Busy Bees Bexleyheath

Lovely nursery, all staff are welcoming, made me feel very comfortable.

Very good nursery, my son is settled. really well and has ana amazing bond with all his teachers. Managers are really helpful and cannot do enough for me. Really helped me with paperwork etc.

My experience with this nursery has been extremely poor, & I deeply regret enrolling my child. Within 2 weeks, my child became seriously unwell-croup, nappy rash & repeated tonsillitis-likely due to poor hygiene. Staff are untrained, disengaged & lack compassion or curriculum knowledge. Children receive no educational stimulation and are left outdoors for hours with no structured learning. Despite repeatedly asking for developmental activities, we were met with hostility or excuses. The parent app was rarely updated, offering no insight into our child's day. Meals were equally unacceptable, they were tiny, poorly prepared & no alternatives were provided for dietary needs. Our child was often starving at pickup. Management was condescending & dismissive when we raised concerns. It was clear they had no interest in improving. We eventually removed our child and only wish we'd done it sooner. This nursery fails children in care, health, learning, and basic respect. Avoid at all costs.

I am incredibly happy with the care and support provided to my child at this nursery. The staff are always kind, professional and always go above and beyond to create a nurturing environment. My child has developed so much during their time here and it has definitely helped with their confidence and independence. It gives me peace of mind every time I drop my child off. From creative arts to outdoor play, my child is always excited and interested. The staff truly care about individual needs and it shows! A lovely, safe nursery.

My son started this nursery at 11 months and being a new mum I didn't expect much other than his basic needs. As he grew older and started to learn and develop more, I saw the incompetence of this nursery. I saw that basic educational needs were not developed. On close inspection, a lot of the staff members are not even qualified. One staff member's bio reads "I am looking to do my level 2 in childcare". There were many incidents of gross negligence, at one point I was given soiled pants that had been left in the nursery overnight, what am I supposed to do with poop-filled pants of over 24hrs?! These people are glorified babysitters. They do not engage the children and recycle the same activities over and over again; playing in the garden, water tray, turf tray and painting. That is all the children do all day, every day! If you are hands-on with your child's learning, stay away from this place! In less than a month of leaving, my son's development has improved dramatically.

We are very sad to be leaving the nursery as my son is off to school this year.

We are so happy that we chose this nursery for our twin girls. The facilities are excellent, the staff are lovely kind and professional. The girls receive a lot of care and attention, they take part in various activities (games, singing, painting, playing with sand etc). There is a good focus on development. The girls enjoy going there and have a good time. As parents, we are kept well informed of their activities and progress during the day. We love the place, and wouldn't change it.

From the moment you walk in, you are made to feel like family! Every member of staff are both, approachable and professional. My daughter loves it here so much. I wonder if she ever wants to come home.

Absolutely brilliant. My child has enjoyed every minute of going to Busy Bees. Very helpful with any needs or advice and all the staff are lovely. Great play facilities for all children and a well-thought-out routine for the children to follow.

My son enjoys coming to Busy Bees every day. He has made lots of friends and loves his teachers. He looks forward to coming in and has developed so much more since starting at Busy Bees. He is now fully potty trained thanks to the girls in wiggly worms. The staff are great with the kids and always have a smile on their faces. You can tell they genuinely care for the kids.

Both of my children have/are attending Busy Bees, Bexleyheath. The staff are always welcoming and accommodating. They keep us updated with relevant information and always involve parents.

Busy Bees, Bexleyheath is a fantastic nursery. My daughter has settled in very well and gets on really well with all the staff. she is well looked after and her development has gone from strength to strength. I look forward to watching her develop as she transitions into her new class after her birthday. I would like to see more regular updates on daily food/nappies. It can be difficult to know how much she has eaten when the app states 'some' and 'most'. Also, updates are irregular and at times incomplete. I would also love to see more pictures posted using the app as these are also very infrequent.

My daughter has been attending Busy Bees, Bexleyheath for almost three years. The staff have always been excellent, brilliant communication and kind to all the children. My daughter has developed so well and this experience has really set her up for starting school.

I am very grateful for how caring and supportive the staff here have been since my daughter started. They have made sure that she is kept well, eating sufficiently (as she is very picky), and have looked after her really well when she is poorly. The meals provided have been healthy with a great variety and more importantly, my child is happy and excited to come here every day.

My son has been attending Busy Bees, Bexleyheath, since he was six months old and he is now 2 years and four months old. He loves coming every day thanks to the amazing staff and excellent care. We are so happy to see how he develops at a good pace with the support of the nursery. Would definitely recommend.

Very happy with Busy Bees, Bexleyheath. My daughter has progressed so much since being here. She's happy and has made so many new friends. She does so many interesting and educational activities, whilst having a lovely day. The food always sounds amazing and we love using the app to check in on her throughout the day.

I'm happy I chose Busy Bees Bexleyheath to look after my children, definitely a decision well made.

Very happy with Busy Bees Bexleyheath, all 3 of my children have come here. One of the best nurseries around. Would definitely recommend. They took extra care when it came to my son's allergies.

My daughter is and always has been extremely happy to attend Busy Bees. Everybody who I/she has ever interacted with have always been so kind and helpful. I am always kept well informed of my daughter's progress verbally and through the app. She will certainly miss Busy Bees when she starts school!
