The Little School Daycare, rated Good by Ofsted (March 2022), is a nursery in Brentford, West London (near Brentford Railway station).

The nursery has two sites that provide safe, secure and age-appropriate rooms. Each of the rooms has specialised facilities to support each individual child's learning and development, including a sensory and soft play room.

Having specific areas for babies, toddlers and pre-school children allows the nursery to focus on the individual needs of the children and place them in an environment which will allow them to flourish.

In the large garden areas, children have plenty of opportunities to be active outdoors. The outside play areas provide an exciting learning environment and encourage children to use their imaginations and have fun.

The nursery team consists of highly experienced and qualified staff that provide a caring and happy environment in which your child can develop and learn through play ensuring children’s individual learning needs are met.

The Little School has looked after all three of our children between 2 years and school. They provide a really warm, personal and welcoming environment. All of our children think of their carers at the nursery as friends and look forward to coming each day. I'm often envious of breakfast which includes
pancakes, croissants and cereal. The nursery give me as much - or as little - information as I want and are extra flexible.

I think this nursery is outstanding. I do contract work and they are always very flexible and support me fully when I need to make changes due to contract dates ending or changing. My child started at 11 months and is now 4 years old. All of the staff are very nice and approachable. The owner's children
attended the nursery, she understands the business completely and that shows.

Fabulous nursery, both kids have attended over the last 5 years. The staff genuinely care about every child, they are very flexible and go out of their way for us. We get detailed feedback on their progress and they take a very active role in their development.

My son (aged 11 months) started at the nursery in July 2015 and sadly he had to leave due to the family moving out of the area. I wish it was feasible to keep him at the nursery because I couldn't be happier with the staff and their care. They are patient, understanding and really lovely. My son really
bonded in particular with his keyworker in the baby room, and will miss her terribly.
In the past 2 months he has become even more sociable and independent; I am sure being at nursery has helped to bring him out of his shell. Thank you so much; you have given him an excellent start to his education; it will be hard to find a nursery we love as much!

The carers at The Little School continue to provide a stimulating, fun, responsible and caring environment for my daughter. My daughter is happy, confident and engaged with the world around her and The Little School has played a large part in that. Importantly, all the carers know all the children even
if not their direct responsibility/care room at that moment. This provides great continuity for my daughter as she progresses through the setting.

We have used this nursery for our 3 children over the last 5 years and can't speak of it highly enough. The managers are helpful and approachable, the staff turnover is very low and the children are genuinely valued and cared for. They are always happy, safe and enjoy a wide range of activities. The
staff go above and beyond their duty of care and obviously enjoy their jobs and the children. I would wholeheartedly recommend it for children of all ages from 6 months to 4 years.

My son started in April 2014. He got used to it within less than 1 week. I was really worried initially, but after spending a few hours in the nursery with him on his first day, I knew he was at the right place. Everybody was so friendly, caring and helpful. He loved going there and was upset on weekends
when he was at home. I strongly recommend The Little School Daycare. They are the best!
