We are really happy with the nursery and the staff. Our daughter joined aged 12 months and is now almost 2.5 years.
The staff genuinely care about each individual child and the care and development activities they organise feel personalised.
The staff are always coming up with new, creative activities to keep the children engaged and we know our daughter is really happy here and always keen to get there for the day! Lots of messy play, baking, crafts, and time outside.
We enjoy regular updates in the app including photos and stories most days of what the kids have been up to.
The staff are also very approachable and as a family we feel really welcome here.
Anything admin related is easy and well organised.
The only frustration we have is parking but that's not the nurseries fault, just something we hadn't fully considered (it's a narrow, one way street with limited parking for drop off/pick up). However the many positives in all other areas outweigh this inconvenience.
