I have to say, the children who were there since their babyhood seemed to be ok with their friends and had a good rapport with the carers. But for my son, it was quite a disappointment. The staff rarely smiled at him.

I have seen many children being comforted by different staff member when they have fallen over or are not happy, the staff deal with this in great way and are always without a doubt able to calm the children down and make then feel better. I cannot praise this nursery enough with my daughters time at Teddies. Throughout her settling in period, the team made myself and my daughter welcomed and answered all my questions as a first time parent leaving there child. The management were very kind, caring and supportive to myself and my wife throughout the settling in sessions. As of now, my daughter is very happy and loves coming home to tell us about her day or of what we can understand. We get a thorough hand over at the end of the day, which I love hearing about all the fun and learning she has done throughout the day.
