The staff and all management are extremely friendly, kind and amazing at what they do. There is a constant positive vibe that exists every single day alongside a good team spirit which all the kids carry as a result of having amazing staff carers during their day's stay.

My son absolutely loves going

to nursery every morning and hates leaving at the end of the day. He constantly goes on about his love for his friends and all the fun things he's done throughout the day from singing to arts and crafts. He has been loving it all and I love taking him here too, leaving me at ease knowing he has good role models and staff that go above and beyond ensuring that the children enjoy themselves while learning and playing with a good knowledge of how to treat staff, friends and even toys with respect.

I would personally recommend this nursery to anyone, telling them to put any worries at rest as this place is truly a fabulous, positive, nurturing place for kids to go play, mature and develop.

In the past 3 months of my little girl coming here she has grown to love it in such a short space of time. She started when she was 13 months old and was very clingy but the girls were fantastic with her and she very quickly adapted and now walks in like she runs the place! The new manager has turned
things around hugely and the nursery is now a lovely welcoming place to walk into, for us adults too as well as the children.

My daughter has attended this nursery since February 2016. I've been very happy with all aspects of care that she has received during that time. She loves the outdoor space and is taken outside most days. She regularly bakes, paints, gardens, sings, dances, reads, dresses up etc. The staff regularly
provide photos, detailed observations and assessments via the online system. I'd absolutely recommend this nursery.

My son has been attending Busy Bees for over 2 years now. He has settled in really well and enjoys his time here! He has made really good bonds with the staff and the other children within the room and likes to come to nursery to see them and spend time with them. The nursery has provided great care
for my child and been there to support him with his development. The team and management have been brilliant with support for both me and my son.

Thank goodness we found the Busy Bees at Enfield Highlands Village! All of the staff are just lovely. My 3 year old had a horrible experience at his last nursery, crying every day for months He was so scared to start nursery again but the staff at Busy Bees were so brilliant in helping him feel settled
in. There were a few weeks where he was a bit upset but everyone was kind and supportive in spite of a few tear-filled tantrums! He now loves his nursery and is excited every time we tell him it's a nursery day. He has learnt so much in a short amount of time and is becoming much more confident around his peers. The meals sound delicious and they must be because he often says to us that the chef is a good cook! It's also great to be able to log into the website to check how much they are eating, and what they are doing, which is reassuring as a parent. We can't recommend this lovely nursery highly enough. Thank you Busy Bees team at Enfield Highlands Village!

The nursery is fantastic I previously was with another nursery because the Ofsted was outstanding but my son never took to it. However, he took to Busy Bees at Enfield Highlands Village immediately and loves going to nursery and has progressed so much in the last two months and he's speech is coming
on very well. The dedicated staff and amazing nursery manager have really helped to make my son feel at home and create a welcoming environment.

Very happy with the nursery in more ways than one! :)

Staff are very caring and it's evident in my experience that they enjoy what they do.
Also, it is refreshing to have a nursery manager who is hugely proactive - she listens to parents and with the children's interest in the heart of everything

- she gets things done!
Thank you :)

My daughter has attended Busy Bees for over a year now and is very happy at the nursery. Her day is filled with stimulating activities and she enjoys that very much.

The staff and management team are friendly, approachable and have a good "team spirit" which reflects in the care of the children.

Happy with the level of service I have received for the past two years my child has been attending Busy Bees Day Nursery. My child started in the Baby Room and is now in Pre-School and has settled comfortably with all staff members in each room. As a parent, I also feel I have built good relationships
with all teachers/carers in this setting.

We are really pleased with the progress and continuous development implemented by the management team and teachers at Busy Bees, Highlands Village. They have worked hard to turn their results into a positive. The pre-school room has benefited from a balance of established staff and exceptional teaching
from a new recruit, this has had a great influence on my child's education and personal growth. A bright future ahead for the nursery.

Current Review Score: 7.8 (7.750)

Overview of Review Score

The Review Score of 7.8 (7.750) out of 10 for Busy Bees Enfield Highlands Village is based on a) the Average Rating and b) the number of positive Reviews.

  1. The Average Rating is 4.5 out of 5 from 2 Reviews in the last 24 months.
  2. The score for the number of positive Reviews is 3.2 out of 5 from 2 positive Reviews in the last 24 months.

Detailed Breakdown of Review Score

The maximum Review Score for a Day Nursery is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:

  1. 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months. The Average Rating of 4.542 for Busy Bees Enfield Highlands Village is calculated as follows: ( (13 Excellents x 5) + (11 Goods x 4) ) ÷ 24 Ratings = 4.542
  2. 5 Points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 24 months. A Positive Review is defined as any Review with an 'Overall Experience' of '4' or '5' (out of a max rating '5'). The 3.208 Points relating to the number of positive Reviews for Busy Bees Enfield Highlands Village is based on 2 positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as per below:

The 5 points available are broken down as follows:

    1. 4 points are available for the first 20 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months; 3 points for the first Positive Review, 0.125 Points for each of the next four Positive Reviews, 0.05 Points for the next five Positive Reviews, and finally 0.025 Points for the next ten Positive Reviews. (1st = 3.000, 2nd = 0.125, 3rd = 0.125, 4th = 0.125, 5th = 0.125, 6th = 0.050, 7th = 0.050, 8th = 0.050, 9th = 0.050, 10th = 0.050, 11th = 0.025, 12th = 0.025, 13th = 0.025, 14th = 0.025, 15th = 0.025, 16th = 0.025, 17th = 0.025, 18th = 0.025, 19th = 0.025, 20th = 0.025) 3 + 0.125 = 3.125
    2. 1 point is available for the number of Positive Reviews reaching 20% of the number of registered child places in the last 24 months. If this number is partially reached, then that proportion of 1 point is given. eg a Day Nursery registered for a maximum of 50 child places has to reach 10 Positive Reviews to receive 1 point, if it has 7 reviews it will receive 0.7 points. 20% of the 120 number of registered child places is 24. 2 Positive Reviews ÷ 24 = 0.083
  3. When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
  4. If a Day Nursery does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.
