When my daughter started the nursery, it was the hardest time for both me and my daughter, however, the staff made me feel so reassured and confident and helped me and her through the process every day. Now my daughter is confident. I also really like the relationship she has with the staff. I also really like the management and how understanding and professional they are. The nursery is small but really has a loving and warm feeling that you sense as soon as you come in through the door.
The nursery is adequate enough for the kits but attention to kids needs a little more upgrade. The current staff do try but not enough as little scrapes are being observed.
Firstly I would like to thank you for your feedback, we are always happy to hear from our parents and we will be taking any suggestions and feedback into consideration, as children and their parents are our priority. Please do come and see me so that we can discuss how to improve from here.
Very nice nursery, helpful staff, nice atmosphere. A little bit expensive.
My Son likes this nursery because of the very good staff who help any time. He likes to play with toys, there have a lot of activities at nursery. The food is tasty because my Son has never been hungry, he is a fussy eater. Learning programmes are also excellent, my Son can count and understand English better. Everything is very good at this nursery, my Son is happy here and I'm happy too.
We are very satisfied that our Son goes to Treetop nursery. He has been learning a lot of things like shapes, numbers, alphabet etc., through play with fun. He has been learning English as his second language as well since he started to go to nursery. They talk to and encourage each child to understand better and expand his/her vocabulary. They observe each child very well and give feedback about him/her to his/her parents.
Treetops staff are kind, considerate and caring. It's a small and intimate nursery which is exactly why we chose it - a home away from home for my daughter. They are also very flexible and supportive and as a working mum, that is just what I needed. My little one is upset when she doesn't go to nursery! So they must be doing a good job. I can not recommend this place highly enough - it's great.
My son joined Treetops at 7 months (March 2018) and absolutely loves it there! I am so happy, he practically settled straight away and every morning is so happy to be there, he shows this with the biggest grin as we walk towards the building. I have been impressed with all the staff, such a lovely, warm, caring bunch of people. The general vibe of the nursery is a little tight-knit family and for me as a mother returning to work with that feeling of my child is happy and safe is priceless!
He enjoys a lot of activities like messy play, sensory play and outdoor play in their garden.
All the staff are very friendly and professional.
Their child care and efforts to understand and communicate with each child are outstanding and much better than we expected.
Thanks to their continuous encouragement he has been getting more confidence and learning English, which he didn't know at all at the beginning.
Their summative record we get in the parent evening is so excellent that we understand how much they care for the children.
I would like to let you know this nursery is the best place for my son as management and staff are top in everything. Good luck to them.
I am very happy with the quality of care that my son receives. He is happy at the nursery and staff genuinely care for the children. I would like to see more extra-curricular activities taking place and outings occur.
Friendly staff, comfortable environment for all the children and most importantly peace of mind for parents that your child is safe.
My son was 11 months old when she started at Treetops nursery. As first time mother I was very nervous leaving him behind but the staff at nursery were reassuring and they were very understanding. As they encouraged me to bring him a couple of times. The staff are very supportive and the most important thing was seeing my son very happy it's a weight off my shoulders. At Treetops nursery it feels like home from home. The staff are very caring and my son is well looked after.
Our 11 month old son started the nursery in November. As a first time mother I was very nervous about leaving him for the first time. The manager and staff were extremely accommodating, flexible and understanding, allowing him to settle in at his own pace. He is gradually gaining more confidence and the staff are very supportive, continually making suggestions regarding his well-being and to help him enjoy his time there. The small size allows it to be very personal and he has bonded well with his key workers.
My 5 month old baby is just starting here and so far I have been extremely happy with the experience. Over the last month, I've been encouraged to bring my baby in a couple of times a week and stay with her to get her used to the space, staff and other children. The staff have been extremely helpful and accommodating and have even sourced new items to suit my baby's needs. The nursery is clean, nicely renovated and feels very cosy and intimate. Most importantly to me, the children all seem happy, friendly and well cared for. It has made the very difficult experience of leaving my baby in someone else's care better than I could have hoped for.
Our son has been extremely happy at Treetops Day Nursery Ealing Common. The staff are caring, helpful and very patient. They provide wonderful care and many fun activities. The staff are dedicated and work extremely hard. Our son has learnt so much, especially in pre-school with the present senior teacher there. She is dedicated, warm, friendly and has taught our son so many wonderful songs which are fun as well as educational. She has transformed the nursery with wonderful artwork and encourage children to be independent as well as caring for each other. I wish we were able to stay another year as I'm sure our son would learn so much more. Treetops Day Nursery Ealing Common is a wonderful, small nursery where all parents know each other and the children know each other very well. Thank you for looking after us for all these years. Very sad to say goodbye to a lovely secure environment.
My daughters both attend this nursery and I am very happy with it. My eldest daughter has been there since she was 11 months and is just about to start school. My other daughter will be there for another two years. It is a small, cosy and friendly nursery and my girls have been well looked after and cared for since they began. The staff, who are always good humoured and affectionate, provide a nurturing and warm environment and I feel confident leaving my children there for a full day three mornings a week. Their days are filled with varied and interesting activities, the food is healthy and the general ethos is a caring one.
My child has been attending Happy Child in Ealing Common for the past year and he is loving it!! I have been very happy with the care they provide and the staff team is great. When he was settling in the staff were caring and understanding and it made it a lot easier for me to leave him. Now when I come to take him home in the evenings he does not want to leave.
