily meals. Emails are regularly sent out on oncoming events. My son has thrived here and it's a wonderful place.

My daughter enjoys herself but the change of staff is very unfair on small children, they need a keyworker who they can bond with. Is the quick turnaround a reflection on management? The quality of the food is poor for the monthly cost, supermarket own brand.

Our daughter has attended nursery for the past 2 years and has thrived there. Our second child will attend in September. We like the focus on outside time/learning every day. The nursery has taken an approach of continuous improvement and we are happy with the results. It's a warm/friendly environment and our daughter is very happy there.

My daughter has been going to Bees Knees since November 2017 and she absolutely loves it there, all the staff are so warming to her and have made her settling in so smooth. My daughter gets several lovely foods which she loves and is kept busy all day. Can't thank the staff enough for looking after her.

Again though, the actual daily care and support my child receives is good.

My 3 Sons go to this lovely nursery, I'm so happy how all three of them have progressed since starting here. The baby room is fantastic and I couldn't recommend them anymore they make me feel so more relaxed when I'm at work. Preschool are fantastic my sons learnt how to write his name and sound words. And my other son is in pyoneers and he absolutely loves it and has come out of himself since starting them. They are fantastic and I couldn't thank them enough my kids are precious to me and leaving them with people are hard and this place really reassures you.

His rate of development seemed to increase rapidly after he began attending, and at the moment he almost seems to come home after every day there having picked up something new. The nursery itself is always clean and tidy and the food they receive is varied and nutritious. Would definitely recommend.

The parking is always easy at the times I go.

Having only recently started to send my daughter to Bees Knees I have found that the staff are very welcoming and always very happy in the mornings to greet us and talk to her. Now that she has been going for more than a month and she understands better she is happy to go to any of the staff members in the morning and is smiling when she arrives for nursery.

We have had a meeting with my daughter's key person and together we outlined what we would like her to concentrate on and have been very pleased to see that this has been taken into account and that the nursery has worked with us to improve her walking.

My son has been attending this nursery since he was a year old when he could barely talk . It is an absolute joy to see how well his vocabulary has grown . Thanks to his teachers who have patiently and lovingly helped him . Being at the nursery is home away from home for him which is reassuring as I am confident that he is well taken care of while I am at work . He loves being in the garden and is over the moon with the French lessons .

Our daughter joined Bees Knees in February 2015. She absolutely loves it here! The staff are wonderful - kind, patient and caring - and we absolutely trust them to look after our little one. The children's' happiness and well-being is obviously the biggest importance to them. It has become a home from home for our daughter, even though she only goes there 3 days a week!

She particularly loves French and Outdoor Learning and she spends so much time in the garden that she is shattered physically and mentally every day.
