The approach is proactive towards learning brought to life via a range of subjects and environments rather than simply ‘learning by play’; they teach via a progressive growth mindset. There are 2 sports coaches, a drama & a music teacher (I think they see each class roughly twice a week) which provides a lot of variety.
Some of the staff are fully qualified early years teachers which is rare in a nursery. The team have the warmth of family yet it’s an extremely professional organisation. The founder and head are extremely passionate about the children’s development and is very hands-on.
If you’re applying for selective schools, your child will be well prepared (but not pushed).

A few times our daughter was returned wearing clothes of another girls. Be aware of a lot of holidays (Christmas, Easter and Summer) up to two weeks each + Bank holidays and training days.
