The Grange Montessori Nursery, located in the charming coastal town of Ramsgate, offers exceptional full and part time childcare in a stunning period property. The setting has four spacious rooms that have been thoughtfully designed, with age-appropriate resources to support children's learning and development.

The nursery offers exceptional care, enriched by unique learning opportunities for your child. One such experience is child-friendly cooking classes, inspired by the Montessori approach, fostering meaningful connections between children and the world around them and helping to equip children with valuable skills and deeper knowledge of the cooking process.

The Seahorses Room is where babies start their journey, with plenty of space to explore and engage with carefully selected toys and resources. As children grow older, they progress to the Turtle Room where they are introduced to the Montessori ethos and participate in planned experiences led by their Key Carer.

The Dolphins Room is for Pre-School children, offering free flow play and independence, as well as a dedicated Montessori teaching area. The nursery also provides a beautiful outdoor space for children to explore and develop their social and physical skills.

Following the Montessori Approach to learning, children are encouraged to make creative choices and learn through hands-on, collaborative play. The team support children as they prepare for their transition from nursery to school, and work closely with local primary schools to ensure is it a smooth process. Alongside the support of a qualified, passionate and child-centred team, children at The Grange Montessori Nursery will grow and develop under the best of care.

My daughter absolutely thrives coming to this nursery, she loves all the staff and other children. Getting updates through the day is very reassuring and it eases me whilst at work knowing how much she is up to. My daughter has attended a nursery previously and childminder and The Grange is the best
by far!

My child leaves nursery with a big smile on her face! When she began nursery, her confidence was low and she became very clingy (possibly as a result of the pandemic). Since being with a group of adults who really care about her well-being, she is growing into a confident, happy girl. Both myself and
my wife have been impressed with what she has been learning: she sings songs, plays happily with other children and reads books for pleasure. We thoroughly recommend The Grange.

I have two children currently at one of your nurseries. Over the past two years, I have found the staff and management to be helpful & approachable. In terms of hours/days the nursery is open, alongside the facilities provided, I found the nursery offered more than other local childcare providers. More
importantly, my children appear happy and are developing well.

The Grange Montessori is amazing, the staff are all lovely and great. Both of my daughters thrived being there and always have been very happy there. The level of care the staff have given my daughters is above and beyond amazing.

We have a fantastic experience with The Grange, both with my eldest daughter (who left preschool in the summer) and also with my youngest who is one year old. My son starting nursery at 6 months was a concern due to being so young, but the staff in the room were so caring and he enjoys himself so much
whilst he is there. They have patiently been pursuing his nap routine and we have finally had some success there. The manager is great at running a very smooth ship! She is always on hand to listen to any concerns from parents and feedback on any issues. She ensures all children within the facility are well cared for as well as keeping parents and carers updated with the changes. The recent change in management company has had little effect on the standard of care that The Grange offers the children, but there has been a noticeable change in the staff's happiness. I just hope that all the new changes and restrictions the company are putting the staff through, does not result in staff leaving.

We have put two of our children through the nursery, one past and one present and cannot fault it and both children have loved their time there. The staff cater to every need and are always happy to answer any concerns, would recommend them 100%.

My daughter joined The Grange at just 6 months old within the baby room! Seven months later, I am still convinced I've done the best thing by her joining. She has flourished beyond expectations and this has all been down to every member of staff she sees within her day at nursery! My daughter always
comes home so happy and content and gets very excited to walk into nursery each day, knowing she will be greeted by a friendly, familiar face. My partner and I really cannot thank all the staff enough for all they do to support and love my little girl, helping us to know she's safe and having fun whilst at nursery. Thank you.

My daughter has been at The Grange Montessori since January 2022 in the baby room. Sending her to nursery after maternity leave was a very hard decision to make but luckily she absolutely loves it. She has regular staff who know her well and a key worker who has an amazing bond with her, along with
the other staff in her room. I receive regular updates and photos through the nursery's app. They follow her regular routine to make sure she is settled each day. When I collect her I get a full handover of her day so I know exactly what she’s been up to.
The management team are always very accommodating if she needs to start a bit earlier or finish later and always responds quickly to any requests or emails.
I feel confident that she is safe, happy and her development is nurtured each day.
