Busy Bees Chingford

A really wonderful nursery. We couldn't have asked for more.

My son absolutely loved this nursery. He received excellent care, and we were always accommodated when we asked to change his days last minute. His keyworkers are very professional and caring. Thank you for your kindness. We will miss you.

August was the last month two of my boys attended Busy Bees before school and I have to say Busy Bees Chingford handled the return to nursery after lockdown so well and so professionally. The transition back to nursery was seamless and the boys were so happy to be back with familiar faces. We are about to send our 3rd son here too. Busy Bees are part of our family.

My child loves attending his nursery. All the staff are friendly, professional and approachable. We originally tried a childminder but our son wasn’t happy. Within a week of starting there, he settled right in. The children do a wide range of activities throughout the day. I love the Busy Bees parent app with ideas and activities to do with the children at home. I also enjoy seeing pictures of what my child has been up to at nursery and a regular update on his progress through the app. Would highly recommend the nursery to anyone.

All of the staff here are so friendly and helpful, and truly have the children's best interest in their hearts.

I felt that my son needed more settle visits before starting, which staff supported happily. The care my child receives seems really good, and everyone treats him as an individual.

Staff are also very supportive of me and my concerns and are always happy to have a chat.

I would highly recommend Busy Bees, my children have been going there for nearly two years. The staff are understanding, friendly and caring and the children really enjoy being there. The staff keep you well informed about your child’s progress.

I have enrolled my son when he was 1 and 1/2. Since the beginning, he seemed to enjoy the place and we noticed a big improvement in his development. He recently had his second-year review with the health visitor and apart from his speech everything else was as it should be at this stage, I believe sending him there definitely helped.

In terms of suggestions, I would like to get more feedback on his activities during the day and his progress and the kind of activities they are focusing on to help him with his development.

Also at 1.00pm, there's normally one or two members of staff in the class, the majority of kids are asleep and I have the impression the ones that are not sleeping (like my son) are left wandering without anyone actually spending time with them. I would like this aspect to be addressed, please.

Last suggestion is for Busy Bees to be more flexible in terms of recuperating some of the missed sessions, instead of just being told it's not possible.

Lovely nursery with warm approachable staff. A home from home for my Daughter. My Daughter will be sad to leave when she starts school.

I feel safe leaving my child at Busy Bees Chingford. Everyone is lovely and helpful. They all really care about the children and work really hard on their individual needs. Both my children have flourished in this environment.

Staff are always friendly, but sometimes communication with parents is not the best. I recently missed parents evening as I was not aware of it.

Busy Bees is a lovely nursery and staff are friendly. It is a very sociable environment for the children with plenty of activities to keep them busy.

My elder son attended the nursery until he was 2 and a half and my younger son comes on an ad hoc basis through my work scheme this is always my first choice. I have always had wonderful experiences with the nursery and the staff and facilities are excellent. Both my boys have always been happy to come back and would always recommend this nursery to friends, some of which attend the nursery now.

Good nursery that my child really enjoys going to. My child's key worker and the girls in his room are great and cater for all his needs. Good feedback at the end of every day helps reassure that's he's had a good day.

Our two girls love going to nursery and are always so excited to arrive in reception to such welcoming, fun and friendly faces. Always willing to go the extra mile, the girls at Busy Bees Chingford are very caring, friendly and helpful as well as being true professionals. Our eldest daughter has been here since August 2013 three and a half years and she will truly miss nursery when she goes to school in Selptember

Staff are very caring and aware of the needs of my child. My child has developed a lot since starting at this nursery. The children all seem very happy. I trust that my child is in good hands and will be taken care of in the way that I would like. I have not had any problems so far.

There is no doubt that the nursery needs a refurb, but I think that will happen soon. It will no doubt be amazing. I'm just sorry we will have left for school before it happens.

We are very happy with Busy Bees. Our preschooler enjoys going, has learnt a lot and comes home with a new skill, song, or game each day. The food is great too! Our child had a speech delay, but has now caught up - staff were very supportive and did specific activities for her and emailed a report to us most weeks.

Busy Bees have been amazing at settling in my two-year-old at nursery, very friendly and helpful. She has settled in and loves attending. Her key worker is fantastic and has built a nice bond. I feel happy at work knowing she is having fun and in safe hands. I can see her development online to keep me fully updated on her progress. Overall I'm very happy with the whole experience!

The ladies at the nursery are very welcoming. My child attended their baby group and enjoyed it so well. The two ladies from the baby room offered a great experience and I can't wait to start my child at the nursery.
