Kids Inc Day Nursery - South Woodford

My son has been attending since June 2020. All of the staff have been so welcoming and accomodating to my son's needs. The management are extremely easy to speak with. When we were concerned that my son had an allergic reaction to a meal, they provided all of the ingredients to the food he'd had within minutes. My son is very shy and the team have helped him come out of his shell - he won't stop talking!

My two kids are very happy there. The nursery keeps us informed of everything that is going on. The staff are all very friendly and, from hearing from other parents at other nurseries, Kids Inc seems a cut above.

I was really nervous sending my first child to nursery upon returning to work in January 2021 - between COVID and just generally adjusting to someone else looking after my baby who, because of lockdowns, hadn't left my side since birth! Kids Inc couldn't have made the transition easier. My child absolutely loves going and I can tell she is developing and happy with her kind carers. Very, very happy!

Words dont justify the personable care and attention the team at Kids Inc Day Nursery - South Woodford provide not to only the children but the parents as well. The nursery manager knows all the parents, always makes an effort to talk to them and always has time to speak to you even if you have called her ten times that day to check on your child. My bubba has been here since he was nine months old, it took him no time at all to settle in and be happy. He is always happy when I pick him up at the end of the day and enjoys it there so much. For his birthday they even made a special cake for him, they take in to consideration all his food allergies. Having a baby with food allergies is worrying but I haven't had any issues or concerns that the team wont take care of him and his allergies! They provide full care and attention for your child, being a first time mum especially in lockdown they have taken off a lot of stress and worries. Thank you ladies for making my bubba so happy there!

We are very satisfied with Kids Inc Day Nursery - South Woodford and with the support and care they offer our daughter who is in the baby room there. She has settled extremely well and is happy to go to nursery in the mornings. Although we have had limited direct contact with many of the staff due to Covid-19 procedures, those we do see at drop off are always friendly, warm and supportive. They remember information about our daughter and she always seems delighted to see all of them. We receive regular updates on her progress and on the activities she does at nursery and she clearly enjoys these. She is a really happy little girl and it’s been lovely to see her grow in confidence since she started at nursery.

Our daughter started at Kids Inc in July of this year during Covid. I cannot recommend it highly enough. She is so happy there and the staff are warm, friendly and professional.

The nursery is extremely well run, with good communication to parents. The management was particularly good during the recent Covid issues, with regular communications and not charging whilst it was closed. We have had 2 children attend the nursery and they have both been happy and enjoyed it. Until recently we have been pleased with the amount of feedback we get on the children through Tapestry, though we have received less recently. We would definitely recommend the nursery.

We are more than satisfied with Kids Inc Day Nursery South Woodford. It is a very happy nursery and my son is extremely settled there. The staff go above and beyond and I believe they give a very personalised and professional service and children are treated as individuals. My son is happy, safe and so well looked after. We are thoroughly impressed.

The staff are all very friendly and make great efforts to tailor their care to each child. Our daughter now attends school but enjoys her occasional visits to the nursery when she joins us to collect our son and staff who knew her always make a big fuss of seeing her again and asking how she is, what she is doing etc. The manager runs a very efficient nursery and ensures there is a safe, warm atmosphere of both care and encouragement to learn.

We are extremely happy with the way our daughter has settled into nursery. Both she, and us as parents, have been supported and guided by the staff to ensure that there was a smooth transition. Her daily routine has the right amount of play and down time and is something we adopt at weekends. There is a constant dialogue with the staff to agree on areas where we feel our daughter needs to develop, and we receive regular progress reports via an App. There are a large number of activities that the children can engage in and experiences that they would not necessarily be able to have in a home environment (for example watching chicks hatch over Easter - a highlight for both the children and the adults). Overall we have had a great experience with Kids Inc Day Nursery and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone considering a place.

One computer in preschool only (3+ years) and only three programs with no formal schedule for use or planned learning.

This is my pet peeve, honestly, if you want your child to improve their education look elsewhere. The standard response is that the nursery follows EFS, what in practice this means is anyone's guess. Requests to key workers to conduct tasks with letters and numbers are pretty much ignored, there is no formal plan to progress children from communication onto education. There is no formal reading or writing structure, it's always playing with the same toys with little focus on outcomes. From two years onwards there is little to no real progress.

Extracurricular clubs are few and far between and rarely carried out as planned.

Great nursery, my nephew has excelled in a short space of time. The staff are very friendly and care about the wellbeing and educational foundation of the children.

Kids Inc South Woodford is a modern centrally located London day nursery providing excellence in child daycare. The nursery is open most of the year and during business hours. The nursery caters for early drop off and extended pick up times. Most importantly children enjoy attending the nursery and you will always see the happy smiling faces of children when you collect your child.

At the beginning, we did have some issues due to there being no nursery manager but since the new manager has taken over, everything seems to have fallen in to place. The staff are lovely, the location is ideal and the kids are kept busy throughout the day. My son, who is a particularly fussy eater, always enjoys his meals there and there is always food for parents too!

I cannot fault the care my son receives at Kids Inc and have recommended it to many of my friends.

Myself and my wife cannot speak highly enough of Kids Inc South Woodford. Both our kids are there, they love it, and we love them being there. All the staff are kind, friendly, caring and professional, and all the other kids and parents are really nice too. It's a lovely environment to put your kids in to, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kids Inc to anyone.

Really happy with the nursery, my daughter loves being in pre-school. Once she walks through the door, she doesn’t even look back. I love that because I know she loves it there.

Very happy with my babies progress so far. He's always been a very confident baby but I feel like he has come out of his shell even more. He's always happy and more social now and it's because of nursery. The staff make me feel like he is their favourite which is lovely when you're leaving your baby there.
