Busy Bees Bexleyheath

My son has attended Busy Bees Bexleyheath since January 2018 when he was 13 months old. He is now close to turning 4 and is excited to go to Nursery each morning and is always happy when he is collected. My opinion is that the children are very engaged during the day and enjoy a range of different activities. All staff are friendly and helpful at all times and form good relationships with all children.

Fantastic all-round, my son been there since 9-months-old, only left today as going to big school. They have played a big part in my son's life that I'm proud to say, teachers are brilliant, school is extremely clean and tidy, the personal care you get is outstanding, I felt at ease knowing I left my son within their care.

I have felt comfortable in discussing any issues I have with the nursery and any issues that have arisen, have been dealt with accordingly. The nursey were very accomodating with my son's nursery attendance during COVID-19 due to my reduced working hours.

When your child asks for their key worker by name after being off since lockdown began and isn't even 3 years old yet, you know that every child is made to feel accepted and welcome. Special mention for three members of staff who my child has enjoyed her time at nursery with and always join in with the high fives and fist bumps. My child thoroughly enjoys nursery and asks every day if she's seeing her mate.

Busy Bees at Bexleyheath has provided a safe, nurturing and fun environment for both of my children. Both run into their rooms every day and are usually sad to leave. I would thoroughly recommend this nursery to other parents.

My daughter has made lots of improvements in her development since started nursery. I would highly recommend to friends and family. Her keyworker is amazing.

My twin girls are extremely happy at Busy Bees, they have been here for 7 months and have really grown in confidence. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly and the girls find them very approachable. I would recommend Busy Bees and have had a wonderful experience so far!

Very happy with my sons care. The staff in his class Ladybirds are amazing and always keep me updated. He loves it here and his key worker is so nice and really looks after my baby boy. Couldn't be happier.

We are really pleased with the care our daughter receives at this nursery. She is well looked after and always comes home happy. She has lots of friends and is learning lots.

We have loved the support and care our son has received in snails. He has developed so much in the time he has been here and I truly believe the girls in the room genuinely care about development. We will be sending our second baby here.

I would like to say that some of the staff are amazing and then others are not, my daughter loved the nursery but the way I was handled over Christmas was bang out of order, one member of staff did something that was not allowed to happen, the staff got picky about loose poos and medication and refused to give it even though it was prescribed by the doctor, I went through the complaints procedure multiple times, the staff that helped with my complaints were amazing but the nursery staff and managers just made excuses, my daughter has now left but for the last week she was due in I did not take her as the members in the office made me feel uncomfortable and the care my daughter was given was not satisfactory.

The nursery, overall, I was very pleased with the facilities and safeguarding was perfect and the care the staff gave was 100% consistently. Would highly recommend it.

Great nursery. As a first time mother I was looking for a 'home from home' environment with a professional delivery. When my son started at 13 months, I had never left him and found it very difficult but the staff were loving and reassuring to both myself and my son. My son has chronic allergies and eczema and the staff have been excellent in making sure that he doesn't eat anything that he can't have and that his cream is applied at every nappy change. The chef who makes everything fresh on site, goes out of his way to make my son similar dishes to his peers so that he doesn't feel excluded. The opening hours and car park is very supportive of mothers who want to go back to work. I am more than happy with this nursery and would definitely send any future children here.

I am very happy with the service I receive from the nursery. The staff are friendly, approachable and welcoming. This makes me feel comfortable to leave my child whilst I go to work. I know that he is well cared for and also has lots of fun whilst there. I have also noticed such an improvement in my son's speech and his knowledge/ learning in the 14 months that he has been attending the nursery. I would recommend the nursery to all parents.

My son has been attending the nursery since he was 10 months old and is now in pre-school. He loves coming and has developed so much which is down to the great staff who have put so much time and effort in for him and others.

I strongly believe that Busy Bees is the best nursery in the Bexleyheath area. The work they do with the children is fantastic, they are very friendly and caring. When my child started I felt very apprehensive, but they helped me and reassured me she would feel ok. Today my daughter loves going to nursery because it is fun, safe and pleasant. The outside space is great and the indoors is very welcoming. I strongly believe they are the best child care my daughter could have.
