Cybertots at The Crescent

Cybertots at The Crescent Day Nursery is a brilliant nursery and we have two children there, including one in the baby room who has recently settled in quickly thanks to amazing staff. The staff have also been brilliant with my son - they are extremely caring and we really feel they’re in safe hands. When things inevitably go wrong, e.g. fighting! I’ve always felt they’ve dealt with the issues very professionally. Overall, I have and would again recommend this nursery.

Cybertots at The Crescent Day Nursery is a wonderful nursery. The staff are all warm, kind and conscientious and my 3-year-old daughter could not be happier there. I love that they spend so much time outside - whether that's in the nursery's gardens or at a park - and I only hear good things about the food. It has been the perfect introduction for my daughter to life outside of family and the home.

Cybertots at The Crescent Day Nursery was our choice of childcare after much research. Our child had been with a childminder previously and any fears we had about her transitioning to the nursery environment were swiftly dispelled. All of the staff are caring and empathetic to their charges, getting to know each child and helping develop the children’s personalities. Our daughter looks forward to going every morning and speaks warmly of each member of staff by name and all her new friends. Learning is interesting and fun, from Spanish to football, from song and dance to forest school, arts and crafts, theme events; the range is tremendous. Our daughter has developed so fast in the excellent care of Cybertots. One of the things that attracted us to this nursery was the home from home feeling of the setting, not necessarily evident in others we saw. I would sincerely recommend Cybertots at The Crescent to any local parents.

My 2.5-years-old daughter has been going to Cybertots at The Crescent Day Nursery full-time since September and she loves it there - every day they do different activities from musicality and dance to Spanish classes, to football, to forest school. The staff are all so caring and lovely and they really helped us with the initial settling in, and they are always supportive and understanding. The manager is brilliant and we couldn’t be happier about this nursery. We strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a home from home environment with great outdoor space and amazing people looking after their child.

Our child really looks forward to going to this nursery every day. We feel that he is very well looked after in a safe environment! Food provided appears to be very delicious...My favourite part of the day is watching him eat with his friends at lunchtime on the webcam. Very cute! It is obvious that our child is well looked after.

The staff are engaged, friendly and generous with their time to children and parents. The food is excellent and outside play is encouraged all year round. My child loves it there and has great relationships with staff and children alike. They do fantastic outings (to farms and fire stations) as well as everyday excursions to parks and playgrounds. My child is stimulated and learning - I can see the benefit she takes from being there.

Wonderful management too who are very approachable and open to discussion.

All the staff are fantastic, I can not speak highly enough of them! Always ready with a smile and kind word, they created this amazing safe, nurturing and dynamic environment within which my children have thrived and grown. The low turnover in staff is reflected in the strong bonds built with the kids and the relationships they form just add to the genuine warmth and love felt there. Feedback is regular, structured and constructive, allowing us to work together with the staff to help our children not just educationally but through potty training, dropping naps and all the other life events our little people go through. When my eldest left last September for school they managed the transition amazingly, leaving me a proud Dad at the school gets as he bounced happily into school for the 1st time. Throughout the pandemic Cybertots has been a safe port in a storm as far as our family is concerned, the kids home from home, and they both love every minute of it. Thank you to the team!

My son has attended Cybertots since he was 1 and we couldn’t be happier with our choice of nursery. The children are extremely well looked after and the CCTV was a real benefit for us, particularly when he first started - it was reassuring to see him happy and settled when returning to work. He has developed great relationships with the staff and I have always been impressed with the extra-curricular events to ensure the children have lots of fun! Overall the nursery has a lovely community feel and the staff are friendly and warm and most importantly my son loves going due to the wide variety of activities which they do. My daughter will also be attending next year.

My son will definitely be going when I go back to work!

The nursery manager is kind, organised and runs an excellent nursery. I cannot recommend this nursery enough and we are sad to be leaving.

Really well run nursery lead by the manager who shows great care and kindness towards our two daughters who attend. The children enjoy going to nursery and the fun activities they do and is very good for their social development. Really happy with the choice we made and would definitely recommend!

My experience with Cybertots has been amazing. I couldn’t be happier sending my child here. All the staff are well trained, professional, caring, very pleasant and overall, just fantastic. My little one absolutely loves going to Cybertots, the facilities are superb, clean and safe. They also prepare fresh food in house. I honestly can’t recommend this place enough, there is no other place I would want to send my children.

My son who is now five attended Cybertots at The Crescent and my daughter who is two is currently there four full days. As soon as I looked around the nursery I knew it was the right place to send my children, with the wonderful staff, gorgeous outside space and the children all seem so happy. I was instantly made to feel welcome and was impressed with the varied activities including Spanish lessons, that the nursery offered. I constantly recommend the nursery to anyone who is looking or moving to the area, it has a real family atmosphere and a low turn over of staff so there is always continuity for the children. I feel lucky to have such a fabulous nursery on my doorstep.

A wonderful nursery with fabulous staff. My daughter settled so quickly and every day since she has woken up asking if it is a nursery day! The staff are so caring and have been so helpful when we have any blips, always offering reassurance and helpful suggestions. Couldn’t be more grateful as a working mummy knowing my daughter is so well looked after.

This is a lovely nursery where our three-year-old son is very well cared for and given a range of stimulating activities every day. The staff are friendly and organised and we are very happy with the overall experience.

I have 3 daughters, currently 2 of whom are attending Cybertots at The Crescent and I could not ask for a better nursery! I have used nurseries for my eldest in Notting Hill rated outstanding and also Southgate however this nursery, Cybertots, in particular, is the most kind, caring well-equipped and on point nursery I have ever used. The manager has clearly trained her staff amazingly and my children are always happy and do lots of activities. They are fed great food and have all their needs met including brushing their own teeth. The children are also very well behaved! More importantly, they come back home with joy and excitement to tell me what they have done for the day. I have absolutely no doubt this nursery should be rated outstanding and I 100% know the manager has a big part to play in training her staff so well and being part of a team and having a homely, warm, loving environment to work in and have children be around. I couldn't ask for anything more from Cybertots at The Crescent!

Staff turnover is low so you always know team members personally. The feeling is of one of community and love so understandably it is now rather oversubscribed; the long waiting-list for baby room when my second daughter was born (irritating but entirely my own fault for not signing up sooner) was entirely justified and warranted. I have two girls currently attending (one baby, one pre-school as mentioned above) and from catering to cleanliness to communication Cybertots has consistently ticked all of my boxes. My husband and I have always felt included and supported by the team at Cybertots and we will miss them terribly when we move on.
