Seabrook Day Nursery is a purpose-built day nursery developed on behalf of the Luton and Dunstable Hospital to care for children of the Trust employees and the local community. They have achieved a distinction with their Green Flag Eco-Schools award.

The nursery has five main playrooms with additional sleeping areas, offering a happy, sociable environment where every child is treated as an individual. The downstairs rooms have access directly to outside areas where children are able to explore and extend the learning offered indoors.

The team of highly qualified and experienced staff are passionate to inspire and develop each child's skills.

Seabrook Day Nursery also offer the extracurricular activity of Tiny Mites every Tuesday between 9:30am and 11:30am.

The team at Seabrooks are extremely professional, kind, trustworthy and caring, they make me feel safe knowing that my child will be looked after for the day and I know that she is happy when she is at nursery.

What a fantastic nursery, it stands out from all the other nurseries by miles! Its got a strong, approachable, caring management team, a great leader and a brilliant staff team that genuinely care for all the children. They really all go that extra mile. Thanks Seabrook!

The centre is fantastic, great staff, the centre manager is fantastic and always there to support and help in anyway possible. My daughter is always happy and enjoying new educational challenges that have helped her to become a very clever 13 going on 3 :) an absolute pleasure, always recommend.

I have three children that attended the setting and I can honestly say that I am so happy with the exceptional care that they receive at Seabrooks. Every member of staff go above and beyond the call of duty and welcome us into the nursery as part of the family. The management team are warm and welcoming
and are always eager to help with any enquiries and ensure they get back to us straight away. Seabrook is truly an outstanding nursery.

Seabrook and all the staff are fantastic. My child gets to play outside in all weather and this is his favourite thing to do. His activities are age appropriated and this month he has been making pasta necklaces by threading which he loved.

Becky Smith

Job Title: Nursery Manager Joined: 1997

Becky is the Manager of Seabrook Day Nursery in Luton and has a wealth of experience, having worked in the early years sector for 23 years. Becky has a Level 2 & 3 in Childcare and Education, Level 2 & 3 in Customer Care and also Level 3 and 4 in Management. Becky had previously worked with Childbase Partnership for 20 years and has recently returned as Manager.


What is your favourite feature of Seabrook?
Each room has access to the nursery garden, the rooms are large and bright.


What are you most proud of about your nursery/team?
I am proud of the passion and engagement of the staff team.
