Our daughter went to Joel Nursery Colindale up until June 2019. She learnt a great deal in her time there, but more importantly, the environment is very friendly and warm. The staff are skilled at dealing with children in all of their states, including when they are crying as they don't want their parents
to go to work - they are good at cheering the children up by diverting their attention to games and interacting with other children positively. It is clear that the staff genuinely care for the children that they look after and it was invaluable for us to know that when we left her there, that she was safe and being looked after with care.

Since my child started attending the nursery she has developed so much confidence. The staff are very friendly and approachable. They worked well to help my child settled and now she is so excited to attend nursery. The manager listens to my views and will deal with any concerns I share with them. Yes,
I have to pay for meals, however some nurseries I viewed were charging a lot more than £7.20 for a full day. I never had any issues with payment as the manager explained clearly what my monthly fees would be.

The manager emailed me a request for fee payment. This was an error and intended for someone else. I paid it thinking it was owed as a deposit. 3 months later, the money has not been returned to me. I am having to make a claim to the courts to get my money back. What hassle. They charge £7 a day for
meals on top of substantial fees. Not sure if we are parents or money trees for this nursery. Not at all comfortable recommending to other parents in the area.
