Lovely outdoor space. Kind carers/workers. Quite a bit of support staff turnover but consistent staff are really good. Excellent value for money. Food tends to be a bit processed but a good menu and variety.

I have been with the nursery for over 5 years now as my older child (daughter) who is 7 now used to come to the same nursery. I am quite happy with how they plan the activities during the day and that has helped my children progress. Most important the fees are very reasonable compared to other nurseries
around the area.

This nursery is absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend it.
My daughter has been attending this nursery for the past eight months and loves it.
The staff are fantastic and give written and verbal feedback each day. They have been extremely helpful during the potty training days, and assist with
anything we need to help aid our daughter's development.
Each of the classrooms are spacious and loads of toys and activities for children to do as well as the large outdoor play area. Also, there is an on-site chef that cooks all the food from fresh.
I am so glad we have found a nursery that my daughter loves and also us, there is nothing I can fault with this nursery and would give it 5/5 stars.

My son has attended this nursery for about 5 weeks now and he absolutely loves it. He's excited to go there every morning and comes home happy and energized. There's plenty of outdoor space to run around and other facilities are great. Staff give me daily written reports, they're very attentive to his
needs e.g. they encourage him to use the potty. Being an only child, the staff have really helped him get involved in group activities and play well with other kids.
This is very comforting and I can go about my daily duties knowing my child is safe and in a place he loves. Momma's happy!

Our child has been at Treetops (Kilburn) for the past 1.5 years and we are very happy about it. Not only was it good then, but it keeps on getting even better with the new manager in the last few months. Children have great, safe and clean infrastructures available - incl a large private outdoor space
- and the team of carers is experienced, very professional and friendly. Our child enjoys a lot going there, and our mind is at peace at all times as we 100% trust Treetops (Kilburn). Also, the communication/reporting systems are very clear and consistent, so as parents we have a comprehensive track record of our child's activities, meals, nap time, etc.
We have observed that a lot of effort is constantly dedicated to implementing new improvements, or innovations in the activities offered, so we keep on being pleasantly surprised by our nursery. In short, we happily recommend Treetops (Kilburn) and are very thankful for all aspects of the experience so far - worth every penny!

I am very happy with the care my son receives at Treetops Kilburn as a first-time mother of 10-month-old the staff made very reassured that my son would be ok and I felt a very warm and welcoming environment at the nursery and my son loves going to nursery.

My son started attending this nursery in January 2018. His mother takes him to the nursery because she works in Kilburn. Being in full-time employment myself I find that I do not have the time to care for my son during the daytime. So this nursery has proven to be a real blessing. My son gets on very
well at the nursery with the members of staff who look after him, and with the other children. He enjoys the nursery. I've had no complaints from my wife about the treatment of our child. The nursery takes great care of him, providing him with breakfast, lunch and tea, as well as changing his nappies during regular periods of time during the day. It is a lovely little nursery with friendly members of staff, and it provides a great environment for children to learn and play. My wife and I live in North London, so it is quite a commute for my wife, however, if you live in the Kilburn area or the London Borough of Brent then it is a great nursery to send your child. I recommend it.

Hi, I am Faye Barton. I am the Centre Director at London Kilburn. I have worked for Busy Bees for 5 years, originally starting as an apprentice. I have always had a passion for working with children and alongside parents. An important thing for me is making sure the children are loved, cared for, as well as educated. Creating a stimulating and safe environment which enables children to learn and grow will be something that Kilburn offers
