This nursery is an amazing place. It is wonderful to see my son, how excited and happy he is every day. Very clean with great staff and very welcoming. The management is really committed to providing a safe, fun and loving environment and we are very thankful to the whole team. Food is very tasty and
my son always enjoys the meals.

It's been almost five months that my little one has been going to Busy Bees. There has been quite a positive change in his overall growth and development etc. Varied activities are a great learning opportunity. Staff are quite understanding, supportive and ready to experiment/adapt as per the needs
and wants for the child. Food offered is also amazing, which exposes child to a wide variety. Overall, a very positive and happy association it has been for us. Highly recommend Busy Bees!

Busy Bees Harrow has been a very comfortable place for our daughter to be at. She has been going for over a year now, and we have been very pleased with her fornication and growth. The staff are very caring and well trained. Our child loves going to nursery, and she has evolved a lot over the past year.

Couldn't have been happier with my son's development since he joined Busy Bees, Harrow. Lovely staff, warm and polite. I would especially like to thank the manager, two other staff members in particular and all the other teachers and staff who looked after my son. Would definitely recommend to all new
parents to put their kids here. Wish we had put our son here a little earlier than we did. Highly recommended!

My daughter started at the nursery in April 2017. She was there until September 2020 when she started reception.
The manager and all staff are absolutely amazing. It was a second home for my daughter and she has loved all her key workers plus the rest of the staff. The nursery reflects a home environment.
The staff help with working towards all milestones including potty training and getting ready for school. They also supported a move to one of their branches during the Covid period by sending one of the key workers my daughter was familiar with.
The support for parents is also remarkable. Daily detailed reports are provided as well.

Our son was at the nursery before turning one until 4-years-old. He has had an amazing, nurturing, fun time at the nursery and made many friends. In particular, the staffing team and management team were very supportive throughout his time there, he really formed some strong bonds with the staff, which
made every day very enjoyable for him. I would not hesitate in recommending Busy Bees for your children. A special mention also for the chief, who made yummy food for the children

My daughter has been at Busy Bees Harrow for a year and she has truly enjoyed her time at this nursery! Everything from her social skills to her vocabulary have come on faster. The staff are so welcoming to both parents and children and it is easy to address any queries or questions about my daughter's
day to day learning. I can't praise all the staff enough for all their work with my daughter to get her ready for primary school!

Very pleased with this nursery. Staff are incredibly warm, friendly and loving across all rooms. Impressed to see a young male staff carer too. Management team is equally fantastic. Warm and always accommodating, whenever need be.

We had started my daughter in the baby room at 14 months. We were

very happy with the care but I guess she was just not ready then. Hence, we rejoined her when she was around 22 months old. They advised starting with the toddlers room and this time she settled in less than a week.

They have a fun, clean environment, serve nice hot food and introduce plenty of creative activities that help them learn things. At first, my girl would hardly ever eat and now she finishes the entire meal on her own. The apps are very helpful too and we have regular updates on it with detailed feedback about the child’s progress once every month. Can’t recommend this nursery enough.

My daughter attended this nursery for a short period of time. Whilst we were there the staff were very warm and welcoming. Management was always greeting you with smiles and asking how I was. My daughter really enjoyed her time at nursery and for unfortunate reasons, we had to take her out due to us
moving across London.
All the girls made a lot of effort with my daughter not just the ones in baby room. They reassured me that she would be okay and if there was anything wrong they would call me. They stuck to their word and it was clear the love they all had for the children and their jobs!!! I would highly recommend this nursery not just for the amazing staff they have, but for the progress my daughter made whilst attending!!

My son has been with Treetops for over a year and what started as an appointment by accident to view the nursery ended up being a good decision for us. The team left no stone unturned to meet his needs after he joined the nursery from India. They were meticulous in their approach to ensure he acclimatised
to the environment as well as quickly understood the ways and needs at the nursery despite not speaking the language very well. Never has there been a day when he did not want to go and the learnings have been tremendous. We also got to know the various attributes where he has been good at as well as others where he'd have to improve and grow. He has taken a special liking to activities like colouring, singing. The overall environment has been effective in getting him to enjoy every day. There have been no challenges with food choices being a vegetarian. A massive thank you to the staff who have made a massive influence on him.

We came to London in September 2017. I was very lucky to find Treetops Nursery in Harrow. When I just entered the building, I liked the atmosphere. As a parent, you know how the child feels and can see whether children are happy and enjoy being in the nursery. The children were happy and having real
fun! I liked their beach, reading and drawing corners.
When we moved to London, my child was speaking only Russian. Everything was new and very stressful. Thanks to the nursery staff in a few weeks my daughter stayed in the nursery without crying and waving me back! Treetops Nursery personnel always give a cuddle, smile and enjoy to be with children. They even learned a few Russian words to communicate with my child! I very much appreciated their approach and attention, which helped my child to love the nursery and start learning English.
I cordially thank Treetops Nursery in Harrow for being so passionate about children, childhood and their job.

My older daughter (now 5) has spent 3.5 years in this nursery. She was really happy there and had established a close relationship with staff members of the nursery. She has built great confidence and progressed well, and was admitted to a really good independent school last year. The nursery manager
and her staff, whom I get to know, are all helpful and caring and have done a fantastic job to create a lovely environment for the children. My younger daughter (now 16 months old) has joined the nursery last year and has been very well looked after. I would highly recommend this nursery.

Current Review Score: 9.6 (9.622)

Overview of Review Score

The Review Score of 9.6 (9.622) out of 10 for Busy Bees Harrow is based on a) the Average Rating and b) the number of positive Reviews.

  1. The Average Rating is 4.7 out of 5 from 15 Reviews in the last 24 months.
  2. The score for the number of positive Reviews is 4.9 out of 5 from 15 positive Reviews in the last 24 months.

Detailed Breakdown of Review Score

The maximum Review Score for a Day Nursery is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:

  1. 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months. The Average Rating of 4.747 for Busy Bees Harrow is calculated as follows: ( (138 Excellents x 5) + (35 Goods x 4) + (5 Satisfactorys x 3) ) ÷ 178 Ratings = 4.747
  2. 5 Points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 24 months. A Positive Review is defined as any Review with an 'Overall Experience' of '4' or '5' (out of a max rating '5'). The 4.875 Points relating to the number of positive Reviews for Busy Bees Harrow is based on 15 positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as per below:

The 5 points available are broken down as follows:

    1. 4 points are available for the first 20 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months; 3 points for the first Positive Review, 0.125 Points for each of the next four Positive Reviews, 0.05 Points for the next five Positive Reviews, and finally 0.025 Points for the next ten Positive Reviews. (1st = 3.000, 2nd = 0.125, 3rd = 0.125, 4th = 0.125, 5th = 0.125, 6th = 0.050, 7th = 0.050, 8th = 0.050, 9th = 0.050, 10th = 0.050, 11th = 0.025, 12th = 0.025, 13th = 0.025, 14th = 0.025, 15th = 0.025, 16th = 0.025, 17th = 0.025, 18th = 0.025, 19th = 0.025, 20th = 0.025) 3 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 = 3.875
    2. 1 point is available for the number of Positive Reviews reaching 20% of the number of registered child places in the last 24 months. If this number is partially reached, then that proportion of 1 point is given. eg a Day Nursery registered for a maximum of 50 child places has to reach 10 Positive Reviews to receive 1 point, if it has 7 reviews it will receive 0.7 points. 20% of the 56 number of registered child places is 11.2, which has been reached with 15 Positive reviews. Points = 1
  3. When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
  4. If a Day Nursery does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.
