The centre director is very rude and unprofessional. She is not very helpful in any way and very unprofessional when it comes to communication. Wouldn’t recommend this nursery to anyone. I am glad we removed our daughter.

Busy Bees, Hillingdon is a wonderful place. The staff, from management level to the individual key workers, are great people. I was so nervous about my 12-month-old son starting nursery, letting him go into the care of strangers, but, we were guided and encouraged from the very start. It’s still
early days for my son and adjustment to nursery life is not an overnight thing for some children, but I know I have the professionalism and support from the gang at Busy Bees. A special thank you to two staff members in particular from Buttercups class, whose arms are always outstretched for a reassuring cuddle to my son and thank you to the assistant centre director and another member of staff, who are on the end of the line to put aside my concerns. It’s credit to the centre director, who is clearly running a great show!

Most amazing nursery. Both my girls love it so much. Amazing staff and place for them to learn and interact with other children. The food they do is great and the girls have a diverse selection of food.

The staff are friendly and the manager has improved the service a great deal and my child enjoys going there and has learnt a lot from the different activities and the nursery is always clean and the food is healthy and nutritious.

All the team members are very friendly. My child feels very comfortable around them. There is a huge improvement than other previous years, where I feel my child is well looked after. My child seems to be learning according to the milestones.

Busy Bees has been incredible for both of my children. One of my children is currently still there and she absolutely adores it. The staff are amazing as well as the manager and deputy. The nursery itself is so warm, colourful and inviting. I would highly recommend this nursery to all. They
encourage such a positive, educational atmosphere.

Busy Bees at Hillingdon provides an excellent environment. My daughter thoroughly enjoys her time there and has bloomed wonderfully. The staff are very caring and friendly. They were amazing at looking after our daughter during the coronavirus lockdown when some other nurseries had closed.

My Grandson has been coming to Busy Bees for two years now. We have seen a huge improvement in him, in so many areas. He gets so excited to go into the classroom and has had an amazing relationship with all the staff in each room. Sending him here was the best choice ever. The staff are amazing and
relatable and approachable. I would recommend Busy Bees to everyone.

All members of staff right through up to management have been amazing and very supportive with helping both myself (mum) and my son. I am pleased I chose this setting for my son.

A great nursery, both children have really enjoyed their times there. They both had favourite areas in their rooms that they would run to play in first but also liked looking at the activities set up on the various tables there too.

My daughter has only been here for 5 weeks but I am very happy with the nursery. My child always seems very happy and talks about it all the time. The staff are lovely and always gives me detailed descriptions of her progress.

Busy Bees is a friendly environment. The staff are helpful and my daughter enjoys going there. She is provided with good care.

Staff are friendly and welcoming. The nursery is generally tidy and organised. There have been recent improvements to the rooms which is good to see.
It is sometimes harder for working parents to be informed of everything and a system that emailed/texted parents may help this, for example: if it
was a dress-up day this could be emailed to parents rather than a sign on the door. This would also be useful for parents meetings.
Overall I am happy with the care provided by the nursery.

We are happy with the nursery overall. The care is good and we feel our daughter is well looked after. We were a bit disappointed in regards to the care of our belongings - within a year we have lost two bottles of water (sipi cups) three jumpers, one shirt and one summer hat. Also, there were some
extra activities (sports) that our daughter went to for six weeks and they were supposed to carry on but, we haven’t heard anything else.
Apart from these few issues, we are happy with the team.
The food is really good, a wide variety and well cooked.
We have good reports which are up to date and they keep us informed through the app, although sometimes it is not very accurate, we have the information when we go to pick her up.

My son hugely enjoys his time at Busy Bees Hillingdon. The staff are amazing and have made him feel so welcome. He has developed socially and emotionally and now runs in happily every day. The ICT within the nursery class does need to be updated, however, I still get all the updates I require every
day. I cannot recommend Busy Bees Hillingdon enough!

I am very happy with the service. Each morning my daughter is greeted with happy, welcoming faces. She is very happy at nursery which makes it very easy to leave her. When she is feeling a little upset the girls go above and beyond to make sure she settles in.

Only thing to suggest is to have low-level music (kids music or nursery rhymes) to be played when dropping the children off in the morning. It's quite quiet and daunting to leave them when there's no background to take their minds off of things.
Staff are superb and always caring towards my child.
Fab nursery, recommended.
Picking up kids can be a nightmare when busy.

The care that my child has received over the past 3 years has been amazing, the staff are always very welcoming in the mornings and feedback at the end of the day is very well detailed.

The nursery has bright, open learning areas with friendly staff. The nursery is lovely and my daughter absolutely loves it. I would definitely recommend this nursery.
