Busy Bees Farnborough Q is situated on the IQ Business Park just a short walk from the town centre. The nursery is a converted building over two floors benefiting from bright spacious airy rooms.

Within the nursery they offer four base rooms with separate rooms for younger babies, toddlers, and two to three-year-olds, and they also offer a large Pre-school room. They are very pleased to offer a newly refurbished garden with sensory areas, digging, planting, balancing, texture exploration and quiet areas.

They have a chef on-site, where their food is all homemade and made freshly on site. They have 6-week menus which the chef follows. Each room also does cooking club where they make anything from cakes to sausage rolls.

The nursery has a foyer at the front of the building which is where they have a breakfast bar, so grab a coffee and a breakfast bar to take on your morning commute to work. There is also a buggy cupboard, where you can leave your buggies for the pick up later. the office is located upstairs; the office door is always open so feel to pop in for a chat with the management team.

They have a close partnership with Parents here at IQ, they receive weekly text messages, monthly newsletters for each room which gives them an update of what their child has been doing over and learning. The nursery holds Parents Evening twice a year and Parent Committee Groups which are termly.

Busy Bees at Farnborough is a fantastic nursery with a lovely atmosphere. My son attended there from ages one to four and was extremely happy. My one year old daughter now attends and settled so quickly, which is testament to the brilliant girls who she has really bonded with. She goes into nursery
smiling and I never worry about leaving her in their capable hands. There are lots of photos and updates sent throughout the day which is lovely too.

An outstanding nursery in every sense of the word. The staff are well trained, attentive, friendly and show genuine care for the progress and wellbeing of my daughter. With regular photos published daily, detailed meal plans and nappy changes, my wife and I are kept well informed during each day she
is at nursery. Each observation published is thorough and exact - allowing us to closely monitor our daughter's progress during her time at Busy Bee’s. Would recommend it to everyone and anyone considering sending their child here.

Wonderful nursery, incredibly supportive, talented and welcoming staff who know the children really well, amazed by how much detailed feedback we get on a day to day basis about what our son has been doing, lovely range of activities each day and always feel that I am leaving him in safe hands.

I moved my 2-year-old and 4-year-old to Farnborough IQ in April this year, and we have been so pleased, relieved and delighted at how they both have fitted in so well.
The boys started in lockdown, and as a keyworker, I was so relieved to know they were cared for and in good hands.
They have grown
in confidence and love the staff. The communication is great between staff and parents. They both seem to be developing really well.

My husband and I are first time parents and so understandably, it was slightly nerve-wracking when the time came for me to return to work and to leave our son in nursery. I needn’t have worried though as Busy Bees at Farnborough are amazing. They really take the time to make sure every need is met and

Busy Bees have been fantastic to our daughter. She has been at the nursery since 2018 and the team have really helped her development in social skills, speech, motor skills and her confidence. The ladies have always gone out of their way to make our daughter feel welcome and she absolutely loves spending
time there.
The nursery is always extremely clean, with lots of new activities to do each day and we have been really impressed with the support the team gave when going into lockdown, preparing activity sheets, menus and keeping in touch.

My daughter has been at Busy Bees Farnborough Q since she turned one and loves attending. We could not ask more from the staff. It’s much easier to leave your child when you know the staff are so great! The garden facilities are lovely, and the activities and tasks my daughter does really stretch her
mind, and she learns a lot. We always get lovely paintings and pictures in her bag, and the app allows us to see exactly what she has been doing throughout the day.
Couldn’t recommend this nursery enough!

My daughter absolutely loves Farnborough Q Busy Bees, even during lockdown she has regularly asked if its time to go to nursery!
My wife and I have no hesitation in leaving our daughter here, as all the staff are so lovely and reassuring, we only wish we could afford to take her there more than 2-3
days a week. Not only does she have lots of fun, she definitely benefits educationally too!
We have recently welcomed our second daughter to the family, and already know she will get the chance to have just as much fun as her sister has had at Busy Bees.

