We go out of our way daily to drop off and pick up our son from this truly exceptional nursery. Melanie and her staff go above and beyond on a weekly basis to ensure all children are supported and cared for. We couldn't be happier seeing our toddler run in excited everyday for the adventures that await
him.

Our daughter has been with Cybertots from aged 2.5 through to starting school.
She has excelled whilst at Cybertots and we will be sending our second child early next year.
The staff at Cybertots at the crescent are incredible, their enthusiam is in abundance, which is infectious for the children
and parents. Our daughter never wanted to come home!
The additional activities of forest school, football, trips out and the theatre built confidence and an understanding of teamwork. To the point our daughter can walk up to anyone and ask them to play.
We have had no issues with the transition to school this september because of the foundations built by Cybertots. Our daughters maths, spelling and language have all been above average because of the time the staff take to help the children excel and by learning through play.

This nursery is superb. It is on the smaller side and you could say a little dated but do not let that put you off. The staff are fantastic, always attentive and happy - can clearly see there is a good culture within. They care greatly for the kids.
Our son has been there since 10 month, and loves
it, mumbling all the way home the endless activities he's completed. From Spanish to Music, mud kitchen antics to painting, baking and trips to the park.
The food always sounds great and diverse and they clearly teach the children health eating habits and support with general development.
Would highly recommend this nursery and plan giving all our children the best start here.

My twin girls absolutely love Cybertots and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to feel a special part of a nursery family. The manager and all the staff are absolutely incredible at putting the kids and parents at ease, with thoughtful and gentle settling in sessions, creative crafts and activities
and a brilliant series of performances and parties to grow the children's confidence and make parents feel part of their kids' nursery journey. We have been so bowled over by the team's kindness and support - and the fun they bring to all our lives. Within days my daughters were running into nursery and waving me off. I highly recommend this nursery as the perfect setting to care for and inspire your children. Cybertots has been a huge factor in nurturing the chattiness, sassiness and happiness of my daughters. Thank you for absolutely everything you have done for us.

Cybertots is an outstanding nursery. The difference in my child since joining is remarkable. There is such a variety of activities from Spanish to Forest School, singing, art, sport and free play. The teachers are very supportive and there is a really friendly environment. The trips are incredible and
lovely events for parents to attend such as celebrating Mother's Day, Easter, and coffee mornings.
The manager is wonderful and takes time with all the children and parents building a safe and happy nursery.

I've been taking care of the children of the same family for five years; twins and a 1 year old baby. The twins used to go to nursery full time and the baby has just started. Everybody has been really helpful with the settling of the baby, making it easier for her to get used to everybody and the new
environment. The level of professionalism and care that the teachers have for all the children, the different range of activities from trips, forest school, football, Spanish, dancing, to group times where they learn for example about numbers, colours, letters, emotions and things about the world. And they have a lovely outside garden that is always available for the children. The twins were always happy to attend nursery and loved everybody there and really enjoyed the food, eating healthy snacks and meals there that they didn't eat at home. At the end of the day they always give us detail information about all the things the children have been doing during the day.

When I looked around Cybertots at The Crescent I knew it was the nursery for my baby. The staff, the vibe and the family feel make it feel like it’s a second home rather than a nursery which is exactly what you want.
In under 3 months, my little one has adapted so well, he can use his spoon, pick
up food and loves all sorts of new activities - he’s thriving.
The staff are all lovely and you can tell they genuinely love the kids and care about them, my baby leaps into their arms at the beginning of the day which is so reassuring. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone who was considering it, it is 10/10.

My son is two years old and spent one year at this nursery. It's the most nurturing place for children. The manager and all staff are creative in the types of activities they plan, proactive about bringing innovation, great communicators and just lovely, passionate people. The nursery is a very homey
place and is decorated using everyday objects. Children are stimulated with very well planned activities daily, are encouraged to develop their independence and creativity and spend a lot of time understanding nature, the wider world and themselves. The staff go above and beyond to connect parents together and create a little, happy community around children, with parents and children events on a regular basis. Honestly, this place is a dream and I would recommend it to any parents out there. Thank you.

We absolutely adore this nursery! Our five-year-old son was there for several years and our nearly 2-year-old has been there since he was one. It’s such a lovely size and feels intimate because it’s set in the downstairs of a house with two gardens each side, all the staff are delightful, the manager
is a brilliant leader and all the kids love her. They organise so many fun outings, lots of forest school and lovely events for parents to come along to. So much thoughtful stuff. Food is all cooked freshly onsite. The space is warm and inviting.

This is a wonderful nursery that my daughter absolutely adores. The staff are super friendly and the care and attention they provide the kids with is superb. My daughter has changed so much in the 9 months she’s been there, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to put their kids through
nursery.

My daughter is 14 months old and has been attending Cybertots at The Cresent Day Nursery for six weeks. When she started nursery she couldn't use a spoon, wasn't great with finger food, wasn't standing or trying to walk and her vocabulary was limited. We now can't stop her - she eats her cereal by herself
with a spoon, she is confident standing and trying to walk and is non-stop babbling. She has thrived in six weeks and, most importantly, she enters nursery with a huge grin and leaves in the same way. The staff are like an extension of her family and I love to watch them cuddling her or picking her up and comforting her when she needs it (even when she doesn't). The approach to putting children at the centre here is evident and I am really looking forward to seeing her grow and also, as her routine changes, work as a team to do what is best for her. I looked at other nurseries and would have been happy sending her elsewhere until I saw this one and then it was an absolute no to all the others.

