Busy Bees Enfield Highlands Village

We are very happy with the nursery. My child really enjoys being in preschool and is showing great improvement in their development since being with the nursery. The staff are very friendly and approachable at any time. I would certainly recommend to any parent.

Meticulous with paperwork, was always up to date, the App was always efficiently updated. The staff feedback was always very informative. I felt very confident leaving my daughter at Busy Bees, she had her favourite key workers who always looked out for her and her needs, as she was asthmatic and had allergies. A very organised, friendly and tidy environment. All the staff were lovely and genuinely cared for the children. Best nursery I could've sent my daughter to.

So fortunate I found this nursery!! The staff are proactive, very well qualified, warm and responsive. My child's key worker is incredible!! The attention to detail and genuine care for their job is wonderful. My centre manager does an amazing job. Honestly an amazing example for day nurseries. My child has really thrived in this environment and has formed strong attachments with the staff and friends. The parents are also really lovely. There is a really strong focus on individual and social development, regular well-planned and considered progress assessments and really good outside facilities. The staff really do go advice and beyond and I'm really happy with every part of the experience there. Thank you so much!!

Busy Bees Enfield is the most fantastic nursery. From day one we have been ecstatic with how they have cared for our daughter. She has been at the nursery since she was 9 months old having never left us before, the staff in the baby room are outstanding and she settled in amazingly. She has a fantastic bond with her key worker and has such fun attending every day. Her development has come on leaps and bounds thanks to the activities she does with staff and other children. She hates to leave and cries when she has to come home. Communication is excellent as are the safety measures in place for Covid. We love seeing the updates on the app and think this is a wonderful feature.

Busy Bees Highlands Village s honestly the best nursery I have visited. The staff are friendly, accommodating and so helpful. I have felt so comfortable and at ease knowing my daughter was being looked after by them. You can really tell the staff care about their job and care for the children as if they were their own.

I am so impressed with the nursery staff, how friendly everyone is but most importantly all the safety measure pre-lockdown. I never had any concern about sending my child in and she spent the last six months asking after the staff and would really miss everyone now that she is in school. Highly recommend the nursery if your looking for a place for your little one.

All of the team are very approachable, and you really feel that they have your child’s best interests at heart. The app is very good; it really gives you an insight into your child’s day at Busy Bees.

The nursery provides clean facilities and a great amount of space for the children to learn and play. Resources are included with very few additional costs, this includes nappies, wipes and sun lotion along with help with toilet training in preparation for reception. Drop off and pick up times are fairly flexible with staff understanding the stresses of working parents. Communication from our son's keyworker(s) and the nursery as a whole has been brilliant via their app, newsletters and of course face to face. The staff have always been positive, welcoming and helpful and we can't rate them highly enough. Our son always looked forward to going and made some good friends. We would wholeheartedly recommend.

My son was only at Busy Bees for a few months as we recently moved out of the area but it was a fantastic experience for both him and I. The staff are incredibly supportive and clearly attentive to the children. The manager is wonderful and takes a huge interest in all the children and getting to know the parents. My son had fantastic meals and snacks. Wonderful activities and he always managed to come home spotless even when they’d been painting. It was great to have the app and photos/updates throughout the day. We will miss the nursery very much and I would highly recommend it. We’re very sad to be leaving and wish everyone the best.

My son loves going to nursery, which I was extremely surprised about as I have spent everyday with him for a year. My son does not want to leave whenever he is there. I have noticed he is more confident with new people.

We are extremely happy with Busy Bees. My daughter arrives home very happy and with a smile each day and tells me about her day at nursery which is always a positive experience for her. She cares a lot about her friends and key worker, who she adores. Couldn’t fault the nursery.

Both children attend to nursery and are looked after different staff but both of them love the nursery and their carers. They feel safe and secure to play, explore and show their emotions. When some detail needs to be adjusted, the manager is available and willing to listen to our worries and find solutions.

If you're in the Enfield/Winchmore Hill area I'd recommend Busy Bees.

My son has had a fantastic time at Busy Bees after joining at 2 years old. They have a lot of space both inside and outside, especially for 3 yrs +, including a covered area which means they can be outside every day in all but the very worst weather. The learning is really tuned to what interests the children and they pay attention to all aspects of their development. The communication is good and the staff really get to know both parents and children. They have had quite a bit of staff turnover but I think this is normal at big nurseries and it has been managed well, especially since the lady took over as manager, she is fantastic.

The staff at Busy Bees Highlands Village really care about the wellbeing of the children. The facilities are excellent and the activities are varied. Our experience through the impact that covid has had on the nursery has been superb and the staff have done all they can to accommodate and make transitions as smooth as possible.

Sometimes staff are left on their own with children either within the room or in the garden, I do feel that the number of children they have in their care is sometimes not great, as I feel that staff should not be left alone in case of emergencies.