Just started at this nursery after an extremely unpleasant experience with our previous nursery after the Covid-19 shutdown. The staff have been amazing even in these unprecedented times and have the best interests of the children, families and staff at the heart of everything they do. Busy Bees have
been fully accommodating in our settling in sessions, which is critical as non-key workers with our child being out of nursery for three months. We fully trust the staff and management to make the right decisions with however the current situation plays out.
It's refreshing to be dealing with a professional organisation.

Both my kids have been through Busy Bees since they were six months and its current setup is the best it has ever been. It’s sad that staff turnover was higher than we would have liked in the past but key workers have always been clearly identified and development documentation has been good. The food
is well planned and exceeds guidelines which is great. Visiting French lessons, sports groups and a zoo lab (spiders/snakes/stick insects, etc) were particularly popular with my eldest in preschool.
The downside in the past was that they always seemed to be operating at bare minimum staff levels, though this has gotten a lot better under the current manager after hearing these concerns in the parent engagement forum.

My eldest daughter started at Busy Bees when she was a year old and settled in great. She loved all the girls there looking after her (especially her key workers) who she formed a strong bond with.
My youngest started when she was six months old and has also settled in very well. The staff are so
accommodating and it’s so nice to see lots of friendly faces on drop-offs and pickups. The manager has made many positive changes since starting at the nursery and it’s great to see. She is also very approachable and friendly. I would highly recommend this nursery to any family and friends looking for a place for their child. I can’t wait (when I feel the time is right) for my little one to return to nursery and to see all the staff and her friends again. 10/10 from me!

My little one has been at Busy Bees since she was six months old and she has absolutely loved every day there. She is now 18 months and not a day has gone by when she hasn’t come back full of beans and tired out because of all the wonderful activities they get up to. The staff are brilliant and always
happy and make her feel special and make me feel like she is special to them as they do with all the children, we really couldn’t be happier with Busy Bees.

Busy Bees have been fantastic as a nursery. My son previously attended before starting school last year and now my daughter attends.


They are very responsive to emails and we have been very happy with the care provided. I have noticed some positive changes in the last 6 months and they also strive

for better.


They have been wonderful through this uncertain time, and as I am a key worker my daughter has continued to attend and they have done a brilliant job at being a support for her emotionally.

We have had children at this nursery for over 3 years when my eldest was 11 months. The staff are so kind, nurturing and supportive.
Both my children now attend three days a week and their personalities, characters, knowledge, understanding and confidence has not stopped growing.
They have fantastic
relationships with the staff and other children.
I recommend this nursery at every chance I can.
Over the years I have had very few and very minor issues, all of which have been dealt with very quickly and effectively. Communication from management has improved no end since the most recent management change (which was a while ago).
Many members of staff remain the same as when we first started, which is fantastic. Lots of smiley happy faces greet you every day.

The nursery is incredibly well run. All staff are efficient, organised, capable, kind, thoughtful, polite and general allrounders who pass these wonderful skills and abilities on to the children with whom they hold much affection for.


Sending my daughter to this exemplary establishment has, by far,

been one of my better decisions and I dread the day when she will have to leave Busy Bees behind. I can not recommend Busy Bees highly enough. They are all fabulous!

Nobody could have foreseen what has happened in these last few months but the way that Busy Bees handled it, was brilliant. It made us parents feel safe in the knowledge that they were doing everything in their power to ensure the welfare of both children and staff. Busy Bees has a lovely atmosphere

Me and my son love Busy Bees in Farnborough IQ. All the staff are absolutely fantastic. My son has been at this nursery since he was 9 and a half months old and is now nearly 4 so during his time at Busy Bees he has experienced all the different rooms available and grown close with each of the girls
in each of the rooms he has been in. The girls do such an amazing job! I know my son is sad he can't go to Busy Bees at the moment due to the Coronavirus and see the girls and play with his friends! Hopefully we will get back to normality soon! We love you Busy Bees and all our girls at Farnborough IQ!
