Highly recommend this nursery. All the staff are friendly and approachable, communication is good and most importantly my daughter absolutely loves her days at nursery.

Both my children went to Gaynes Park Day Nursery full time since they were around 6 months old until they left as happy and confident 4-year-olds to start school.
Both loved their time at Gaynes, and they made wonderful friends who they continue to see now that they're in school. They had a great
relationship with the staff too, and often talk about them.
For parents who work full time, and who don't have a support network nearby, it really is an ideal option: it's open from 7.30am-6.30pm, all year round, apart from public holidays. They cater for all meals and snacks, and they offer the 30-hour funding.
I'm very grateful to the staff at Gaynes for the role they played in my children's early years.

My child has had such an amazing time at the nursery she really enjoyed she also misses everyone that looked after her I just want to thank everyone that looked after her I am glad to say this is such a great place to leave your child.

Great nursery and very flexible and accommodating in terms of settling in. All the staff are so helpful and really help you feel better when your child isn’t having the best start to the day! They are always doing hands-on activities which promotes the child’s learning. Both my children attended this

Since joining the nursery my son has had a very happy and positive experience and importantly looks forward to going into nursery. He has had lots of fun, developed in confidence and learnt new knowledge and skills along the way. The nursery itself is a fun and bright environment and the teachers/staff

Gaynes Park has helped our daughter develop in a number of ways from interacting with other children, using a fork and spoon and her language. The carers are friendly and very knowledgeable. I prefer when they tell you about what my daughter has been doing but would like to know more about how we can
help at home. It would be good if the nursery had a platform like tapestry so parents could log on and see what they were doing and be more involved. I would also like staff to have name badges as staffing often varies and it is strange leaving your child with someone who names you do not know.

My son is a lot happier and responsive and the staff are very helpful as well. Especially when my son was not feeling well with high temp, they administered the first dosage of medication which was very good as it gave me enough time to leave work and take him home. Unlike other nurseries (I have been
to), they would not give him any medication and would request an immediate collection.

I have 2 children enrolled in Gayes Park Nursery. My oldest is in preschool. She was in the baby room, (Ladybird), then the toddler room (Caterpiller) then the 2 year room (Butterflies) and finally preschool where she will spend 2 years. All the staff are great. Great communication. My youngest is
now in the baby room. I love the convenience of the single dropoff for baby and preschool. The hours are useful for working parent.

The room team leader has made a real difference since she started early this year. She makes the children feel welcome, she is informative of events during the day and how my child has been. She set up a volcano with the children and is constantly looking for activities for the children and improving
the day room. It shows that good leadership can transform a place.

My son has been attending Gaynes Park since he was 10 months old (he is now 4 and starting reception) and he has always had the best of care. The nursery staff and management have always been accommodating and very open to calls and emails. They are very responsive and have supported and cared for my
son always to a high standard. The food is always fresh and cooked on-site and always smells lovely.
All the staff are well equipped in first Aid and educational training and will always communicate with us as parents as to the progress of our child. They are warm and generally lovely individuals. My son has had an amazing time at Gaynes Park and has progressed so much both socially and on a communicative level. We will miss the nursery and the staff.

My son has been at Gaynes Park Nursery for almost a year. He started off with a lot of trouble but he got a lot of support from his key person. He got even more support from his key person when he moved to the pre-school room and that's when he really started liking it! His speech developed rapidly,
he was happy to go to nursery and became more sociable which was the outcome we wanted. I was a bit disappointed not to receive any photographs even though they had taken some. We also were not informed of a professional photographer's visit so missed out on those as well. So if my son ever asks me about his nursery, unfortunately, I will have no memories to share with him which is my main disappointment. It was a huge milestone for him. I do appreciate the care and support given to my son though!

My son has really enjoyed his time at Bright Horizons Gaynes Park Day Nursery and Preschool. The staff there have been great and have looked to help our son, especially with the educational requirements that he had. I would single out one member of staff for making a special effort in supporting our

My son attended the nursery from age 9 months old through to leaving for school. He enjoyed his time there. I was happy with the service and care by all staff throughout all the various rooms at different ages. In particular in the Ladybird room (baby room) due to him being so young.

My daughter has been at Gaynes Park Day Nursery and Preschool since she was 2 years old and is due to leave for school. The care she received when she was small was great and nothing is or was too much trouble. Now in preschool, the learning she takes from activities and relays to us at home is amazing,
not just education but life skills as well.

My son has attended this nursery since he was 4months old. I have watched him grown into a confident, caring, intelligent and enthusiastic little boy as a result of this nursery.
He enjoys attending Gaynes Park and adores his friends and carers. The staff are attentive, compassionate and caring, they
ensure the needs of each individual child is prioritised.
The garden is spacious and the overall space and facilities of the nursery are second to none.

My daughter settled into this nursery very easily. Staff always attentive and always make time to talk to you at the beginning or end of the day if you want to.
Staff are enthusiastic and will update you on things that have happened during the day.

Zoe has been at Gaynes Park since 1997, progressing through the leadership journey to become the Nursery Manager in 2011.


Children bring her joy, and she loves watching them learn and grow every day. Her son attended this Bright Horizons nursery before moving on to school.


As a full-time working parent, Zoe understands the challenges parents face when leaving their child in someone else’s care. She empathizes with their feelings and is dedicated to ensuring that children are safe and secure.

Sarah has been working at Gaynes Park since 2016 and has been involved in education and childcare since 2009, gaining experience in both primary schools and nurseries. She achieved her BA (Hons) in Early Years Education in 2012 and has worked within the Early Years sector ever since, progressing from Bank staff to Deputy Manager.


Sarah is extremely passionate about providing exceptional care and education to the children she works with and takes great pride in helping them develop and achieve new milestones. Becoming a mother in 2020 has deepened her understanding of how challenging it can be for parents and babies to be apart for the first time.
