Busy Bees Farnborough Q is situated on the IQ Business Park just a short walk from the town centre. The nursery is a converted building over two floors benefiting from bright spacious airy rooms.

Within the nursery they offer four base rooms with separate rooms for younger babies, toddlers, and two to three-year-olds, and they also offer a large Pre-school room. They are very pleased to offer a newly refurbished garden with sensory areas, digging, planting, balancing, texture exploration and quiet areas.

They have a chef on-site, where their food is all homemade and made freshly on site. They have 6-week menus which the chef follows. Each room also does cooking club where they make anything from cakes to sausage rolls.

The nursery has a foyer at the front of the building which is where they have a breakfast bar, so grab a coffee and a breakfast bar to take on your morning commute to work. There is also a buggy cupboard, where you can leave your buggies for the pick up later. the office is located upstairs; the office door is always open so feel to pop in for a chat with the management team.

They have a close partnership with Parents here at IQ, they receive weekly text messages, monthly newsletters for each room which gives them an update of what their child has been doing over and learning. The nursery holds Parents Evening twice a year and Parent Committee Groups which are termly.

We moved my son to Busy Bees Farnborough after we had a poor experience at a previous nursery. The experience has been amazing. The staff are wonderful, and so invested in the happiness and progress of all the children, I absolutely love picking him up and hearing how excited they are about everything
he achieved that day. I feel completely confident sending him in everyday, knowing that everyone is going above and beyond to make sure he's safe, nurtured and engaged.

We have seen a huge difference in our son's character and confidence since starting at Busy Bees in March 2023. He is very keen to leave the house in the morning and always happy on his way to nursery and during drop off, he has a few favourite key workers but is always relaxed with all members of staff.
It is a real pleasure seeing and hearing about his development and daily activities. My wife and I are very happy with the exceptional care and attention our son receives and are confident that he will excel, thanks to the hard work of everyone at Busy Bees

My son went here and more recently, my daughter and they both have loved it! The staff are amazing and really try to help each individual child develop into their own amazing little character. Compared to other nurseries in the area, in my opinion, this is by far the best one.

My son recently moved rooms from Bombos 2 to Bumbles and I couldn’t be happier with the transition. All of the nursery workers in each room made the move seamless. With settling in sessions, personalised cards and bringing his favourite activities and interests into the new room so he felt more at ease.
Recently my son had an infection and his appetite hasn’t been amazing but the Bumbles team especially one staff member, have been amazing which helping Noah to eat again. And most importantly, he’s learning skills in Bumbles that I've been trying for months at home. Can’t thank you guys enough!

Our nursery is amazing. The staff work so hard to care for each individual child, make bonds and plan for them during their time in each room. My son loves his keyworker so much and I trust them to care for him just as I would. The running of the nursery is immaculate and we are so informed and cared
for as parents, they cater to my son's every need and provide him with freshly cooked meals to accommodate this as well as his other needs and do this so attentively- even his cot has family pictures so he can feel safe, his water cup has a picture label so he can find it etc!
I love our nursery family so much and appreciate everything they do. They truly deserve to be recognised for all they do!

Great nursery. My child loves going there! All the staff are welcoming and polite. There is always great communication throughout the day so I know exactly what my child has been doing, eating etc. They have great facilities in the room and a lovely outside area.

Busy bees Farnborough Q has been the perfect nursery for our little girl and we couldn't be more thrilled with our choice to have her go there. From being shown around by a particular member of staff, to settling sessions within Bombos 1, the whole experience has been wonderful. As any parents leaving
their child for the first time, we were very nervous but the team at Busy Bees soon had us reassured and happy. The team in the baby room are truly amazing. They took note of our daughter's needs and our concerns, including a peanut allergy, they fully communicate how her day is going with the app, and the photos they send of her enjoying all the activities they arrange to bring us joy every day.
The food is varied and she absolutely loves it. Communication is excellent every day but we also receive weekly nursery newsletters as well as individual messages.
I cannot compliment this nursery enough. We love it!

The staff have been absolutely wonderful settling my youngest into the baby's room - Bombos 1. He has only been going to nursery for 3 months and has missed quite a few sessions due to illness, but he already loves going in. We have no tears at all anymore, only smiles as he goes in. He has gone from
refusing to eat on his first day to eating everything they offer him. The staff have made sure he has a wide range of experiences including his first trip outside to see the big Christmas tree at the local business park. The photo updates we get throughout the day are heartwarming and emphasise to us that we made the right choice by choosing Busy Bees Farnborough Q.

I could not recommend this nursery enough. Our son loves it and excited to go to his key worker every morning. The facilities are amazing. The communication and daily updates are unmatched, the use of the app is a game changer. It is great to see how much our son has developed and learnt since being
at nursery. He has also done so many new activities that we may never have thought of doing at home. If we ever move house I don't know how we will find a nursery as good as Busy Bees Farnborough Q Day Nursery.

My daughter has attended Busy Bees in Farnborough for nearly two years. She really loves it, and I have seen her develop and grow so much as a result. The staff are excellent, really friendly and genuinely care for the children. The activities are varied and are all focussed on developing the children
across multiple skills (e.g. art, counting, French, reading). I know my daughter gets to try new food at the preschool and this has helped her be more open to trying new foods at home. I would recommend Busy Bees.

Brilliant nursery! Our son has been attending for the last couple of years and prior to starting was quite nervous around new places and experiences, but since he started at Busy Bees, he has come on leaps and bounds with his development and confidence! He absolutely loves attending nursery and is so
happy there.
All the management and staff are so lovely and welcoming and form great relationships with the children. They all know your child by name and their individual personalities! They are always just a quick phone call away and very responsive to any queries you may have.
The Busy Bees team also organise a lot of interactive staff/parent/child events which has been great for parents to come in, get a feel for the nursery and engage in fun activities with their children. We did not hesitate to sign up our second child to Busy Bees too and over the past few months, we can also see them growing in confidence.

My son started his first full days at nursery this month and it could not have gone any smoother.
I have never left him and felt I was worried about him. The regular pictures and updates throughout the day on the app are amazing and really do put you at ease. Also makes us giggle on the things he
gets up to.
The staff are super friendly and are amazing at helping our child develop. We can't thank them enough.

However, some staff are rude and lazy. Took several complaints to receive the level of care I expect.
The standard of food is poor, my child is always hungry when I collect him.

I can not recommend this nursery enough! I have had two children at the nursery and they have truly treated them as if they were their own. They show true love, compassion and empathy. The management team go above and beyond, they have great communication, ideas and exceptional standards for the nursery.

From the moment my son started with everyone at Busy Bees, Farnborough Q, he has felt happy and settled with all the wonderful ladies who look after him. I cannot fault the level of care that he receives, he loves everyone and always has a wonderful time. I can be at work knowing he is well cared for
and enjoying his day and I cannot thank the team there enough for being so supportive with us as parents and with him too. I love how he gets involved with all kinds of activities, even though he is still little and I can't wait to see him progress as he gets older. Thank you.
