Amazing place run by the nicest people you could hope to meet. My son absolutely loves going to nursery and amazes me with everything he learns there. He never wants to leave when I pick him up. Cybertots at The Crescent are superstars!

We love Cybertots at The Crescent. Our son has been there for almost a year now and we feel so happy and secure about his care. Really wonderful staff who are always doing interesting things with the kids, such as teaching them how to go camping, about various holidays, there's a singing instructor,
a dance instructor and a weekly Spanish lesson. Also it is really nice to be able to check in on my son during the day via the cameras. Cybertots at The Crescent is just a really cosy place and I'm thrilled our son got a spot there.

This nursery ticks all the right boxes for any parent.
It’s clean, the food is all made fresh by their chef every day. Even the bread is baked fresh there every morning. They are caring, attentive, make you feel like they are your child’s second family, and add to that the fact that I can log on to
a security camera and watch my child having a great time any time I want is that extra mile of added relief that I seriously need whilst away from my child all day.
In terms of education, they provide an incredible variety of knowledge and activities for the kids, from Spanish to art, to forest school and even yoga!
To sum up, in a word, Cybertots is perfect and I wouldn’t send my children anywhere else.

The nursery itself is so cozy, such as a family or at home would be. My child started since she was one years old and she has been approached with positivity and encouraged to be independent. Thanks to that, she is so confident to behave herself and tries to find some positive approach to anything even
though her character is a bit shy at first step. The respect to each single personality is also highly appreciated from parents. Furthermore, there are loads of creative experiments, experience and activities which have children excited and interacted.

I know many people rate their nursery, but Cybertots at The Crescent is different, it is an absolutely incredible place that goes way beyond standard care and compassion. My son has been there for three years and from the first day he has been nurtured, encouraged and inspired by all the amazing teachers.
They genuinely care for the children, always with a smile on their faces. Being an internet nursery, you can securely log in to a webcam to see your child is okay, which was a Godsend to me those first few weeks. The children are beaming with positivity and knowledge when you pick them up, they can’t wait to tell you about their day. From forest school to actually hatching baby chicks, they have a very varied education that I couldn’t fault. They have helped my son master his letters when he really didn’t show any enjoyment at first. The manager has not only helped my son but at times has helped me too, overcoming some mum anxiety or other worry. She’s been a real friend actually!

Cybertots at The Crescent nursery is just superb! Our son has been attending three days a week for over a year. He absolutely loves it there and always has a huge smile on his face when a staff member meets him to take him in for the day. All the staff are incredible, they are so passionate about each
child and genuinely care for them, doing everything they can to create a homely and supportive environment for the children to thrive in. We feel lucky to be able to send our son here, he is developing wonderfully. Our boy comes home full of excitement and joy because he has had such a fun and stimulating day.
The nursery is very pro-active in dealing with both child and parental needs and I feel that the nursery is always trying to create the best possible experience for us all. There is a personal touch and a sense of family. The nursery made a huge effort in these difficult times to create consistency and normality for our kids, even throwing a Covid-19 safe Christmas party with a Santa visit.

Our 2 girls have been attending Cybertots at The Crescent on a full-time basis for almost a year and sending them there has been the best decision we have made; we feel very lucky to have such an exceptional nursery in our local area. Our youngest started in the baby room at 9 months and our eldest
in the toddler/pre-school room at 2.5 years and both of them are thriving in the warm, loving, nurturing, positive and fun environment. The girls sprint in every day without a backwards glance, every single member of staff is fantastic and the nursery is constantly coming up with new initiatives to help the children's development - I never imagined that my girls would be attending forest school and already have better Spanish skills/dance moves than their parents! Key things for us are the positive but structured environment, the amazing management and staff and the thoughtful curriculum/activities. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Cybertots at The Crescent is such a fantastic nursery, I could not recommend it more highly. Their level of care and attention to the children is outstanding. They are gentle, kind and nurturing when needed as well as setting clear boundaries with the children when required. My son has learnt incredible
communication skills and is able to clearly express his emotions through the simple dialogue they have taught him. They engage them in brilliant activities throughout the day with a great balance between indoor and outdoor time. The food they receive is outstanding, meeting all the dietary requirements that may be needed with delicious and nutritious alternatives. The staff check in regularly with the parents (on a monthly basis) to ensure that we are all on the same page as to the children’s development and to ensure all needs are being met, taking into consideration home life too. I feel my needs as a parent are being met as much as my child’s; I feel like I am part of a family.

We couldn’t be happier that we sent our son to this wonderful nursery. The manager and her fabulous staff care so much about the children and do their utmost to create a cosy, fun environment that they thrive in. From being a rather clingy boy at the start, our son's confidence has grown immensely thanks
to the team and he now tells us how much he misses nursery when he’s not there, which is music to our ears! He’s made some wonderful relationships with the staff as well as his contemporaries. From Spanish to dancing to forest school, they have a fantastic time whilst learning and developing. We couldn’t recommend it highly enough.

I have one child in full time and one who has graduated from Cybertots and they have been wonderful. The children love the staff and having moved from baby room to preschool room it’s been amazing to watch them grow. When our son graduated to school I cried my eyes out as I knew school wouldn’t include
the love he got from Cybertots. The range of activities and learning is great and they’ve accommodated speech therapists and ad hoc help during covid. We couldn’t be happier and to top it off the food is amazing! Would recommend this nursery a 100 times over. Great communication and centred so much around the kids.

