They are every responsive and also intentional about our boy which speaks volume to a father once scared of the system.

Caring, kind and attentive staff. They made my son feel very welcome from day one. They are very responsive, organised and keep us updated throughout the day if our little one is struggling for whatever reason. This shows individualised and tailored care. Charlie in the management has been efficient, a pleasure to deal with and flexible whenever we needed some extra support for which both my wife and I are very grateful. I can see my son's confidence growing everyday thanks to the care of the amazing staff in the baby room. I feel entirely confident and relaxed about leaving him there.

We are very happy with the school. The staff take great care of my daughter, and she has learned so many new things since joining. She is always happy and excited to go to school, which makes us very happy as parents. Thank you to all the staff for your kindness, care and support!

Lovely teachers and a nice area for Evie to play indoors and out. Everybody seems really friendly and kind. And Evies personally, knowledge and confidence seems to be growing alot since starting nursery.

It really is a home away from home and I would recommend to anyone.

A great nursery in Belvedere. We visited a few before choosing Chestnut. A very warm nursery where the staff pay attention to the needs of each child. The open plan space means no room is isolated. Our son looks forward to nursery everyday and comes back smiling.

The communication between staff is also excellent. Very quick responses and you are updated with your child's progress. I would definitely recommend if you're looking for a home away from home

Staff is very friendly and approachable, my son has really struggled with the settling in and the staff have gone above and beyond to help with this. You can see that they are not money motivated but they care about the kids, you have half day sessions as well as full day sessions. Is a very homey environment where you can speak with the same people all the time, calls, emails and in person, you always have someone to go to. Everything is opened plan so you have a good overview of the whole place, nothing hidden behind closed doors. Very safe with cctv at the doors. Overall great experience.

My daughter has been attending the nursery for just over a month now and I genuinely couldn't be happier, my little girl is so happy where she is and is learning so much. The staff that take care of the children are absolutely amazing! They are all very friendly, supportive, caring and operate with utmost professionalism. I can't say thank you enough for what they do for my daughter. You won't be disappointed bringing your children to this nursery

Place is clean, staff, always friendly and raise concerns and the kids if there's any and offer solutions.

I highly recommend chestnut to other parents my son started over a year ago after his old nursery closed down, the staff made us feel so welcome, my son settle in right away.the staff really took the time to get to know my child they know alot on what my child can and cant do in the fist few days,made me feel my son was valued. i have seen lot of improvements with my child speech and language since he's been at this nursery. Sadly my child leaving end of August to start reception he will definitely be missing seeing his teachers and friends. The staff have been amazing and I can not thank them enough for all the support love and care they have provided for my child. Charlie the manager is also on point. If I ever had a question or a query she would get back to me fast excellent communication on manager's side as well.

I couldn't be happier with this nursery. The staff are amazing, caring, and treat every child as an individual. It truly feels like one big family. My little one is always so happy to go there and is excited to go back every day, which says everything about how much she loves it. The team gives every child the attention they need, especially those who are shy or need extra support. A special thank you to the manager, who is absolutely amazing. She is always kind, helpful, and supportive in every aspect. Choosing this nursery was the best decision for our family. I highly recommend it to any parent looking for a warm, caring, and nurturing environment for their child.

Lovely nursery, staff are always very happy and accommodating. Very helpful with any questions asked. Very helpful with allergies and Always making sure my child is as happy as he can be :) would highly recommend to others!

My son started attending Chestnut Tree Day Nursery in January 2026 and has settled in smoothly. The staff are friendly and welcoming too. I am particularly pleased with the activities and developmental support provided. In six months, my son's verbal skills have improved and many of the nursery activities are engaging. The nursery offers a wide variety of healthy meals and snacks which has been helpful in getting my son to explore new foods, tastes and textures. You definitely notice how much thought and attention goes into the structure of the nursery programmes - especially with planned trips to local areas such as the park, library etc. The garden is a bonus for my son who loves being outdoors!

Communication from the nursery is also exceptional which is reassuring for me as a parent. Overall, I would recommend Chestnut Tree Day Nursery to those looking for a nurturing place for their child to thrive in.

The staff, in particular Charlie is always around to answer any questions and concerns. I am really glad we choose this nursery over others.
