Hunnypot Corner Day Nursery LLP

We moved to the area at the start of the year and viewed a few nurseries in the area. We were shown around and spoke to the managers on the phone and email multiple times, and we instantly felt the friendly vibe of the setting. My son has been attending almost 5 months now and compared to the previous setting (which was still great) we noticed a clear difference in how happy he was going to nursery and when he comes home, we also feel his development has accelerated and he always talks about the different activities they do. The staff here go above and beyond to be welcoming, provide clear feedback and aid the children's development. Highly recommended.

I have sent both my children to Hunnypot Corner Day Nursery LLP and been very happy with the care and attention they have received from the friendly and helpful staff. However, since the manager took over I have seen a marked improvement in the activities available and learning of the children. They are also very open to feedback and making changes to their practice to best meet the needs of the children. They have been very supportive through the toilet training process. The meals seem very balanced and help my children to try things they would not eat at home. They make great use of their small outside space and take the children to the local park when possible.

I would highly recommend this nursery. My child has been in the nursery for last one year and is extremely happy there. He gets to do various learning activities everyday and staff are very friendly and caring. Management is doing a very good job to come up with new improvements always.

I cannot praise Hunnypot Corner Day Nursery LLP enough! My daughter started in the summer during the pandemic and I was so nervous about finding the right nursery. We did a number of virtual and physical tours but as soon as we first visited this nursery she got down immediately to crawl around. Now she walks in with a big smile everyday. She’s learning and developing so well! I can tell she’s happy and in a loving, caring and safe environment. The staff are fantastic and keep us updated on her progress throughout the day with the app. The management are always available to talk to and have navigated running the nursery during this pandemic so well.

My daughter has attended Hunnypot Corner for 3 years and started when she was 8 months old. Being the first time I had left her with anyone other than family, I was naturally anxious and would call each lunchtime to check on her. I was never made to feel like a nuisance and was encouraged to call as often as I wanted although I soon realised that she could not be in better hands.

My daughter loves her time at nursery and even asks if she can go when it’s not her day! She skips in so excited to see her ‘teachers’ and friends and tells me all about her day on the way home which is always filled with fun things and lots of delicious food!

I cannot recommend Hunnypot Corner highly enough, it is a lovely nursery with a real family feel and the most caring, supportive and nurturing staff.

My son joined the nursery at 8 months old, it was really scary putting such a young baby into childcare but I had to go back to work, my son has been attending Hunnypot Corner for almost a year now and I am so happy with the nursery and all the girls that work there. He literally jumps into the arms of any of the girls who answer the door and cannot wait to get in the door, I don't even get a goodbye most days as he is too busy going off to play lol.

They notice when he's not been himself or is quieter than usual and I couldn't be happier with how well he's progressing, I'm so happy to have found a nursery that is so caring and attentive and knowing my son is in a safe and happy environment, it really takes away the guilt of having to leave him to go to work.
