Chingford House Nursery

Our little girl has been at Chingford house now just over a year and progressed from Babies to toddler rooms

All the staff and nursery workers are incredible and she loves going in everyday.

The communication from the nursery during some extremely testing weather conditions has been brilliant

My two children started the nursery in October 2025, I was very anxious about leaving them as it would be the first time ever but all the staff and management did everything to make it smooth and welcoming for both me and and my children. This was the only nursery I visited that I felt completely comfortable with everything and it was the warmest and most welcoming I visited, and I visited a lot. My children settled so well, They are consistent in maintaining very high standards in how they care for my children which made it easier for me to go back to work as I know they are in good hands. The communication is excellent and all my asks have been accommodated. my children really enjoy going to nursery and it's lovely to see them running off to their room leaders and classes at drop off time. As a parent watching your children be happy and comfortable to leave you is so important and really does impact our day and that's what you get with this nursery, peace of mind.

Lovely nursery. We have two children here and they both enjoy it very much. It's been great for their social development and learning. The staff is so lovely and caring, and we really appreciate the proactive communication.

My second child has just finished nearly three years at Chingford House nursery. The staff have been amazing and he has thrived in their care. He started as a toddler and he was so happy from day one. He has developed amazing friendships and confidence - you can tell that the nursery develop great social skills in the children. In his last year, he has learnt to read and count and started writing. They really prepare the children for school with lots of fun activities and trips. The Nursery Manager cares deeply about each child and does all she can to create a safe and nurturing environment. The teachers are always ready to work with you and share their next steps for development. It's a fanatically collaborative environment.

My son has been attending for about 18 months and has come on leaps and bounds. He began quite nervous and with strong attachments to me, however the team at the Nursery have ensured he was fully supported. He was given time and space to grow in confidence. He is now happy, content and confident and this shows in his interactions with peers and adults. It's a great independent Nursery that supports children and families, highly recommend.

My daughter has been at the nursery since she was 10 months old and is now leaving to go to school. We also had a son attend the nursery who started school 2 years ago.

We have had a wonderful experience with Chingford House and have found the environment to be hugely nurturing and supportive. The staff form close bonds with the children and encourage them in their development and relationships. The room leaders provide a varied and interesting selection of activities for the children, focusing on the childrens' interests. In the pre-school room the room leader helps prepare the children for school academically and emotionally.

We have found the support of the staff invaluable over the 4 years we have been at the nursery. They have helped us navigate speech and language as well as emotional challenges with our children and provided extra one to one support when needed.

We have recommended the nursery to lots of friends and wouldn't hesitate to recommend again.

Both my daughters have been at Chingford House and have had a wonderful time. The staff are brilliant with the kids and create a lovely environment for them. Many of the staff have also been there a long time which is a great sign for a nursery. We are moving house and are sad to be leaving the lovely community at the nursery.

Our daughter has been attending Chingford House Nursery for around five months and she is really happy there. The staff really care for the children and we get lots of updates via the app of our daughter playing, singing, painting and being read to. The team always update us at the end of the day and communication has been good. It's a lovely independent nursery and I'd recommend it to any parent.

Overall very happy with how much son was on boarded, he got used to it very quickly and is very happy to go in every morning. Great staff showing a lot of interest in his development. He eats ok although he is a very fussy eater

Our daughter has been here since she was 2 and is now ready to start school. From the moment she started she has absolutely loved nursery and has really flourished under the dedicated care of the team. The staff here are second to none and I couldn't have been happier to have my daughter here (my youngest child has recently joined and is also thriving). The support we have had on everything from potty training to managing emotions and learning social skills, nutrition, reading and preparing to start school has been invaluable and the friendships the children have made in such a caring, supportive and welcoming environment have been wonderful to see. Any worries or concerns regarding behaviour, development and other related queries are addressed promptly, and my trust and confidence that my children are in a safe and caring environment has never wavered. I am so grateful to the team for their expertise and dedication and absolutely recommend Chingford House to new parents!

We have had an amazing experience. The staff is warm and welcoming. They provide updates to keep parents reassured. Would definitely recommend. My daughter has settled in very well.

We have had an amazing overall experience with Chingford House Nursery, the staff are kind, caring, and patience with the children. Our daughter has so much fun here and has great relationshi[s with her practioners.

Couldn't fault the care & the staff. My son loves nursery and the various activities etc. I have rated management slightly lower as I think improvements could be made to general communication, especially around recent fee changes where errors caused a lot of worry for parents (i.e. We thought they were going to increase by hundreds per month!). Also for food because I think sometimes this is a little basic/bland. There could be a bit more thought given to nutrition/variety.

Lovely, friendly place. Our daughter learnt so much. Fun first. (Admins a bit chaotic sometimes but otherwise we love it.)

Beautiful staff, lovely experiences. My son's grown so much! He's developing really well. Love the online portal & events that take place.

We love Chingford House. Our daughter is always happy to come in the morning and she is enthusiastic with her tales of what she got up to in the day. They look after the children really well and take the time to create special bonds with the kids.

Lovely staff, who take great care of our son. He is always happy to go to nursery and seems to have a fun and positive daily experience.