Cybertots at The Crescent provides a safe, nurturing and welcoming environment for our child to grow. Throughout the 3 years we have been happy and confident because of the fantastic care the staff provide, who have a genuine passion for working with children. The nursery provides a variety of activities
and materials that encourage our child’s curiosity and learning. They have lots of books, regularly changing interactive and sensory displays, music and dance, art activities, forest school, Spanish, football and trips. Cybertots have created a close community feeling with; craft days, BBQ's, and parents mornings. The home cooked meals and variety our son eats, are a testament to their carefully prepared menus and nutritious snacks! The manager and team communicate openly and honestly about our sons progress, his needs and behaviour, while adjusting routines and schedules, providing individualised attention, support, and being open to feedback and suggestions from us. We value the nursery highly. Our second child starts in the summer.

This is a genuinely outstanding nursery. The ethos and culture of care, dedication and development is well established by the longstanding management and signed up to by all. Our children have adored going there and the imaginative activities that go far above and beyond. The warmth and welcoming atmosphere
is also extended to the parents with the many events held across the year- another example of the lengths this nursery and its staff go to to create an all-round best in class environment.

Our first daughter has been at Cybertots for two years and our second daughter will join her there later this year. The manager and her team are dedicated, caring and enthusiastic. We couldn't be happier with everything they offer. Great consideration is given to the wide range of things the children
do each day with excellent reporting and feedback. We'd warmly recommend it to any prospective parent - we love it!

I visited a number of local nurseries when trying to decide where to send my daughter and Cybertots stood out from the rest. The manager was friendly and knowledgeable and the nursery itself felt warm and inviting, like visiting a friend's home. My daughter has been attending for over a year now and
my partner and I are very happy with her experience so far. I particularly like the 'extras' that the nursery offer, my daughter takes part in weekly Spanish and football lessons and has been on trips to a city farm and the theatre. There is a real community feel at the nursery, with parents regularly invited to coffee mornings and craft afternoons. The staff are all kind and friendly and really care for all the children. I would thoroughly recommend Cybertots at The Crescent.

Cybertots at The Crescent is an incredibly special place, filled with staff who care deeply about all the children and a leader who is inspirational. They are all so creative - building rockets, setting up a radio station, transforming crates into all manner of imaginative things - and ambitious - running
a 30-minute concert of Christmas songs twice in one day which the very young children all performed beautifully. My son is currently at the nursery, following in the footsteps of his sister who left 18 months ago (although she is still welcomed back like a member of the family), and he is absolutely thriving. I couldn't recommend this nursery more highly and when my son finally leaves, I'm going to miss being a part of this nursery's community.

We have had such a positive experience with Cybertots at The Crescent. Our son is a Covid baby (born mid-2020) and the team really took their time to help him integrate into the nursery and life outside our tight family unit. He has really grown while he has been there. I particularly like that all
the children we have met from Cybertots are well-mannered and all lovely-natured. This comes from their staff who are all so invested in our kids. There are so many activities that get the kids doing a lot of different stuff and the outdoor aspect is amazing.

Cybertots at The Crescent Day Nursery is a brilliant nursery and we have two children there, including one in the baby room who has recently settled in quickly thanks to amazing staff. The staff have also been brilliant with my son - they are extremely caring and we really feel they’re in safe hands.
When things inevitably go wrong, e.g. fighting! I’ve always felt they’ve dealt with the issues very professionally. Overall, I have and would again recommend this nursery.

Cybertots at The Crescent Day Nursery is a wonderful nursery. The staff are all warm, kind and conscientious and my 3-year-old daughter could not be happier there. I love that they spend so much time outside - whether that's in the nursery's gardens or at a park - and I only hear good things about the
food. It has been the perfect introduction for my daughter to life outside of family and the home.

Current Review Score: 9.1 (9.054)

Overview of Review Score

The Review Score of 9.1 (9.054) out of 10 for Cybertots at The Crescent is based on a) the Average Rating and b) the number of positive Reviews.

  1. The Average Rating is 4.9 out of 5 from 4 Reviews in the last 24 months.
  2. The score for the number of positive Reviews is 4.1 out of 5 from 4 positive Reviews in the last 24 months.

Detailed Breakdown of Review Score

The maximum Review Score for a Day Nursery is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:

  1. 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months. The Average Rating of 4.938 for Cybertots at The Crescent is calculated as follows: ( (45 Excellents x 5) + (3 Goods x 4) ) ÷ 48 Ratings = 4.938
  2. 5 Points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 24 months. A Positive Review is defined as any Review with an 'Overall Experience' of '4' or '5' (out of a max rating '5'). The 4.116 Points relating to the number of positive Reviews for Cybertots at The Crescent is based on 4 positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as per below:

The 5 points available are broken down as follows:

    1. 4 points are available for the first 10 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months; 3 points for the first Positive Review, and then 0.125 Points for each of the next four Positive Reviews and then 0.1 Points for the next five Positive Reviews. (1st = 3.000, 2nd = 0.125, 3rd = 0.125, 4th = 0.125, 5th = 0.125, 6th = 0.100, 7th = 0.100, 8th = 0.100, 9th = 0.100, 10th = 0.100) 3 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.125 = 3.375
    2. 1 point is available for the number of Positive Reviews reaching 20% of the number of registered child places in the last 24 months. If this number is partially reached, then that proportion of 1 point is given. eg a Day Nursery registered for a maximum of 50 child places has to reach 10 Positive Reviews to receive 1 point, if it has 7 reviews it will receive 0.7 points. 20% of the 27 number of registered child places is 5.4. 4 Positive Reviews ÷ 5.4 = 0.741
  3. When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
  4. If a Day Nursery does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.