Our little boy attended Cybertots at The Crescent from when he was 9 months, all the way through until just before starting primary school. It is an absolutely wonderful nursery. The staff that work there have established an extremely loving and fun environment. The children are kept very busy doing
all manner of activities. It has a lovely playground which the children are out in all year round. The children are encouraged to do things for themselves and our son thrived there.

Our child has been at this nursery since June 2019, joining as a baby and it has been a wonderful setting for her and is managed by a great team.
It has been so reassuring to know how well she’s being looked after and how much fun she is having when she’s not with us.
We have her seen her development
and social skills greatly enhanced from her time at the nursery and I particularly love the variety of home-cooked meals and snacks the nursery offer.
Parents are kept really well informed and it truly feels like we're all equally invested in giving our children the best.
When it came to choosing a nursery, I personally visited eight to be sure we found the best setting suited to our child and this nursery by far exceeded all expectations, I wouldn't hesitate in recommending it.

I couldn't recommend this nursery more. Staff are fantastic and long-standing, the nursery itself is really cosy and homely. I love the fact that they serve food made with organic ingredients. It's great that the forest school sessions have started, my children really enjoy them. My children really
look forward to going to nursery and don't want to leave when they are picked up, so that's all the proof I need.

A small, local, friendly nursery. They really care about the children and offer lots of love and attention. We get regular updates on our childrens' progress and there is an open door policy if we need to ask the senior manager anything. We couldn't be happier.

Since joining Cybtertots at the Crescent, my daughters have developed in so many ways. Both girls are more confident and balanced.

My daughters have had a very happy and positive experience at the nursery and are very happy with the teaching they both have received and their learning experience.

Very

experienced teachers who are caring and professional and whom the children respond well to. My daughters love the teachers very much and the teachers are very approachable for parents.

I thank the nursery for being such good place for my daughters, I was able to relax during the day knowing my kids were safe and well. I hold so many memories and laughter with the teachers.

I would highly recommend the nursery to anyone looking for a place that has the warmth, fun, pleasant and caring atmosphere.

The staff are warm, kind and have the children's best interests' at heart. By the very fact that she would rush to hug the teachers in the morning was a testament to the love and care they gave. The level of professionalism is excellent and the amount of work in terms of the EYFS paperwork they had
to complete on each child was phenomenal. The observations were so detailed and were a joy to read.

One thing that strikes me about the nursery is the variety of creative and imaginative activities they put on; I was always amazed at where the ideas came from. In addition, they hold many events, e.g. Mother's Day, Halloween, where they invite parents, provide food and activities for the children which we enjoyed. When she left, they held a graduation ceremony for children who were leaving to go to school. The time and effort the staff put into it was fantastic, e.g. memory tree, buffet lunch, displays of the children's work.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Cybertots.

Our daughter was visiting the nursery for about one year and eight months. All the time we were very happy and fully content with the work of the team. We found the manager and the whole team very professional, friendly, supportive and encouraging. They were very welcoming and inclusive giving us the
confidence that our child is getting the best care. We do especially appreciate the professional attitude towards bilingual children which first language is not English; the very good home-made and healthy food; the very creative activities with the children; the open approach for support from the parents - it was big privilege to me to be given the chance to help for the edible garden and to run a course for toddlers yoga. Teachers are very dedicated and willing hearted. As a parent, I've also learned a lot from them. So, big THANK YOU - YOU ARE AMAZING!!!

Current Review Score: 9.1 (9.054)

Overview of Review Score

The Review Score of 9.1 (9.054) out of 10 for Cybertots at The Crescent is based on a) the Average Rating and b) the number of positive Reviews.

  1. The Average Rating is 4.9 out of 5 from 4 Reviews in the last 24 months.
  2. The score for the number of positive Reviews is 4.1 out of 5 from 4 positive Reviews in the last 24 months.

Detailed Breakdown of Review Score

The maximum Review Score for a Day Nursery is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:

  1. 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months. The Average Rating of 4.938 for Cybertots at The Crescent is calculated as follows: ( (45 Excellents x 5) + (3 Goods x 4) ) ÷ 48 Ratings = 4.938
  2. 5 Points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 24 months. A Positive Review is defined as any Review with an 'Overall Experience' of '4' or '5' (out of a max rating '5'). The 4.116 Points relating to the number of positive Reviews for Cybertots at The Crescent is based on 4 positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as per below:

The 5 points available are broken down as follows:

    1. 4 points are available for the first 10 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months; 3 points for the first Positive Review, and then 0.125 Points for each of the next four Positive Reviews and then 0.1 Points for the next five Positive Reviews. (1st = 3.000, 2nd = 0.125, 3rd = 0.125, 4th = 0.125, 5th = 0.125, 6th = 0.100, 7th = 0.100, 8th = 0.100, 9th = 0.100, 10th = 0.100) 3 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.125 = 3.375
    2. 1 point is available for the number of Positive Reviews reaching 20% of the number of registered child places in the last 24 months. If this number is partially reached, then that proportion of 1 point is given. eg a Day Nursery registered for a maximum of 50 child places has to reach 10 Positive Reviews to receive 1 point, if it has 7 reviews it will receive 0.7 points. 20% of the 27 number of registered child places is 5.4. 4 Positive Reviews ÷ 5.4 = 0.741
  3. When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
  4. If a Day Nursery does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.
