The quality and warmth of the staff looking after the children is excellent. The best reassurance is my daughter entering the room every day and giving kisses and hugs to the teachers.
My son found nursery half a year ago. I was very concerned at the beginning but the wonderful professionals working with him made us both feel secure and they've gained our full trust. My son is happy at nursery and feels welcomed and excited every day when he arrives. The nursery lead a lasting effect on his development.
A fantastic and caring nursery! After moving our daughter from another nursery that we weren't happy with, Devonshire Day Nursery has been more than expected. I feel I know exactly how my daughter is getting on and she has the same caring staff there for her. She is thriving and learning so much.
Obviously there is always room for improvement and the management have been quite responsive to some of the concerns that were raised last year through the parents forum (eg. meals, communication between management and the rest for the team). I would highly recommend the nursery to prospective parents.
It's an amazing nursery. Really helped with my sons development, speech has really come together. Was great facilities and serve good food to the children. My son loves coming to nursery, so glad I picked this one.
My daughter really enjoys it, it's like a second home to us. There is a good variety of activities, she especially loves the Pyjama Drama class. The rooms are very interesting for the children - they are decorated with different learning areas, and are bright and fun. I like the fact there are three meals offered during the day.
My daughter is continually stimulated at the nursery and seems to come home very day with a new word. The nursery has a family atmosphere and it's a home away from home for my daughter. The staff are attentive and caring.

Meet the Team (1)
Emmy is the Manager of Devonshire Day Nursery in Chiswick and has a wealth of experience, having worked in the early years sector for 14 years. Emmy started her career as an Apprentice and has since worked her way up through roles in day nurseries and an independent school.
Emmy has worked for Childbase Partnership for 11 years and has recently gained her BA(Hons) in Early Childhood Studies.
I love how diverse our team and families are – everyone comes from different walks of life, different ethnicities, cultures and backgrounds.
The team really know their key children and provide experiences for them to help them thrive in all areas. We have achieved so much in the past few years including winning internal company awards, achieving Healthy Years London Silver status, being awarded Silver as part of Eco-Schools and raising a record amount for charity year on year.
