Bright Horizons Sutton Day Nursery and Preschool

I have a three-year-old at the nursery and a 1-year-old who has just started and I’m really happy with the quality of the care.

My eldest has absolutely blossomed at the nursery, he enjoys playing with his friends and learns so much - even watching some chicks hatch out of their eggs this week!

The staff are very caring, and every time I’ve been to collect my youngest who’s just settled in he’s being cuddled and well cared for.

Would highly recommend.

The environment set by all staff is great which makes my child very happy. This is very important for the development of the child.

The activities program is diverse and well designed.

My child has been at Sutton Day Nursery since May 2018 and we have been very happy with the care and attention she is given by all of the staff. I have no concerns leaving my child there as I know she enjoys all the activities.

Very happy with the nursery. They really care about my daughter and have developed a bond that makes me feel secure that she is being cared for properly. I like the reports at the end of a session. I feel informed.

The nursery is a very clean and well-established one. Most of the staff is very friendly. The area is very safe and they have a nice garden, large enough and perfectly covered with enough toys and play area. Learning sessions can be improved. Overall, it's a decent one.

Nice nursery with friendly staff. Lots of toys and activities for kids. A tidy and clean environment with nice meals. My son loves the food here a lot. However, there are lots of staff leaving the next few months.

His confidence has really soared thanks to the nurturing tendencies of the staff.

My daughter is two and a half and has been coming to the nursery since she was 9 months old. My daughter loves coming to the nursery and has a great relationship with all of the staff and people who look after her. Her development is very well monitored and I am always being told about all the different activities she has participated in and things that she has learnt. Her key person ensures that her learning story is up to date and there are lots of photos in there for me to look at. The management team are always friendly and are really approachable. I feel very comfortable leaving my daughter here and know that she is very well

They offer great interaction for the toddlers with baby chicks which my daughter absolutely loves! They maintain a journal for every child which gives us parents great satisfaction on the progress of our little ones. They have a cute playground with all amenities and the children love to ride their bikes.

My youngest child attended the nursery from five months until ready for starting reception. In these four years, my child attended the nursery I was very happy with the care and education my child received and feel she is more than prepared for starting reception thanks to the nursery and all the staff.

My son has been attending Teddies for several months now and has settled in very well due to the lovely and caring staff. We feel really comfortable that he enjoys everything there and we appreciate the updates and ad hoc activities (like when the farm animals were brought to the back garden one day!).

My son attended this nursery so it made sense for my daughter to attend too. Despite there being a few new staff members since my son attended, the standard of care for my daughter has been exemplary. Before attending the nursery my daughter wasn't the most extrovert but since she has been there she is chatty, smiley and much more mobile and just seems generally happier overall. The feedback from the nursery is excellent with details provided of meals, sleep time etc which really put my mind at rest as my daughter isn't the best sleeper. The staff are always on hand to answer any questions and are knowledgeable without seeming unapproachable. I would highly recommend this nursery.

The facilities are of a good standard and spacious allowing my daughter to freely explore the environment as well as good resources that seem to be rotated regularly. Having had my son in the nursery for 3 Years I know that I have made the right choice of nursery for our daughter's care. Thank you for making the 1st month of my daughter's nursery life a positive one and we look forward to all that she is going to learn and achieve.

My neighbour recommended this nursery to me when I was looking for a place for my little boy and it has proven to be a very good choice. Staff at Bright Horizons Teddies Sutton Nursery and Preschool are friendly and professionally trained. The rooms in the nursery are clean, and each room has different learning corners for children to explore. They do lots of fun activities and children are making friends there too. My son started in Baby Care and now he is in Pre-school, I can see he's been making a good progress on learning the letters, numbers, and animal names, etc. Well done Bright Horizons Teddies Sutton Nursery and Preschool.

I would like to thank all the staff and management team for the great times at Teddies and for all the support and advice given. I know my daughter will miss everyone so much and so glad we choose Teddies Nursery and will always recommend to anyone looking for childcare. Looking forward to her graduation in August will be an emotional day.

All the staff are very friendly and caring and many of them have been there for years which really helps the children bond with them. My son often talks about his teachers and clearly feels at ease in the nursery.

Somebody commented on the chef and the great home-cooked food the children get. I definitely agree with that. But what I really think sets this nursery apart is the management who really do seem to put the children (and their staff) at the heart of the nursery and as a consequence Teddies feels like a home from home. I definitely would and have recommended this nursery to other parents.

Teddies in Sutton is an excellent nursery. My boy has been going there since he was six months old and now he is 26 months old. The staff work hard and are constantly looking after the needs of individual children as well as a collective group. The chef onsite is brilliant. They have they toys, activities books and outside garden space needed for a good nursery. I have recommended Teddies to many friends and three of them send their children there. Best wishes.

My daughter has developed so much at Teddies. It's so nice to see how much she looks forward to going. Poppy adores her key worker and mentions her at home sometimes. I love all the activities that daughter has taken part in at Teddies. All the staff seem very dedicated and welcoming, and ready to answer questions on any matter relating to my daughter.
