Bright Horizons Whetstone Day Nursery and Preschool

Our child has developed so much since starting the nursery. He is happy to go in most days and has built special relationships with all the staff.

My son has been attending this wonderful setting for four years and has always been happy and content. The staff are truly lovely, and he has settled in beautifully. As this is his final year, we will be so sad to leave the Bright Horizons family. We're incredibly grateful for all the care, support, and happy memories.

Bright Horizons Whetstone have been absolutely amazing from the day of viewing the nursery up until now. My son started at the nursery from 9 months old and he is now 17 months and thriving. The staff have all been so wonderful and accommodating as my son had additional health needs. I couldn't recommend this nursery more. It is honestly such a great nursery!!

Thank you for everything you have done for our baby. After moving from a foreign country to the UK, our daughter started at this school almost immediately. She didn't know any English and it was her first time attending school. Thanks to the support of her teachers and the whole team, we were able to get through this process in the best possible way. Thank you very much for everything.

We get to see daily photos of what our little ones doing, the environment is beautiful and the activities always look fun and engaging.

I will recommend this nursery until the cows come home haha.

Outstanding nursery with a lovely and welcoming staff who cares about children's wellbeing, development and education whilst providing warmth and joy. My son has been blossoming since joining the nursery and has made many friends. Creativity & Curiosity are at the centre of his days which is so empowering at this early age.

My daughter has been there since 3 months old and now almost 3 years old. They have been fantastic at every one of her development stages. All the staff are very caring and every adult knows every child personally. It’s like a big family. I would recommend highly!

Our eldest child has been attending Bright Horizons Whetstone since Nov 2021, and our youngest started in June 2023. It’s been a great experience both times. The staff are super attentive, and go the extra mile to get your little one settled in. They are always so friendly, enthusiastic and always ready to answer questions from an anxious Mummy! I couldn’t recommend this nursery more!

The working hours are perfect for the working parent's schedule as well.

Both our children are at the Whetstone Nursery. They are there full-time, so spend about 40 hours a week at the nursery. They absolutely love going every day. They are excited about all the activities they are doing and playing with their friends. We find the staff phenomenal; very caring and always with an eye on the personal development of our children. We also find them very flexible; so feels like a true partnership. Anyone who asks, I only ever highly recommend the nursery.

The kids are welcomed every day, and we’re very happy to send our children in.

My son started here in September when he was 14 months old. I can't stress enough how caring all the staff are. They helped him settle in really well. He loves it here now and I can see many positive developments in him as a child. The environment encourages learning and play and the food is really good too!

My daughter has been going here for over a year now and we are all very happy with the nursery. The staff are all lovely and always ready to lend a hand in the mornings where she might be feeling reluctant to say goodbye. It's nice to get photos and updates throughout the day via the app as it's always reassuring to see her having a nice time with her friends.

Our baby started nursery a couple of months ago at eight months old. We had a lot of worries about our baby starting nursery so little. The staff have been amazing since day one. Our baby is well looked after by kind and caring staff and has settled in well. Our baby is so happy and thriving at the nursery. She does a lot of structured activities and seems to enjoy them. This is evidenced by video clips and pictures uploaded on the app by the staff frequently. Overall, we are happy to have chosen this nursery for our baby.

My daughter attends Bright Horizons. She and I love it! The teachers are great and very helpful. The lesson plans and curriculum are encouraging and promising. The atmosphere is well thought out and just a beautiful place for children to grow/develop. Within my daughter's first week of attending, she already came home with new skills! I would highly recommend this facility to anyone in search of quality early childhood education for their children or grandchildren. After all, children are our future.

Bright Horizons, Whetstone, has been so supportive to our child and family as a whole. Our son loves his nursery and as first-time parents, the staff have supported us through the development of our son, such as sleeping habits etc. When he is in nursery, both his father and I, are at peace at work, as we truly believe that he is in good hands and well looked after. We love the staff.
