Our son has come on leaps and bounds since joining Bright Horizons Gaynes Park. Every review and meeting showed us that they truly knew our son and that they loved his energetic personality just as much as we did. They listened to any concerns we had about his learning and development and supported
us fully with helping him adjust to the arrival of a new sibling. Our child was happy, safe and looked forward to Nursery every single day. He is now confident and fully prepared for his next stage in education. We recommend Bright Horizons Gaynes Park.

My daughter started this nursery when she was 5 months old. As a first time mom, I was not aware of lots of development stages. I was really impressed with how this nursery helped in the overall development of my little one. Staff are lovely and knowledgeable and they know what they are doing. We use
to get regular updates from the nursery on what they are doing and what they are planning to do and how it is going to help in the development of my little one. I have seen my kid grow with this nursery and am 100% satisfied with it. Totally going to recommend them.

Gaynes Park is a fantastic nursery. All three of my children have gone there, so they are like extended family. The staff are always lovely and really do care about the children! I honestly can't fault them, they are fantastic and would highly recommend them!

My daughter has been attending the setting since September 2021 and loves it there. The app is really insightful and keeps you up to date with your child’s daily activities. My son has been attending Bright Horizons Gaynes Park since he was 11 months old - he is now nearly 2. He was a lockdown baby so took a while for him to settle but the staff were amazing at providing a home from home and he now absolutely loves his time there. Lots of varied activities and caring staff.
We are very pleased with our choice of nursery and would happily send any future babies here too

Lovely friendly environment - my son has been here since he was 11-months-old (now 2.5 years) and he has formed excellent relationships with the staff and other children. They are kind and compassionate, excellent at managing food allergies and intolerances and the app is a great way to keep track throughout
the day of how children are doing.
Staff are helpful and will aim to support you in various developmental stages, they provide a range of activities to keep the children interested and also do things like forest walks. They are very security conscious as well which puts your mind at rest. We are very happy that we secured a place here and if we have any further children we will be planning to send them here as well.

My son is nearly two after having joined Bright Horizons Gaynes Park Day Nursery and Preschool at 9-months old. Whilst he was upset to join nursery, to begin with, he soon formed firm attachments and over time began to look forward to his days at nursery. I have nothing but praise to give the team at
Bright Horizons Gaynes Park Day Nursery and Preschool. Regular updates on the app, as well as a little debrief at pick up time, give my husband and I great comfort in knowing our son is in safe hands. It’s a delight to see him grow, and we firmly believe that his development is accelerated through encouragement from the Bright Horizons Gaynes Park Day Nursery and Preschool team.

We’ve had a great experience with the nursery. Our little one loves going and she is learning so much. The staff are really friendly and take a genuine interest in my daughter's development. The staff have always been very approachable and made me and my partner very comfortable when visiting the nursery.

Fantastic nursery for anyone wishing to enrol their children. My daughter has been attending for six months now and her learning and interaction has come on leaps and bounds. The staff here are fantastic and extremely engaging with both the children and parents. I have marked facilities and cleanliness
as good just down to the fact that being a nursery and having messy kids around can sometimes give the impression of it being unclean, but overall it is very good and if that was a half star option I would have chosen that (more like 4.5/5 stars). Would recommend without fail!

Today is my daughter's last day with Bright Horizons Gaynes Park Nursery and I can say that without a doubt our daughter will really miss coming here. Both managers have been brilliant with providing all the information needed for my daughter and have accommodated for any requests we have had. The lovely
teachers in the Butterfly room have been so kind and patient with settling our little girl. She asks to come to nursery every day and especially asks to see her key worker (who has also been amazing with her)! Highly recommend this nursery to anyone who is looking for childcare.

My daughter has attended this nursery since she was 11 months. She loves it here. The staff are wonderful and she always comes home happy with lots of positivity. She has really blossomed into a confident and happy child which I think nursery has helped with. My only slight criticism would be possibly
communication about your child’s development could be better but that’s only very minor. A great place for children.

My son has attended Bright Horizons Gaynes Park Day Nursery since he was 11 months old; each room that he has transitioned through has aided his learning and development journey enormously.
The care all the staff show the children, from the management team right through to the chef, is heartwarming.
Anytime I have asked the nursery employees for advice or assistance, they have always done their utmost to accommodate me.
I have been extremely happy with the nursery’s policies and procedures throughout the pandemic and cannot thank them enough for the excellent job they do day after day; watching my son enthusiastically go into nursery each morning and re-emerge at the end of the day equally enthusiastically, full of tales of what he’s gotten up-to, makes the whole nursery experience a pleasure!

This is an above exceptional nursery; my child always enjoys the time he spends there. The team are very patient and understanding too little one's concerns, and aren’t afraid to lend a comforting hand when needed to help ease the transition. The team is always very helpful and informative of any updates,
general queries, and your child’s progress. My son began attending just before he was 2-years-old and had a harder time adjusting to not being around us, but the staff at the nursery did a great job at easing his anxiety, as well as mine!
It can be very distressing having to send a child to the nursery during a pandemic, but once again, the nursery does a great job of informing us of measures they are taking, any changes that are made, and explaining or talking through any concerns we may have until we are comfortable.
The children take part in plenty of activities, such as gardening, painting, reading, and baking (to name a few). My son always has a great time when there.

My little one has been going to Bright Horizons since he was 9-months-old, and I could not be happier!
The entire experience from the teachers, to the food, to the grounds. They provide excellent service all-round, and I can see this reflects in my son.
He continuously raves about all his teachers,
the activities they do, the yummy food he has and the stuff he learns.
He’s now two and a half and growing in leaps and bounds.
I cannot rave about this school, the teachers and the chef enough. They are doing a brilliant job and love what they do, and I believe that’s what makes the difference!

My kids spent 3 years at the nursery and had a wonderful time. They started as toddlers and now leaving preschool. The staff are lovely and clearly they care about the children and take a personal interest in their development. It is indeed a sad time for us as we say goodbye and the time they spent

My little boy has been attending Bright Horizons Gaynes Park Day Nursery and Preschool since he was 10 months old, he is now almost 2 and he absolutely loves it. He really enjoys his days there, he gives hugs to the nursery workers, he has made some little friends and he is a confident little man and
this has definitely been as a result of attending this nursery. All the workers have been so friendly, they really care about the little ones and it is so reassuring that when I have to leave him and go to work, he is in a safe and caring environment. Thank you!

Zoe has been at Gaynes Park since 1997, progressing through the leadership journey to become the Nursery Manager in 2011.


Children bring her joy, and she loves watching them learn and grow every day. Her son attended this Bright Horizons nursery before moving on to school.


As a full-time working parent, Zoe understands the challenges parents face when leaving their child in someone else’s care. She empathizes with their feelings and is dedicated to ensuring that children are safe and secure.

Job Title: Deputy Manager

Sarah has been working at Gaynes Park since 2016 and has been involved in education and childcare since 2009, gaining experience in both primary schools and nurseries. She achieved her BA (Hons) in Early Years Education in 2012 and has worked within the Early Years sector ever since, progressing from Bank staff to Deputy Manager.


Sarah is extremely passionate about providing exceptional care and education to the children she works with and takes great pride in helping them develop and achieve new milestones. Becoming a mother in 2020 has deepened her understanding of how challenging it can be for parents and babies to be apart for the first time.
