Corner House Day Nursery

My daughter has been at Corner House Day Nursery for 15 months now and has been in the Toddler room throughout. The staff are very kind and friendly and she really enjoys going to the nursery where they make a lot of effort to provide fun and educational activities for the children. They have also done a great job at managing health and safety during the pandemic.

Our daughter is now four and approaching the last few months of her time at Corner House. Day Nursery. She started there soon after turning two and the impact being there has had on her development is frankly immeasurable. She is more confident and sociable, eats much better than before and most of all she speaks beautifully. So much of this is down to the sheer effort, commitment and care provided by all the staff at Corner House Day Nursery. We know she is well looked after and always comes home talking about how much fun she had with her friends and what she has learnt or made. We could not ask for better preparation for attending primary school in September.

We have been extremely happy with Corner House Day Nursery looking after both our girls 3 yrs and 7yrs old. My eldest has very fond memories and my youngest enjoys the warm, friendly, educational environment the nursery works hard to provide not to mention good feedback on the development of your child and how their day has been. The staff really interact with the kids shaping them into well behaved engaging individuals ready to take on the world.

The staff are all incredibly friendly and approachable and keep things fresh each day and really invest in fun activities, such as teddy tennis and drama activities.

We are having another child and we have put him on the waiting list already.

I would highly recommend Corner House Day Nursery. My daughter is very happy at the nursery and loves the members of staff. She gets very excited about going to nursery in the mornings and talks about her friends and the staff when she’s at home.

I feel the nursery supported us very well during her settling in period and that she has really developed over her first year in the toddler room. The themes each week are great and it’s lovely that she gets lots of variety of food each week that is all freshly prepared. We are very happy with the care our daughter receives.

I am extremely happy with the choice of nursery I have made for my daughter. The staff are all very welcoming and display a high knowledge of child development. The care my daughter receives is outstanding and it has made me feel totally confident to go back to work. My daughter's interests are met with weekly topics and activities based around what she enjoys. I also really enjoy the fact that she has started to make friends.

I've seen many nurseries and the Corner House is by far the best. My little girl is so happy there and the teachers are just amazing! They make each day fun and exciting! My little girl's manners are beautiful. She pretty much potty trained herself with the help of the fantastic staff. The level of care and attention that's given to each activity/task and each individual child is just wonderful. Thank you so much!
